The aim of this diploma thesis is to create, if possible, a comprehensive view of the methodology of the playing the flute. The work includes a brief informations about history and development of the flute. It desribes individual parts of the flute, suitable production materials and appropriate instrument care. The work is also focused on holding the instrument, the flute playing posture, making a tone, embouchure, breathing, dynamics and vibrato. Part of my thesis is also devoted to pedagogy, it contains informations about the pupils' and educator's access to education and describes several options of proper exercising.

Diplomová práce se zabývá psychologickými aspekty implementace TOC v oblasti řízení projektů. Cílem této práce je na základě analýzy identifikovat psychologický pohled na TOC a vymezit kulturní standardy, které ovlivňují implementaci teorie omezení do projektového řízení. Důraz je kladen na Českou republiku a české kulturní standardy.

Šiai dienai ypač didelis dėmesys skiriamas vaikų su įvairiomis negaliomis integracijai į visuomenę. Negalios socialiniai vaizdiniai praėję permainingą raidos kelią atitinkamai suformavo ir šiandien Lietuvos visuomenėje bei tarp specialistų esančius negalios socialinius vaizdinius. Per kelerius pastaruosius metus Lietuvoje plačiai pasklido socialinės integracijos idėjos, kurios Vakarų visuomenėje formavosi beveik pusę amžiaus. Neįgaliųjų plaukimo ugdymas neatsiejama mokymo dalis ir labai svarbi veikla, kuri kartu atlieka ir terapinį pobūdį. Tikslas – įvertinti įgaliųjų ir neįgaliųjų su klausos sutrikimais plaukimo nugara mokymo efektyvumą, taikant individualią pedagoginio stebėjimo schemą. Uždaviniai: Nustatyti plaukimo būdo nugara pedagoginio stebėjimo schemos vertinimą, taikant ekspertų metodą; Ištirti teorinės paskaitos efektyvumą, taikant pedagoginio stebėjimo schemą. Atlikti praktinius plaukimo būdo nugara individualų technikos vertinimą, remiantis pedagoginio stebėjimo schema. Įvertinti individualaus mokymo poveikį įgaliųjų ir neįgaliųjų su klausos sutrikimais plaukimo nugara technikos įsisavinimui. Tiriamieji: Tyrime dalyvavo 27 studentai, 6 turintys klausos sutrikimus, 18 vaikinų ir 9 merginos. Problema: Įgūdžių mokymas vandenyje yra ganėtinai apsunkintas, kadangi atsiranda šalutinis dirgiklis – vanduo. Norint įgūdžių mokymą padaryti kuo efektyvesnį, dirbant su klausos sutrikimus turinčiais žmonėmis, reikia visą dėmesį skirti individualiam mokymosi metodui. ... The world‘s experience proofs, that many disables can take part in swimming sport. We couldn‘t find any researches about teaching swimming methods for disables who have problems with hearing, individualizing education process. Aim – to assess efficient of swimming on the back for able and disables who have hearing problems, applying chart of individual educate observe. Propositions: To establish the rate of chart of swimming on the back, applying method of experts; Analyze theory lecture efficient, applying chart of educate observe; According to chart of educate observe to conduct utility rate of swimming on the back technique. Niekam jau nebe paslaptis, kad šiai dienai rašyti klaidoms atsparias programas darosi vis sunkiau ir sunkiau, nes programų apimtys didėja, o realizacija sudėtingėja. Naudojamų programavimo kalbų įrankiai nesuteikia pakankamo pajėgumo, kurio taip trūksta, norint turėti greitą, efektyvų ir automatizuotą būdą tvarkytis su klaidomis, atstatyti sistemos darbą ir atlikti kitus reikalingus veiksmus. Dėl to pagrindinis šio darbo tikslas yra pristatyti tam tikrą priemonę, kuri būtų naudinga, projektuojant, kuriant ir testuojant didesniu atsparumu klaidoms pasižyminčias programų sistemas. Toji priemonė – tai klaidų valdymo modelis („Error-Handling Framework“), kurio pagrindinė paskirtis yra orientuota į efektyvesnį su klaidų valdymu susijusių sprendimų projektavimą ir realizavimą. Praktiniam tokio modelio panaudojamumui iliustruoti yra naudojama pasirinkta ATM bankomatų funkcionalumą simuliuojanti sistema („ATM Simulation System“), kuri darbo eigoje yra transformuojama į nuosavą klaidų valdymo posistemę turinčią sistemą. Kiekviename darbo žingsnyje gauti rezultatai yra atitinkamai įvertinami, įvardinant stipriąsias ir silpnąsias jų puses. Darbo pabaigoje yra pateikiamas būdas, kuris leidžia bent empiriškai nustatyti naujosios sistemos atsparumo klaidoms laipsnį. / Nowadays it‘s becomming more and more difficult to write programs that behave correctly in the presence of run-time errors. Existing programming language features often provide poor support for executing clean-up code and for restoring normal state in exceptional situations. The main aim of this work is to establish a certain classification that can serve as a tool for understanding how to develop more efficient and more robust software systems. It presents a unified pattern called the Error-Handling Framework, which is targeted directly at different error handling design and implementation issues. Additionally, in order to show how this pattern can be achieved in practical application, an ATM Simulation System is analyzed and transformed into a system that is able to handle the load of various planned and unplanned exceptional situations. Each step of the way results are carefully evaluated by providing the list of their stronger and weeker sides. Finally, an evaluation method showing how error-safe the new ATM simulation system is will be provided along with the concluding results.

