Prodejní ceny bytů v ČR

Vojtěská, Barbora January 2019 (has links)
Vojtěská, B., Sale prices of flats in the Czech Republic. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2019. Diploma thesis deals with the issue of price determination of flats. The aim of the work is to identify determinants affecting the sales prices of flats within the individual regions of the Czech Republic and also within the Czech Republic as a whole. In the chapter of the methodology, factors influencing the prices of flats are specified and subsequently appropriately expressed. Regression analysis results in two pricing models (for standard and alternative expression of variables) constructed using the ordinary least squares method (OLS). The resulting model showed that the sale price of a flat in the Czech Republic affects the number of rooms, m2, energy value, whether a terrace, balcony, cellar, garage or elevator belongs to the flat. In addition, the price of the flat is affected by the type of ownership, the condition of the flat, the type of masonry, whether it is located in the regional city, if there is a UNESCO monument in the city, and the locality, in this case designated by individual regions of the Czech Republic. Part of the work are also price maps compiled for the best-selling flats in the Czech Republic in terms of number of rooms.

Hodnocení výkonnosti podniků

Sobková, Simona January 2018 (has links)
Sobková, S. Evulation of a company performance. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2018. The diploma thesis is focused on evaluation of performance of two agricultural holdings with the purpose of subsequent comparison for the whole sector. Both financial and non-financial methods are used to assess performance. The financial approaches used the financial analysis and the non -financial approaches were used by Weckert's analysis and EFQM excellence model. This work is divided into two parts. The first part describes theoretical concepts, which are subsequently used in the second part of the thesis entitled "Custom work". In their own work, individual companies are introduced and the above methods are applied. Based on the results of these methods, proposals are made for increasing the efficiency of companies and generalizing approaches for the whole sector.

The nexus of foreign capital inflow and economic growth in Ethiopia

Lalisho, Admasu January 2017 (has links)
This thesis examines the relationship between foreign capital inflows and economic growth in Ethiopia over the period from 1981 to 2014. In particular, the real GDP per capita as a function of foreign aid, foreign direct investment and other foreign capital inflows (remittances and external debt) were investigated. The ARDL approach was applied to explain the long run and short run effect of explanatory variables on the dependent variable. The result reveals that the flow of foreign aid has a negative effect on economic growth both in long run and short run. This is mainly because the existence of poor institutional arrangement and the funds are not always connected to the productive sectors. Similarly, the long run relationship between the flow of foreign direct investment and the economic growth is negative. The possible explanation for this negative effect is due to inadequate basic infrastructures and poor institutional quality in the country. However, the long run and short run effect of other foreign capital inflows and the short run effect of foreign direct investment are found to be insignificant in affecting real GDP per capita. In addition, the causality test result indicates that there is a unidirectional causal relationship from official foreign aid to real GDP per capita and bidirectional causal relationship between foreign direct investment and real GDP per capita, but there is no any causal relationship between other foreign capital inflows and real GDP per capita in Ethiopia. Thus, the study suggests that the government has to ensure that the capital inflows are linked to the productive sectors to optimize the benefits of capital inflows. Moreover, the government has to pursue policy device to mobilize domestic resources and to reduce over-reliance on capital inflows.

Antimikrobiální vlastnosti rostlinných látek

Žižlavská, Barbora January 2017 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the antimicrobial properties of herbal substances. Characteristics of these substances, including mechanism of action on microorganisms and their industrial use, is presented in the theoretical part. The aim of microbiological analysis was to determine the extent of diluted (10%) and concentrated essential oils isolated from clove (Syzygium aromaticum), cinnamon (Cinnamomum), and thyme (Thymus vulgaris) against bacteria (Escherichia coli, Enterococcus faecalis, Enterococcus faecium) and yeast (Yarrowia lipolytica, Candida tropicalis and Saccharomyces cerevisiae). To determine them, the disc diffusion method was used. The results confirmed an antimicrobial effect of tested essential oils. Concentrated thyme essential oil had the hightest inhibitory activity on all used microbial strains.

