La problématique de ce mémoire s'ancre dans notre contexte actuel, caractérisé par un double mouvement de sécularisation de la sphère sociale et de « réenchantement » ou de « resacralisation » dans les sphères artistique, culturelle et intellectuelle. Partant de cette dichotomie singulière, ce projet de recherche constitue une tentative d'élucider ce rapport complexe entre l'art actuel - immergé dans le nihilisme de la postmodernité - et une forme hybride et non définie de sacré. Face à l'ampleur d'une telle question et à l'éclectisme de son sujet, ce mémoire se resserre autour de la volonté de donner un sens à cet éclatement à travers le développement d'une notion originale, celle d'incarnation tautologique. Pivotant sur un renversement nihiliste du dogme de l'incarnation, cette idée – outil conceptuel plutôt que concept – restructure le sacré en dehors de la présence d'un Dieu, faisant alors de cette perte de la transcendance l'occasion de réfléchir le sacré sous un jour totalement humain. L'ensemble de ce mémoire est ainsi consacré à la précision de cet outil théorique. L'objectif n'étant ni de faire système au sein de l'hétérogénéité actuelle ni d'établir une typologie du champ artistique, ce mémoire se penche sur l'étude d'un même thème, celui du paradis terrestre, tel que repris par trois œuvres contemporaines dont les analyses ont pour but de préciser la teneur théorique de cette incarnation tautologique. Ces trois œuvres - soit Garden (Marc Quinn 2000), Garden of Earthly Delights III (Raqib Shaw 2003) et Au commencement 19380 (Sarkis 2001) - unies autour de leur appropriation de la thématique du paradis judéo-chrétien, permettent à cette recherche de se centrer autour d'une actualisation de l'Éden. Partant ainsi du prédicat selon lequel cette sacralité postmoderne serait dédivinisée, nous adoptons un regard iconologique afin de traquer ce motif édénique et d'en mesurer l'actualisation et la pertinence. Le but est de voir le fonctionnement de cette incarnation tautologique dans les œuvres et d'en préciser ainsi les répercussions sur la notion de sacré et de croyance pour notre contemporanéité. This thesis proposes to apply Queer theory as the framework for examining Michel Marc Bouchard's play Les Feluettes. This study is built around two methodological axes, one being the analysis of dialogue; the second, the application of Queer theory. Dialogue and staging are scrutinized in an effort to discover the Queer. The links between sex, power, language and knowledge will be specifically studied. The intention is to show how their relationship, based on opposition, can be modified by a subversive discourse. By way of introduction, a brief discussion of Queer theory will be presented to familiarize the reader with its origins, sources of inspiration and strategies of deconstruction. The first chapter will focus on the homosexual's interior monologue. Chapter two will focus on the homosexual's dialogue with other homosexuals. The third, and final chapter, will round out the analysis by studying the dialogue between the homosexual and heterosexuals. (Abstract shortened by UMI.)

Se ha iniciado un proceso de mejora de la organización y funcionamiento de la Biblioteca Central y de las periféricas como parte del proceso de modernización de la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, para ello se ha construido un local adecuado, con tecnologías de punta y adquirido un Sistema Integral de Información, para el manejo de las diferentes funciones bibliotecarias. Para cumplir sus metas, también se instaló una red de fibra óptica que enlaza todas las bibliotecas de la Universidad, tanto de las que están dentro del campus como de las que están fuera de él, a fin de integrarlas y trabajar coordinada y centralizadamente. Como parte de las mejoras, se procedió a transferir la información del Microisis al SABINI buscando no sólo la automatización de toda la información sino la normalización de los procesos de clasificación, catalogación e indización así como establecer políticas de control de autoridades. El presente informe pretende mostrar el trabajo que se está realizando en la Biblioteca Central de la Universidad de San Marcos en la tareas del procesamiento técnico de la información, en la corrección y normalización de las autoridades para solucionar los problemas prácticos relacionados con la indización de los documentos, su organización y posterior recuperación a través de los diferentes puntos de acceso: encabezamientos de materia, autores personales, institucionales, geográficos, títulos uniformes y otros.

Detta arbete sammanfattar en del av den forskning som gjorts på kugghjul och planetväxlar med avseende på egenskaper som lastfördelning, verkningsgrad och ingreppsstyvheter. En jämförelse görs mellan olika metoder för beräkning av ingreppsstyvheter vilken visar på stora skillnader. En planetväxel av typ D simuleras i flerkroppsdynamikprogramvaran MSC ADAMS där egenskaper som lastfördelning, vridstyvhet och utväxling undersöks.

A study of Salomon de Caus' manuscript commentary on the first book of Jean Martin's French translation of Vitruvius (c. 1622--1624) which takes the form of a dialogue between an Architect, an Engineer and a Mathematician. The removal of music and natural philosophy from the Vitruvion program of education; the need for the updating of Vitruvius' classical theory of founding cities and building their fortified walls; the emphasis on convenience in the planning of buildings and the separation of engineering and architecture within the Vitruvion corpus all point to a reduction in the role of architecture as cosmic analogy. A comparison with de Caus' treatises on perspective, mechanics, musical harmony, solar clocks and mensuration reveal that for de Caus, it is the engineer whose making can reconcile human and divine through a form of technical know-how that although it cannot be considered true knowledge, reveals the wonder of God to the senses.
