Every year thousands of people die on the roads because of car crashes. Every year is this situation getting worse and brings problems to the families of victims and to the country as well. To solve this problem completely is really impossible but our country has to try decrease number of accidents and protect drivers. My research explains how many accidents are caused by senseless reasons and describes problems with work injuries in the transportation industry. Voluntary organizations, police and public organizations try to change this sad situation, but police statistics are clear and still show high number of victims, injured people and accidents. My measurements describe real situation in our country. Big problems are caused by infringement of law and irresponsibility. Future development depends on new ways of protecting people and new transport policy.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse actual processes in the warehouse of Electrolux and to recommend changes which should contribute to increase in efficiency of these warehouse processes. The concept of logistics and integrated supply chains is defined in the theoretical part. Moreover, this part outlines the task of logistics in the company and the role of warehousing. The analytical part focuses on warehouse area and on warehouse processes in the warehouse of Electrolux. The crucial topic of this part is the evaluation of possible alternatives of warehouse processes rationalisation.

This thesis is focused on the media behaviour and strategy on behalf of the chosen cases in the Czech Republic. The way for the main analyses is to identify the moral panic indicators, which are compared to the real media bahaviour. The key cases are "bacteria Listeria" and "Heparin's murder Zelenka". The communication strategy was analyzed from the released articles and pictures of two Czech daily journals MF DNES and HN. The quantitative part of thesis is concentrated on the data overview and journals'trends in time. The main aim is to confirm or deny the hypothesis of partial proportion both cases within journals. The qualitative part shows using emotionally strong words and communication strategy.

The issue of capital market protection, especially from manipulation with financial instruments' prices and abuse of inside information, forms the content of this diploma thesis. After the legal introduction of market manipulation in EU directives and regulations, which gives manipulation relevant context, there follows the analysis of particular forms of manipulation, which can be used to influence prices of investment instruments. Then, analysis of impact of investment recommendation to selected stock prices (i.e. NWR, ERSTE and Telefónica O2), which are traded on Czech stock market RM-System, is performed. Final chapter of the thesis handles the analysis of some market manipulation and insider trading cases from the past, together with the discussion of impacts of stricter regulation of financial markets to their efficient functioning.

This diploma thesis handles the issue of manipulation of prices of securities and other investment instruments. First part of the thesis is dedicated to legal and theoretical introduction into the topic. First, there comes the legal analysis of manipulation on the communitarian level, which is then followed by regulation in Czech legal order. Legal norms are interpreted within the aim, they are following. In addition, supervisory functions of Czech National Bank and Committee of European Securities Regulators are mentioned as well. As for the practical part, the description of different forms of manipulation is followed by the in-depth analysis of impact of investment recommendations to securities' prices. At the end of the thesis, there are some cases of market manipulation, which happened in the past, analysed within the context of actual legal regulation on the field of capital market protection.

The thesis considers with balance and objectivity of the main news program of Česká televize. It tries to unfold inaccurate coverages, being transmitted in Události from september 2009 until december 2009. Inadequacies are further described and analysed in detail. Based on personal judgement, there is a possible reason and inflictor stated. The objective of this thesis is to point out Inadequacies in main news service of statutory television from view of objectivity, balance, correctness and other faults. Further provides aspects, which are the most frequent purpose of making faults. Thesis supplements monthly reports of Czech info company, which judges balance of news service only in constrained scale. The results of analysis provides valueable ratings of Události not only for television management, but for redactors themselves and other members of news team. The thesis doesn't lack even consideration about possibility of minimalisation the mentioned inadequacies. The source of information and data are articles, documents from Česká televize database, news service online archiv and experience from working in news room ČT. First part of thesis is concentrated on theoretical base. Serves to understand the whole problematics and as starting point for rest of the thesis. Even contains practical examples of manipulation and disinformation from the past and present. Second part describes the way of investigation of Česká televize news service and defines criteria of ratings. Third part of the thesis summarises results of the analysis, judges frequency and importance of inadequacies in news service and summarises their characteristics and elimination possibility. Conclusion summarises knowledge of the thesis, their comments, and enrichment from ČT news room experience.

New findings from neuroscience, psychology and marketing disciplines to a certain extent disprove existing economic postulates and bring a different view on consumer behaviour, who do not behave rationally on purchase, but act based on simplified stimuli, such as emotion or intuition. The result is the emergence of manipulative techniques, which can be used to increase the effectiveness of sales, but simultaneously can be misused for activities exceeding the ethical and legal standards. The main subject of this thesis is an analysis of these techniques with focus on their usage and effectiveness in the Internet environment. The aim is to determine the extent to which a customer can be influenced before purchasing the product or service. To achieve the goal it is necessary to describe the key areas of consumer purchase process, to explain the basic principles of human brain functioning and especially to analyze the individual methods and their application in practice. With the Internet development the issues are also reflected on the web, where the entree to the entrepreneurship is becoming much easier. In the research there are examined techniques of manipulation tested through an interactive online questionnaire and subsequently analyzed in detail. Based on the data collected, the author formulates specific recommendations. The outputs can help an average consumer in defence against the manipulation and, at the same time, it offers a clear list of methods supporting sales for organisations.

The thesis aims at topic, which is one of the biggest challenge of modern world. The goal of this paper is covered Fraud techniques like manipulation with financial statements including different deceptions of personnel benefit. Among parts of these belong: examples of latest fraud cases, description of manipulation and Fraud techniques, prevention, representation of typical fraudster, etc. After reading the user should be able to have a great knowledge about the potential risk for the company and should know how to protect it.

This thesis focuses on the phenomenon of strategic manipulation in collective decision making, i.e. situations where it is beneficial for certain members of the group to derive from their sincere preferences in the voting process. This manipulation complicates the process of collective decision making, leading to situations where lying becomes a successful strategy that some mambers of the group can use to gain an advantage over others. In the thesis, examples of strategic manipulation and a summary of up to date research in the field of social choice theory are included. The main objective is to create a simulation model that can be used to quantify the probability of a successful manipulation. A Monte Carlo simulation using this model is performed on ten voting procedures. Analysed procedures include the most common and intuitive ones, more sophisticated systems created by experts of social choice theory and the most modern attempts to improve democracy by Karel Janeček.

This diploma thesis deals with solution of project automatization of manipulation with piston. On the basic theoretical knowledge about Bosch Company and terms connected with automatization in industry is tied up with detailed description of actual state of solution, which presents workplace as the thesis issue. After that follows the project of processes containing time simulations and description of variants of the solution, from which is selected the best one. The selected variant is descripted in a special chapter, where is analysed the concept of optimized workplace with its elements of automatization and its parts. Workplace is appraised by technical-economic way, where is included the project calculation of backflow. In last point is made risk analysis used for reduction of risks and increase of the workplace safety.