Leasing versus úvěr / Lease versus credit

Klímková, Veronika January 2010 (has links)
The theme of my diploma thesis is "Lease versus credit." The first part deals with relatively independent terms of the lease and credit of their definition and methods of accounting. It also deals with the tax and legislative changes which in the area of leases and credits in recent years occurred. Main section is devoted to comparing the differences between themselves, leasing and credits. There are advantages and disadvantages of both forms of financing, while the main attention is focused on business deciding between leasing and credit for making investments. Two methods will be introduced: net advantage of leasing and discounted costs of leasing and credit. The use of these methods is demonstrated on a practical example.

Komplexní studium jemnozrnných polykrystalů Cu a slitiny CuZr připravených metodami equal channel angular pressing a high pressure torsion / Complex investigation of fine-grained polycrystals of Cu and CuZr alloy processed by equal channel angular pressing a high pressure torsion

Srba, Ondřej January 2012 (has links)
Title: Complex investigation of fine-grained polycrystals of Cu and CuZr alloy processed by equal channel angular pressing and high pressure torsion Author: RNDr.Ondřej Srba Department: Department of Physics of Materials, Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Charles University Prague Supervisor: Doc. RNDr. Miloš Janeček, CSc. Abstract: In the thesis the microstructure development, mechanical, elastic and corrosion properties of deformed specimens of pure Cu and binary alloy CuZr processed by equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) are investigated. Several properties of pure Cu processed by ECAP are compared with properties of the same material processed by high pressure torsion (HPT). The microstructure development is characterized in detail by several experimental techniques (light and electron microscopy, electron back scatter diffraction, positron annihilation spectroscopy, etc.). The microstructure development in specimens processed by ECAP is characterized by the continuous fragmentation of the initial coarse grain structure and the formation of new grains having the sizes in the submicrocrystalline range (of 460 nm and 260 nm in Cu and CuZr alloy, respectively). During the deformation by ECAP the fraction of high-angle grain boundaries, the dislocation density and the concentration of vacancies are...

Porovnání dvou lokalit s rozdílnou intenzitou zemědělského využití z hlediska poskytovaných ekosystémových služeb / Comparison of two areas with different level of intensity of agricultural exploitation as concerns the ecosystem services

KUNT, Lukáš January 2015 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to evaluate two localities with different intensity of agricultural use in terms of ecosystem services provided by nature habitats. In connection with the evaluation of the sites is in the works documented incidence size seminatural habitats, natural calculated value of the studied area using Biotope Vaulation Method (Seják et al., 2003) Application MapoMat developed by the Agency for Nature Conservation and Landscape. The value of ecosystem services is determined through expert analysis by replacement cost. There were differences in the value of ecosystem services important habitats between conventional and organic farming at localities 1 and 4. Natural habitat value conventionally used the site has a 2.53 milKč compared to the organic farming locality where the value was estimated at 194.6 milKč, In this context that the value of ecosystem services locations 1 shows a value of 4438.96 milesCZKyear-1 compared to location 4, calling shows a value of 7905.01 milesCZKyear-1. On this basis, were statistically significant differences in both localities in terms of the frequency of diversity factors examined specimens of ground beetles are examined diversity index P <0001.

Příklady dobré praxe výuky anglické gramatiky induktivní metodou / Examples of good practice in teaching English grammar through the inductive metod

MARTÍNKOVÁ, Markéta January 2016 (has links)
The master thesis describes in its introduction the deductive and inductive approach to teaching English grammar, compares them, and also lists the pros and cons of each approach. The main content of the theoretical part is the presentation of key concepts and principles of inductive teaching of English grammar. The practical part converts theoretical knowledge to real grammar teaching. Pupils learned how to express past events within four lessons. These sample lessons are examples of good practice of teaching grammar inductively. The reflection of these lessons is provided at the end of this part.
