Ocenění firmy podnikající v chemickém průmyslu / Valuation of the company operating in the chemical industry

Winter, Lukáš January 2015 (has links)
The aim of the thesis is to valuate a company operating in the chemical industry using the income valuation approach as of January 1, 2015. At first, the company valuated will be analyzed from the perspective of strategic and financial analysis. Subsequently an opinion on the future prospects of the company will be issued, and provided that all the criteria needed for the usage of discounted cash flow methods are met, the company will be valuated using Discounted Cash Flows method, Economic Value Added method and Capitalization of earnings method. Book value method will be used as an additional method of valuation. In conclusion, a summary valuation of the company will be carried out, which will be subjected to a risk analysis using Monte Carlo simulation method.

Determinanty cien automobilov / Determinants of car prices

Oravcová, Lenka January 2015 (has links)
The aim of the thesis Determinants of car prices is to create econometric model for price predictions of new and used cars. The prediction is based on the data provided by website of Slovak retailer of new and used cars. The model should detect statistically significant variables and determine their impact on final price. In the first part of this study, there is theoretical description of automobile industry and factors influencing price of car. The second part is devoted on developing the predictive model, suitable transformation of explanatory variables, interpretation of results and the car price classification in form of decision tree.

Srovnání vybraných způsobů ocenění pro nemovitost typu rodinný dům v lokalitě okolí Tišnova / Comparison of Selected Ways of Pricing of Houses Located in Tišnov and Surroundings

Kubičková, Veronika January 2010 (has links)
My diploma paper is focused on description of the ways of assessing, which are used in practice. The diploma paper should also make a comparison between those assessing methods and recognise the difference between them. Next aim of my diploma paper is to shortly mention the questions of International valuation norms (standards), but only those parts, which are related with assessing of real property. Practical part of my diploma paper is especially focused on assessing of family houses by chosen assessing methods, which are: cost approach, comparison method (nenašla jsem), standard price and price at present time. Whose resultant values will be compared. Partial task is recognition how the aspect of job opportunity is influencing the price of family house, which was counted by comparison method.

Srovnání vybraných způsobů ocenění pro bezbariérové rodinné domy v Jihlavě a okolí / Comparison of selected methods for the valuation of barrier-free houses in Jihlava

Chalupová, Monika January 2013 (has links)
Target for this thesis is to describe the methods of evaluation, and with chosen evaluation methods, by the use of comparison, to highlight their difference. This thesis is focused mostly on the barrier-free houses, that require special construction alterations for the handicaped. Next target for this thesis is to compare the price difference of the regular house and the barrier - free house. Practical part of the thesis is focused mostly on estimating the price of the family houses by the chosen evaluation methods, which are cost method, comparison method and standard price. Their final prices will be compared with each other. Partial task of the thesis is to find out, how big part of the final price of the house is the aspect of the barrier-free construction.

Porovnání původní Ellmanovy metody a její modifikace s použitím readeru mikrotitračních destiček / Comparison of original Ellman's method and its modification using microplate reader

Morávková, Martina January 2015 (has links)
Morávková, Martina. Comparison of original Ellman's method and its modification using microplate reader. Diploma thesis 2015. Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové, Department of Pharmaceutical Botany and Ecology. Supervisor: Ing. Kateřina Macáková, Ph.D. Key words: Ellman's method, acetylcholinesterase, butyrylcholinesterase, spectrophotometer, microplate reader. Ellman's method is often used procedure for measuring an inhibition of cholinesterases acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and butyrylcholinesterase (BuChE). The principle is based on hydrolysis of acetylthiocholiniodide and butyrylthiocholiniodide to give an appropriate acid and thiocholine. Amount of thiocholine is determined spectrophotometrically by reaction with 5,5'-dithiobis-2-nitrobenzoic acid. Results of measurement from two different devices (spectrophotometer and microplate reader) and at two different temperatures (room temperature and 37 řC) were compared in this thesis. Substances with different amount of inhibition of both enzymes were chosen: allocryptopine, californidine iodide, eserine, galanthamine, huperzine A and tazettine. For californidine iodide (AChE, BuChE), eserine (BuChE) and huperzine A (AChE) were detected statistically significant differences during measurement on different devices and at...

Zhodnocení odvodnitelnosti vodárenských kalů metodou CST. / Evaluation of dewatering of waterworks sludges with CST method

Svěrák, Michal January 2014 (has links)
Main subject of the diploma thesis is an evaluation of waterworks sludge dewatering using the CST method. The CST or capillary suction time is method developed to evaluate specific resistance to filtration in an indirect way. In principle it is based on the use of filtration paper to measure willingness of sludge to release water or its filterability. Results are measured as time needed for the water to overcome a defined trajectory and expressed in seconds. The shorter the CST time the more filterable is the sludge sample. The CST method has been critically evaluated and it was assessed as a great method for selecting the ideal polymer used for the sludge dewatering and for defining its optimal dose. Measurements have been made on sludge from two waterworks plants Želivka and Kozičín. Polymer products from company Sokoflok and products Praestol and Magnafloc have been tested on both of them. The best polymers for dewatering have been selected. It was Sokoflok 104 for sludge Želivka 1, 55CN for sludge Želivka 2, Magnafloc for sludge Kozičín 1 and 55CN for sludge Kozičín 2. Second subject of the thesis was to evaluate a sludge sensibility to the shear rate. Havlík (2003) and Bache et al.(2003) are describing sludge as a substance very sensitive to higher shear rate which causes that the aggregates...

Dětské hry a hračky jako pomůcky ve výuce chemie / Games and Toys as Chemistry Teaching Aids

Dubská, Martina January 2011 (has links)
The thesis is devoted to the study of one of the methods of activation - the game. During the game, the students are involved actively, they are motivated and creative. The main aim is to explore the advantages of the introduction of gaming activities in the teaching of chemistry, as well as the overall topic of gaming activities, the conditions for these activities in chemistry teaching and suggestions for their implementation in education. The part of the thesis is complex of 11 precific games and toys, which are prepared for teaching chemistry at the primary and high schools and universities uncommonly. This file contains the rules, methodological instructions, time allocation, and everything needed for the teaching of games. The practical part will also find a list of many previously published and unpublished games and toys, which can serve as inspiration for teachers of chemistry. Making an inquiry carried out in two elementary schools to confirm the presumption that the study results achieved through gaming activities, are more satisfactory than the results, in which gaming activities were not used.
