6 Abstract Title: Creating a new concept of cheerleading as a sport in the Czech Republic Objectives: Creating a comprehensive overview providing a complex information about the sport discipline called cheerleading. Clarifying the character of the sport of cheerleading. Gathering and submitting a comprehensive description of the sports discipline, a set of rules, mandatory elements, and methodologies of cheerleading. Preparation of a material for Czech Cheerleading Association and Institute of Czech Cheerleading as a base of metodology of cheerleading that will be helpful for cheerleading coaches in the Czech Republic to improve their skills and expending the number of members of the association. Taking photos that will facilitate understanding of issues and eliminate incorrect understanding of theoretical bases in various methodologies. Methods: A comprehensive classification of sports cheerleading industry required a consistent and detailed approach, a through content analysis of foreign literature, including knowledge and experience from my own practice and practice of other personalities involved in cheerleading from Czech Republic and abroad. Title: Comparison of ski teaching plans and ski qualifications between Czech republic and New Zealand. Objectives: Main objective of this thesis is the comparison of lesson plans and qualifications between the Czech Republic and New Zealand. As a basic educational program in the Czech Republic was chosen Czech ski school. Methods: This theoretical work processes, sorts and critically analyzing the survey findings on the current topic. Information needed for this work were obtained in several ways. It was a content analysis of documents, observation and experience. Results: After comparing Czech and New Zealand methodology of teaching skiing were not found distinct differences, they appeared in a comparison of the requirements for obtaining the qualifications of the same level - age, length of course and obtained permission to teach. The thesis is focused on analysis and comparison of the company's internal project methodology and official project methodology PRINCE2. This thesis aims to evaluate which of the methodologies is more suitable for management of projects in Ahold. A comparative qualitative analysis is used for the comparison of the project methodologies. The analysis is mainly focused on comparison of project phases, processes and documents. Furthermore concrete project is used to substantiate how each of these project methodologies would influence its realization. Comparing internal methodology and PRINCE2 methodology it was found that the internal project methodology that respects the specifics of Ahold is better for project management than official methodology PRINCE2.

Cílem diplomové práce bylo navrhnout metodiku poskytování outsourcingu v oblasti tiskových a reprografických služeb z pohledu společnosti, která outsourcing poskytuje. . Navržená metodika reflektuje proces outsourcingu formou projektu. Práce se skládá ze čtyř částí. První část se zabývá obecným vysvětlením pojmu outsourcing, jeho přínosy, výhodami a nevýhodami. Druhá část se věnuje zhodnocení současného stavu outsourcingu tiskových služeb ve firmě Konica Minolta a navržení zlepšení, kterých je možno dosáhnout. Ve třetí části je vypracován návrh metodiky poskytování outsourcingu v Konica Minolta. V poslední, čtvrté části, je pro přiblížení situace na trhu a pro možnost srovnání uvedena nabídka služeb největších konkurentů společnosti.

Tato diplomová práce je primárně zaměřena na problematiku projeků vývoje nového výrobku (NPD). Cílem je analyzovat problematiku vývoje nového výrobku, jakožto samostatné disciplíny projektového řízení. Dále představit a podrobněji popsat, u nás méně známý, nástroj pro podporu a koordinaci projektů PD-Trak? a analyzovat podporu jeho funkcí metodikou PMBOK. Nástroj je přímo určen pro projekty NPD. Nakonec se budu věnovat vývoji nového výrobku ve společnosti Opavia-Lu a.s. a srovnání této metodiky vývoje s metodikou PMBOK.

Práce zpracovává problematiku interních integračních projektů, jejichž podstatnou náplní je integrace podnikových aplikací uvnitř podniku. Cílem práce je nalezení specifických charakteristik vnitropodnikových integračních projektů. Odvozeným cílem je sestavit specifickou metodiku pro implementaci integrační platformy a pro potřeby metodiky navrhnout efektivní postupy a modely. Práce je strukturována podle životních fází projektu a pokrývá široké spektrum aktuálních integračních technologií.

Tato práce se zabývá provázáním modelu business intelligence a metodik vývoje informačních systémů. Specifikuje způsob propojení meta-modelu CWM (Common Warehouse Meamodel) s meta-modely business procesů ? BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation), EPC (Event-driven Process Chain), MMABP (Methodology for Modeling and Analysis of Business Process) a Meta-modelem standardů modelovacích jazyků. Propojení je realizováno jako rozšíření meta-modelů odkazovaných standardů o abstraktní třídy, které umožňují začlenit třídy z CWM do každého ze čtyř typů procesních modelů. Prezentované provázání je chápáno jako rozšířené Metodiky vývoje informačních systémů se Sybase Powerdesignerem, ale díky navázání na více typů procesních standardů může být použito i společně s jinými metodikami vývoje informačních systémů, které používají modelování business procesů.

Tato diplomová práce hodnotí kvalitu a způsob provedení webových stránek čtyř městských částí Prahy - Prahy 1, 2, 4 a 10. Za tímto účelem představuje některé existující hodnotící metodiky, jako např. metodiku soutěže Zlatý erb, a také konstruuje metodiku vlastní. Ta je pak aplikována na hodnocení jednotlivých webových stránek vybraných městských částí. Práce je navíc v úvodu obohacena o malou sondu do historie webových stránek a v závěru se zamýšlí i nad vývojem v této oblasti, v tomto případě především u webů orgánů státní správy a samosprávy.

Tato práce se zabývá aplikací a využitím metodologií a metodik projektového řízení a vícekriteriálního rozhodování v prostředí reálného projektu vývoje software na zakázku. V práci jsou formulována doporučení a vhodné přístupy pro využití takovýchto metodologií a metodik v jednotlivých fázích projektu s důrazem na individuální přístup ze strany manažera projektu.

This thesis is about the development of agent-based models that are a method of simulation of economic processes and environments using multi-agent systems. Agent-based modeling seems to be an unappreciated approach that is expected and has a potential for a much wider application than it actually has. The purpose of thiswork is to evaluate the reasons for such situation and to offer solutions. The following were identified among the reasons for a low utilization of the method: a wide gap between theory and practice in the field, doubtful reliability of the method, lowconfidence in its results, complexity, missing methodologies, problems with suitable development frameworks, limitations of computational performance, a lack of awareness among the public and certain other problems. Agentology; (i.e. a methodology for the development of agent-based models) was proposed in this thesis in order to address issues regarding the development of agent-based models. There are six defined roles of project participants in the methodology: expert, analyst, modeler, platform specialist, programmer and tester. The design and development process consists of four phases and nine steps beginning with task formulation, conceptual modeling, and platformspecific modeling to the development of the system. For the design phases, agent modeling language for agent-based models was derived.
