Elektromagnetická indukce: 3-D modelování nespojitou Galerkinovou metodou / Elektromagnetická indukce: 3-D modelování nespojitou Galerkinovou metodou

Čochner, Martin January 2013 (has links)
This work deals with numerical modeling of electromagnetic induction in 3D environment with heterogeneous conductivity. We develop a program to solve Maxwell's equations in quasistatic approximation by using Continuous and Discontinuous Finite Elements. Their implementation in the numerical library deal.ii is discussed. The obtained numerical results are compared with each other and also with a quasianalytic solution for an environment with 1D heterogeneous conductivity. We discuss different numerical methods, limits of our code for practical use and possible future enhancements.

Andělová, Magdaléna January 2016 (has links)
Charles University in Prague Faculty of pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Biological and Medical science Candidate: Magdaléna And lová Supervisor: Mgr. Marcela Vejsová, Ph.D. Name of diploma thesis: Evaluation of activity of potentional antibacterial substances throught of the use microdilution broth metod Background Aim of this diploma work was research of activity of potentional antimicrobiotic substances. Research of antibacterial substances is one of the most important factor in pharmaceutic industry. The main reason is being the never stopping growth of bacterial resistence. Methods The microdilution broth metod was used to test the substances. This metod was used because of low difficulty and low cost. All the steps including the final analising was done by hand. Results The substances were divided in groups depending their chemical struction. The most effective was the salicylanilide derivates group. The other groups inhibitated growth of bacteria very little or were non-functional. In case of every bacterial stems were analised all substances which were effective. Conclusion Depending on the results the most sensitive and the most resistant bacterial stem were choosen. The most sensitive reaction on tested substances had bacterial stem Staphylococcus aureus. The Klebsiella pneumoniae...

Credit crunch v modelu nerovnováhy na peněžním trhu v České republice

Režňáková, Lucie January 2014 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the credit crunch in the model of disequilibrium in the credit market. The basis of the empirical analysis is the application of methods of maximum likelihood on the modified time series. Using this method will be by estimated each function of supply and demand, on the basis of which will be determined by the individual disequilibrium. The results from the overall analysis will help us make recommendations for policy-makers

Sledování změn sacharosy v nápojích

Polesová, Denisa January 2014 (has links)
The Master thesis was made at Department of Post-Harvest Technology of Horticulture Faculty of Mendel University in Brno in 2012/2014.The thesis is devided into the two parts, theoretical and experimental part. First of all I classified and described beverages and carbohydrates which is the theoretical part of the thesis. Next chapters describe individual form of carbohydrates, natural and artificial as well which occur in beverages. Apart of this, I also introduced its properties, occurrence, importance and possible methods of analysis.A great deal of attention of this thesis is given to the experimental part which is concentrated on speed of decomposition of sucrose in different pH, thus influence of action of citric acid and oxalic acid, which were mixed up in concentrations 1 and 5 %. The decomposition was also observed in fruit juices. The methods used for subsequent determination of carbohydrates were method of Luffa-Schoorla and enzymatic determination of carbohydrates with using of set K-SUFRG Megazyme.Efficiently operated inversion acids, mainly oxalic acid.
