Schopnost speciálně vycvičených psů detekovat lidský pach dlouhodobě vystavený různým povětrnostním podmínkám / Ability of specially trained dogs to detect human scent which was exposed to different weather conditions over a long period

Machová, Lucie January 2016 (has links)
Survivability of human scent was observed by many scientists mainly in artificial conditions (Hudson et al., 2009; Santariová et al. 2012; Preti et al., 2006). Against this exists a few researches about survivability of human scent in nature conditions (King et al., 1964; Santariová et al., 2016). On glass tubes were taken individual humant scent from 6 volunteers. Target scents were left outdoor during 2 different periods of year. Winter samples from 3 target people were outdoor from November to May and summer samples from other 3 people from May to December. Always after 3, 4, 5 a 6 months was taken scent from 1 glass tube of each target person. After last time period was taken scent from target people on cotton textile. Scent of other volunteer was taken at the same time for purpose scent deceptions. Then was observed if dogs will be able to identify these samples corectly. Specially trained dogs on scent identification line-ups get sample from outdoor environment and they should choose the identical human scent from line of 6 samples (with 1 target and 5 deceptions). The experiment showed, that dogs are able to identify winter samples in all time periods but are not able to identify summer samples in whatever time period. Time periods do not show any diference. The biggest influence on quality change of individual human scent has intensity of sun radiation.

Ekonomický potenciál rodinné farmy / Economics Potential of Family Farm

Neužilová, Klára January 2017 (has links)
The aim of the diploma thesis is a study of the economic potential of a small family farm in Southern Bohemia, especially via a financial analysis, an analysis of subsidies and the SWOT method. The thesis describes the methodical basis of chosen analyses, discusses agricultural methods and current agricultural politics of the Czech Republic in the framework of the European Union. The main body of the thesis focuses on the characteristics of the studied family farm, its property and production capabilities. The financial analysis evaluates the farm based on specific indicators from year 2012 to year 2016. Furthermore an analysis of agricultural subsidies of the farm in the same time-period is carried out. Performed retrospective analyses provide an overview of the economic health of the family farm and contribute to the breakdown of the enterprise's internal environment Enterprise's internal environment is analyzed using the SWOT method, which provides four possible strategic solutions for improvement of the family farm future development. From the proposed solutions the best option is chosen based on the Multicriterial Saaty method, which is best fulfilling specified criteria. The conclusion discusses economic potential of the family farm and present and suggests possible application of the chosen strategic solution.

Diverzita drobných zemní savců v NPR Voděradské bučiny / Diversity of small terrestrial mammals in the National Nature Reserve Voděradské bučiny

Šímová, Drahomíra January 2017 (has links)
This thesis describes and evaluates the biodiversity of small terrestrial mammals in the forest complex National Nature Reserve Voděrady beech woods (hereafter the reserve) and continues in the bachelor´s thesis from 2013. The goal of the research was to find and compare the diversity of small terrestrial mammals inside the reserve and outside the reserve and to evaluate its microhabitat. During the vegetative season 2013 and 2014, a total of five field catches of these animals were realized. Individuals were captured by the standard method of capture recapture methods (CMR) in to the live traps. The traps were spread by a quadrate method in three pair plots inside the reserve and outside the reserve. The localities had the same terrain conditions, but different tree species composition. During the research of small terrestrial mammals, the gender, age and weight of each individual was determined and the vegetation of particular localities were recorded by using the phytosocilogical relevés. Total 85 individuals of two species of small terrestrial mammals were captured in the studied area. The most abundant species was the yellow-necked mouse (Apodemus flavicollis) and the bank vole (Myodes glareolus) occurred sporadically in all plots. The results obtained numbers of small terrestrial mammals were evaluated by Mann Whitney U Test in the mathematical software Statistic 13.2. The analysis of the microhabitat was accomplished by using PCA analysis (Principal components analysis) in program Canoco 5. By comparing two types of individuals of small terrestrial mammals in localities in the reservation and outside the reservation in years 2013 and 2014 by Mann Whitney was found out that the number of the first captured individuals and the number of individuals differentiated from the gender and the age did not differ in localities in the reservation and outside the reservation. Based on the analysis of PCA results was found that in the localities inside the reserve (beech forest regeneration and beech forest without regeneration) occurred mostly adult males in the microhabitats with the occurrence of the Fagus sylvaticus, Larix decidua and Luzula luzuloides seedlings and in the localities outside the reserve (spruce forest regeneration and spruce forest without regeneration) was found out more juvenile females in the microhabitats with the occurrence of Oxalis acetosella. The thesis s results could serve as one of the basis of decision document for Administration of the Protected Landscape Area Blaník for decisions regarding realization of possible management in these localities because the research of small terrestrial mammals has not been done yet here.

Hodnocení fenolické zralosti hroznů v podmínkách jižní Moravy

Dvoracký, Milan January 2016 (has links)
The importance of monitoring the quality parameters (sugar content, titratable acid pH) in determining the optimum ripeness of blue grape varieties can be considered a method which provides only limited and inadequate information. To determine the required quality should be evaluated ripening grapes intended for the production of high quality red wines in addition to sensory methods and analytical methods which are able to define the change of phenolic compounds in berries and accordingly influence the determination of the harvest. The values of phenolic compounds vary significantly depending on the site and variety. My thesis tracks changes and development of phenolic compounds in berries, their relationship to quality and sensory parameters. It deals with the sensory evaluation method ripe berry grape seeds and also world-renowned analytical method "Glories", evaluating the level of phenolic compounds on selected varieties and habitats in South Moravia.
