Horáková, A. Factors affecting the consumer loan market in the Czech Republic. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2015. The aim of diploma thesis is to create an econometric model which would identify possible economic indicators influencing the volume of consumer loans in the Czech Republic. The literature review will thus be focused on the characterization of the consumer loans within the environment of the Czech Republic and description of basic concepts and legal regulations related to them. Characterization of banking and non-bank institutions will be provided as well. The practical part will be dedicated to construction of the econometric model dealing with the volume of consumer loans reliant on selected variables.

This thesis deals with the adjustment of the current distribution routes of the company CHEMIE STAR Ltd. and at the same time with a creating of new distribution routes with the aim of economic savings, which is achieved through a reduction in the length of routes and the time required for the routes. In the introductory theoretical part of the work the logistics is defined, its functions, importance and influence on the enterprise. And this part also provides an overview of methods dealing with the traveling salesman problem. In the practical part the optimization of the input data into the model at the current routes is performed, where there is always selected the cheapest route between the two nodes using unit costs. Subsequently, the methods solving the traveling salesman problem are applied, namely the method of the Nearest neighbor, Vogel approximation method and Clark-Wright method. The layout of the new routes, which is limited in capacity by car and the purchasers requirements, is done using Mayer method and Sweep algorithm and with the subsequent application of the method solving the problem of traveling salesman problem. In the chapter evaluation of the results and recommendation all obtained outcomes are compared and interpreted.

The theoretical part of my thesis defines fundamental terms concerning business valuation and refers to the valuation standards and the valuation process. In the data analysis are mentioned theoretical basics of strategy and financial analysis, discount rate, valuation generators. In the practical part is set the valuation of company BRNO INN, a.s. with using the income methods Discounted cash flow entity and Economic value added entity. I will describe the company and the tourist movement in the strategic analysis. Then I will follow with setting of the business perspective, discount rate, the financial analysis and the forecast of valuation generators. At the end there will be the application of mentioned income methods and the final business valuation will be set.

This Graduation Thesis was elaborated on the following topic: ``Design and Development of the Network of Points of the Detailed Minor Horizontal Control (``DMHC{\crq}q) by the Geodetic and GPS Methods in the Basin of the Jeninsky Stream{\crq}q. The goal of the Thesis was to reconnoitre the part of the basin of the Jeninsky Stream, analyze current level of the minor control in this locality, amend current horizontal minor control in the density for detailed large-scale mapping and locate minor control by the geodetic and GPS methods. The given locality was reconnoitred based on the map basis and geodetic data. Afterwards, I carried out monumentation of new points of the DMHC and then their positional determination by the geodetic and GPS methods. The network of 16 points of the DMHC was created, for this Graduation Thesis was used 8 of them. The electronic total station Leica TCR 407 power was used for the determination by the geodetic method and Trimble 4600LS device was used for the GPS method.

ABSTRACT: The diploma thesis deals with the use of activating teaching methods in health education lessons. In its theoretical part, the thesis defines the concept of the teaching method, draws attention to the function of teaching methods in class, and presents a classification of methods of individual authors while providing a deeper insight into the activating methods that are first introduced in the historical context and then attention is paid to their benefits as well as drawbacks, the positive contribution of these methods in the educational process and, last but not least, the activating teaching methods are compared with the traditional methods. Individual activating teaching methods are then examined in more detail. The conclusion of the theoretical part is dedicated to the integration of health education into the Framework Educational Programme for primary and lower secondary schools. Purpose of the thesis is a comparison of financing by leasing and by credit. The specific symbols, the advantages and disadvantages, the characteristic of market, the law and tax aspects of both forms of financing are mentioned. Both forms of financing are compared theroretically as well as practically.

The primary objective of this thesis is to estimate the market value of residential unit in Prague. The main valuation method is comparative method. Value estimated on this basis is then compared to the value determined based on the income approach (Direct capitalization method). The differences in the results found in valuation on the basis of selected approaches are presented in the last part of the thesis as well as explanation in what cases it is preferable to use the particular approach. The theoretical part of the thesis contains basic concepts of property valuation. The other theoretical chapters summarize the basic legal legislation in this field and real estate valuation methodology. In the practical part of the work, the valuation of the specific real estate (housing unit in Prague) realized.

The master thesis aims to compare the DCF Entity method and the DCF APV method. In the practical part of the thesis, both of these methods are applied to evaluate the company KOVOVÝROBA HOFFMANN, s.r.o. When applied correctly and using the same input data, DCF Entity as well as DCF APV results are supposed to equal. However, both methods dispose of its pros and cons. Despite its imperfections, the DCF Entity method is commonly used in practise, whereas the DCF APV method lacks of interest. This thesis, however, points out that the DCF APV could be not merely an equal alternative to the DCF Entity method, but could also avoid some of its imperfections or give extra information compared to the DCF Entity method. As a consequence, we can expect increasing importance of the DCF APV method.
