The aim of the master thesis is to design a laboratory station and a control program operated by a collaborative robot IRB 14000 YuMi using an integrated effector camera to identify laboratory objects and control the progress of the task. In the introductory part, collaborative robots are briefly introduced, the IRB 14000 on which the task is implemented and the RobotStudio development environment together with the IntegratedVision extension are described in more detail. The following chapters describe the laboratory task itself, its solution and testing of the designed program.

This diploma thesis deals with the design of a full pallet storage stacker using the FIFO method. The first part of the thesis contains a research analysis of similar competitive solutions. This is followed by a description of the created conceptual design of the storage stacker. The design includes the choice of speeds and accelerations of stacker movements, which are necessary for the calculations of the tilting, lifting and traveling mechanism. Another part of the thesis is the strength check of the lifting carriage frame. The attachment consists of the drawing documentation of the designed device.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of risk management in storage facilities of a brewery. The objective of the thesis was to identify and evaluate possible risks connected to the storage of handling units, which are part of the working environment in the brewery. The evaluation of the risk analysis has been created on the basis of FMEA and FTA methods. To minimize the risks, the measures were subsequently proposed to reduce potential risks when working in the warehouse which led to accident reduction. Then these measures were financially evaluated and assessed for their cost-effectiveness.

Thesis title: Evaluation of effectiveness of using myoelectric prosthesis by people with congenital or acquired amputation of the upper limb Aims: The aim of my thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of myoelectric prosthesis using by people with upper limb amputation. Find out how effectively users are able to manage individual tasks with myoprosthesis and basic ADL activities. Methodology: The research group consisted of 6 people with upper limb amputation. In this thesis, there were used three methods of data collection. The first method that was applied was a survey, which was used to obtain anamnestic data by the research group. The second method of data collection was the observation of probands during the performance of individual tasks. The third chosen method was measurement by using a special test aimed at evaluation of the effectiveness while using and the involvement of myorpothesis in the locomotor chain against a healthy upper limb. Results: Based on observations and measurements, it was performed that all probands are able to functionally and effectively involve the myoprosthesis in the locomotor chain in the performance of individual tasks. The aim of this thesis is to propose ways for improving work motivation in the company operating in field of financial services. In the introduction there are discussed theoretical knowledge concerning the motivation, stimulation, handling, motivation of individuals and others. There are mentioned world´s renowned authors of motivational theories, their specific theories of motivation, recommendations and strategies in motivation of managers. In the context of the work there are mentioned characteristics of the company, questionnaire survey and analysis of contemporary status in the company. At the end there are brought up problematical areas and proposed recommendations and ways to improve current situation in the company. This thesis was made for being used as a supportive material, which contains basic information that allow orientation in problems of work motivation and increase of work efficiency.

This diploma thesis deals with plastic windows semi-automatic production line in the company RI-Okna. The system of storage, handling and weaknesses of the production line are described. The solution is fleshed out into a technological project, including economic evaluation and technical drawings.

It is necessary to evaluate the system of collection as a whole and to choose realistic and economical transport distances with transfer stations available.

The goal of this thesis is to propose a new warehouse of spare parts. The first part describes the theoretical analysis of mentioned problems. This is followed by an analysis of the current situation in the company warehouse and analysis of information storage system SAP. The main part consists of determining the inventory, location of warehouse, storage equipment choice and a draft layout. Based on an evaluation by selected criteria was identified advantageous variant. The conclusion is devoted to the economic evaluation of the implementation of the warehouse of spare parts.
