This thesis studies the numerical solution of non-linear convection-diffusion problems using the space- time discontinuous Galerkin method, which perfectly suits the space as well as time local adaptation. We aim to develop a posteriori error estimates reflecting the spatial, temporal, and algebraic errors. These estimates are based on the measurement of the residuals in dual norms. We derive these estimates and numerically verify their properties. Finally, we derive an adaptive algorithm and apply it to the numerical simulation of non-stationary viscous compressible flows. This thesis deals with analysis of macroenvironment of Kenya´s market. The main goal of the thesis is to find out, if the macroenvironment enables entrance for company producing condoms to Kenya´s market. Besides that the barriers which restrict the entrance to market are mentioned. The thesis mentions an influence of the barriers. The thesis uses PESTEL analysis for the indetification of the key factors which determine characteristic of the market. Using the PESTEL analysis enables to determine barriers of the entrance to Kenya´s market. On the output of PESTEL analysis is used DEMATEL method which was used for quantification of the PESTEL analysis output. Using DEMATEL method enabled to determinate influence of the particular factors of PESTEL. Because of using DEMATEL method thesis determinates political, economical and social factors as the strogest factors and it is necessary to devote them main attention. They may mean the most important barrier for entrance. Simultaneously DEMATEL determines political, social and legal factors as the factors with the biggest influence. Outcomes of this thesis provide information about macroenvironment of Kenya´s market for any company producing condoms.

Diplomová práca sa venuje tržnému oceneniu akciovej spoločnosti na Slovensku. Oceňovaná firma pôsobí v oblasti prenájmu nehnuteľností vo forme obchodných plôch vo vybraných regiónoch Slovenskej republiky. Ako základ ocenenia sa využíva strategická analýza, kde sa pojednáva o vývoji prostredia, v ktorom sa sledovaná firma nachádza. Ďalším východiskom je finančná analýza, ktorá sa venuje finančnému zdraviu podniku a spolu so strategickou analýzou ohodnotí princíp nekonečného trvania podniku ? going concern. Základnou metódou ocenenia bola zvolená metóda DCF Entity.

In the first part, author is describing theoretical concept of rasing economic performance by using method Six Sigma (basic terms, tools, DMAIC). Then she describes current phenomenon outsourcing. The final part of the master thesis deals with practical implementatin of Six Sigma on a project called Reduction of manually allocated remittances in company Capgemini.

The aim of this thesis is evaluation of the public company as a whole as well as on a one share basis (intrinsic value)and comparison of these values with the values based on a market price. Cash flow methods and market multiples were used in a valuation. Autor is trying, apart from the valuation itself, to analyse impact of the global economic crisis on the value of the company.

Thesis deals with the problematics of instruments and methods used in the selection procedure and the subsequent comparison of theory with practice in ČSOB. Emphasis is placed on the determination of the advantages and disadvantages of individual instruments and methods. A part of thesis is questionnaire survey on the satisfaction of employees with the overall process of selection procedure. Thesis consists of 7 chapters.

In this thesis has been used analytical and forecasting instruments including above all financial analysis, strategic analysis, financial plan, discounted cash flow method, annual owner's cash flow multiplier method for automobile dealerships. The result of this thesis is valuation at market value.

Basic idea of fractal simplex algorithm is based in the theory of matrix counting and knowledge of matrix representation of simplex tabuleao from revised simplex method. My desire is to explain theoretical basics on which this algorithm works and provide solution in language Visual Basic for Applications in application MS Excel 2007. Main benefit I see in the fact, that algorithm can solved specific class of mathematical problems in a way of exactness counting whithout necessity of using decimal numbers.
