Studium vlivu akustických podnětů na člověka / Study of the influence of acoustic stimuli on man

Schwanzer, Miroslav January 2012 (has links)
The thesis deals with EEG signals, their description, methods of quantitative analysis and the processes in time-frequency domains, or power spectrums. The relationsheep between brain electrical activity and acustic stimuli (Mozart´s “Sonata K448”) was studied using EEG analysis in relation to sound impulses from replayed extracts of. The proposed experiment protocol included recording of EEG of volunteers. In order to visualize and analyze the data, the software with the graphic user interface was created, which enables topological mapping of brain activity and its vizualization in the time-frequency domain.

Použití bezpilotních letounů v průmyslu a jejich porovnání s běžnými metodami / Application of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles for Industrial Purposes and its Comparison with Standard Methods

Červenka, Ondřej January 2019 (has links)
The main aim of this dissertation is to suggest an application of unmanned aircrafts and to compare them with the currently used methods. In the introductory part the dissertation deals with the history and development of unmanned aircrafts. Further, it presents a theory essential to understand a principle of operation of the proposed methods and its analysis of the currently used methods and procedures. In the final part the dissertation explains a proposal of use of unmanned aircrafts in the industry and compares them with the methods currently used.

Modely systému LTE / LTE system models

Navrátil, Petr January 2013 (has links)
Master’s thesis is focused on part of mobile network named LTE. Project is analyzes the LTE physical layer, which is divided into four basic parts: Physical channels and modulation, Multiplexing and channel coding, Physical layer procedures, Physical layer measurements. Every part is described by actual 3GPP standard [1]. To understand the problem is expected a reader basic knowledge of OFDM systems, which the LTE system uses. The next part of this master’s thesis is dedicated to mathematic model physical layer of system LTE, created by program Matlab. This model is designed to measure errors in data transmission.

Studie operativního řízení výroby / The Study of the Operating Production Management

Mayerbergová, Ilona January 2012 (has links)
The goal of this diploma thesis is to use the principles of lean manufacturing to lean workplace and eliminate all forms of waste in this workplace. A part of this work is opti-mal design of the workplace in terms of ergonomics which should have a positive effect on shortening lead time and process cycle efficiency. Shortening the lead time will allow company to respond more quickly to customer requirements and this effect may subsequently lead to the drop in inventories.

Optimalizace činnosti měrového střediska / Measuring centre process optimization

Benda, Ondřej January 2008 (has links)
This master's thesis is engaged in optimisation processes of PUQ (as for Purchasing Quality) department, Robert Bosch České Budějovice. This department is responsible for input control of parts for manufacture as well as check of new parts including their documentation and documentation updates. By optimisation we understand selection of the best variant from group of possibilities.

Nové přístupy pro optická měření elektrické aktivity myokardu / New Approaches in Cardiac Optical Mapping

Švrček, Martin January 2011 (has links)
This dissertation deals with new approaches in cardiac optical mapping. The principle of cardiac optical mapping as well as the current research in this field was described. The new measurement system was developed and its characteristics presented. The system design allows epicardial and endocardial mapping, employing new ratiometric techniques in 2D acquisition and simultaneous electrical and optical mapping. The measured characteristics of fluorescent dye di-4-ANEPPSS were presented. The relation between movement and consequent motion artifacts is well described. Several new approaches in signal processing were proposed, including new ratiometry technique and using image registration to suppress motion artifacts. The algorithm for elastic image registration of optical signals and innovative method for verification of registration process were presented. Application of all proposed approaches and its results are included and discussed.

Skládání HDR obrazu pro pohyblivou scénu / HDR Composition for Dynamic Scene

Martinů, Lukáš January 2015 (has links)
Master's thesis is focused on capturing of low dynamic range images using common devices such as camera and its multiple exposure. The main part of thesis is dedicated to composing these images to HDR image, inclusive sequence of images of static scenes, but also dynamic ones. Next part describes tone mapping used for display HDR image on LDR monitors. Moreover, there is given design and implementation of application solving problems mentioned earlier. In the end, the implemented application is evaluated and the possible continuation of this work is stated.

Nativní XML rozhraní pro relační databázi / Native XML Interface for a Relational Database

Piwko, Karel January 2010 (has links)
XML has emerged as leading document format for exchanging data. Because of vast amounts of XML documents available and transfered, there is a strong need to store and query information in these documents. However, the most companies are still using a RDBMS for their data warehouses and it is often necessary to combine legacy data with the ones in XML format, so it might be useful to consider storage possibilities for XML documents in a relation database. In this thesis we focused on structured and semi-structured data-based XML documents, because they are the most common when exchanging data and they can be easily validated against an XML schema. We propose a slightly modified Hybrid algorithm to shred doc- uments into relations using an XSD scheme and we allowed redundancy to make queries faster. Our goal was not to provide an academic solution, but fully working system supporting latest standards, which will beat up native XML databases both by performance and vertical scalability.

Detekce genomových variací / Detection of Genome Variations

Beluský, Tomáš January 2013 (has links)
An influence of variations in human genome is perceptible at a first glance on human itself to see differences between the individuals and entire populations. Also, behavior or probability of certain diseases are influenced in large way by differences at genome's level. This work presents methods for detecting variations in the human genome that were developed after an arose of the second-generation sequencing technologies. A new tool that combines read pair and split read methods, with information about a depth of coverage was also designed and implemented. The tool was tested on simulated and real data and compared with a reference outputs.

Komplexní animace v 3D Studiu Max / Complex Animation in 3D Studio Max

Černý, Miloš January 2011 (has links)
The goal of this project is to inform a reader about compact workflow of creating complex computer animation using 3D modelling and animation software 3ds Max. It guides him through the whole process from creating models, texturing and skinning them, to animation pointed at more difficult parts of the animation process. Beside the practical examples, this paper includes necessary theoretical explanation of particular problems. After reading this paper, the reader should be well acquainted with the compact process of creating the complex animation.