Magistro darbas gali būti naudingas verslo įmonėms, vadybos bei informacinių technologijų disciplinų dėstytojams ir studentams. / During recent decades project management has emerged as effective method to manage organization and effective way to achieve strategic goals. At the moment there is a great number of different project management methodologies, the ability of adopting, implementing and using ever changing project management methodologies becomes essential for the project driven companies. The main purpose of this paper is to summarize different possible approaches in choosing project management methodologies, and to overview how this process is organized in Lithuanian IT companies. Two levels should be considered while selecting project management methodology. The fist level is defined as organizational level that takes into account strategic goals, project management maturity lever, culture and processes of the organization. The second choice of the methodology should be performed on project level to reflect specific characteristics of this project.

A flood plan is one of the fundamental documents of flood protection. This thesis deals with the design of flood protection and flood protection plan, which in practice will help to correct coordination of all members involved in flood protection. The first part of the thesis is a literature review, which deals with the general characteristics of floods, their origins, what kinds of floods distinguish the conditions under which they originate and what characterizes them. There is also the issue of flood protection, Integrated Rescue System IZS and the legislation that relates to this. The next section is a brief description of the area. The territory chosen for this work is district Brno-sever. Basic documents and materials for the investigation are provided by this district and subsequently studied. Followed by field researche of flow control's whatch spots and inventory of materials for flood protection control. After reading all the materials of the flood plan of Brno-sever it was found, that some of the data are no longer valid and will need to be modified or supplement. The main problem was the issue of flood commission. Specifically, which representatives should be appointed to this committee, what is expected of them and what are their exact duties. Following these findings I prepared a clear methodology for the flood commission, in which is precisely defined, from which department this man should be and what are his tasks. The conclusion summarizes the importance of a flood protection plan. Flood protection is becoming, along with changing climatic conditions still thornier issue, and despite the fact that Brno was not offten affected by floods in the recent past, the aim should be that all inhabitatns would be prepared for this unpleasant possibility.

This work are processed unreleased and unpublished findings of prof. Jaroslav Ušák supplemented with modern knowledge. The technology of a trombone is broadly conceived theme, but if we set aside just one sector, the picture would be incomplete and perhaps even nonsensical. It deals in detail with the construction of the instrument, its production and its difficulties, but also the difficulties of emboucher or a mechanical improvements. It also contains a short chapter about mutes.

This thesis deals with the principles of assessment impact of golf courses on the environment. The process of assessing the impact of project on the environment (EIA) is an integral part of the permission procedures for building permits. Each intention is different and must be assessed differently. Because of all the sports that have their sphere of activity on the free surface of the earth has golf probably the strongest interaction with the environment, the construction of golf courses is very hot topic among experts and the general public. This study aims to evaluate of EIA process at the two golf courses and the experience gained from the EIA process to formulate principles for the assessment of golf courses on the environment. An integral part of the work is an analysis of the EIA notification and control in unity of prediction in notification with the actual situation. On the based of achieved experience and the gained data it is possible to generalize the principles of EIA process for similar intention.
