Vliv teploty na pevnost svařeného a lepeného spoje z materiálu Resysta®Hrabovský, Štěpán January 2016 (has links)
This master thesis shortly deals with properties and usage of the Resysta material. The main objective of this thesis is to determine a temperature influence on tensile strength of welded and glued joints made from the material Resysta, for an usage such as an outdoor furniture, temperature influence analysis of the joints and to present the results of the analysis obtained by measurements. Further objectives are: tensile strength experiment of material Resysta and to determine influence of placing the pieces in a desk in different directions. Results will serve as a basis for a specific firm; as a basis for deciding between technology of gluing and a technology of welding and also for input for a custom made single purpose machine made for welding of material Resysta. Tests were performed in exposure temperatures -30 °C, 20 °C and 60 °C. We will perform two tests; first test will focus on the tensile strength of glued and welded joints and second one will try to test of tensile strength of Resysta material. Experiments were conducted according to standards ČSN EN 205 and ISO 527-1 on the Instron 3365 testing machine. Laboratory tests showed that values of tensile strength were decreased while increasing the exposure temperature and this was consistent in every test performed. A statistical significance was also confirmed in work piece direction influence on a board. There were higher values of the tensile strength in longitudinal direction than in the transverse.

Dětský hrdina v mezní situaci / Child´s Hero in an Extreme SituationKLACKOVÁ, Jana January 2010 (has links)
This dissertation is devoted to the topic of Child{\crq}s hero in an extreme situation inspired predominantly by the Czech literature of the 1950{\crq}s and 1960{\crq}s. The essential material for my work was works of the following Czech authors: Arnošt Lustig, Karol Sidon, Josef Fuks, Jan Otčenášek, Ludvík Aškenazy a J.R.Pick. Besides them I also used books by the French writer Romain Rolland which I compared to the Czech works. The dissertation is divided into two parts. In the first part I devote myself to the concept of extreme situation itself. I try to define this concept from the point of view of psychology as well as to show its concrete manifestation in individual works. The second part deals with interpretations of the works in the framework of which I explore the issue of an extreme situation.

Vertikální distribuce atmosférického aerosolu v mezní vrstvě atmosféry / Atmospheric aerosol vertical distribution in boudary layerDočekalová, Veronika January 2015 (has links)
Particulate matter (PM) air pollution is one of the most important topics in the field of environmental protection, and coal strip mining is a significant source of coarse atmospheric aerosol. In order to implement appropriate regulations to improve air quality, we need to identify the major sources of pollution. PM is usually measured in a ground-based manner and its dispersion is only modelled. Therefore, the objective of this study was to measure concentrations of coarse aerosol in the atmospheric boundary layer above the area of the coal strip mine through experimental airborne measurements and to estimate pollution contribution of mining to the surroundings. Measurements were carried out from November 11 to November 26, 2012, at Vršany coal mine, Czech Republic. An electrically powered airship was used with a specially designed gondola carrying aerosol monitors DustTrak DRX and P-Trak. Temperature and relative humidity data were also recorded. Repeated flights were performed at several heights above mine edge level. PM1-10 and GPS data were recorded every second. Average airship velocity ranged from 6 to 7 ms-1 . Flight measurements were also compared to ground-based measurements of PM10 and meteorological data. Weather during our measurements was characterised by low temperatures, high relative...

Srovnání pulsujícího proudění newtonské a ne-newtonské kapaliny v komplexní geometrii / Comparison of Pulsating Flow of Newtonian and non-Newtonian Fluid in Complex GeometryKohút, Jiří January 2020 (has links)
This master's thesis deals with pulsating flow of Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluid. Theoretical part represents necessary theoretical knowledge for pulsating flow and understanding of non-Newtonian behaviour. Furthermore the thesis focus is directed on numerical simulation of pulsating flow in straight, ideally rigid tube and in patient-specific model of human artery, more precisely in carotid. Two methods are used: numerical solution based on finite volume method (FVM) and also analytical solution using Bessel functions by Womersley. Results are validated against experimental measurements of velocity profiles by particle image velocity method (PIV). The agreement between numerical and experimental data with consideration of PIV inaccuracy was was very good from both point of views - qualitative and quantitative. Numerical solution also compare influence of turbulence and non-Newtonian behaviour towards base (laminar flow, Newtonian fluid). Developed methodology is then applied on patient-specific model of carotid, which was renovated from computed tomography. Measurements in vivo in human arteries is very expensive and often invasive. Because of that measurement outputs are limited, most of the time on pressure and flow. Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is non-invasive and outputs are through whole domain. Due to these advantages CFD significantly contributes to understanding of hemodynamics influence in cardiovascular diseases.

Vyhodnocení zatěžovacích zkoušek pilot z tryskové injektáže / Evaluation of loading test of jet-grouted pilesČechová, Simona January 2021 (has links)
The master thesis consists of a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part jet-grouting technology is described briefly. Mechanical properties of jet-grouted piles were characterized. Various estimation methods of ultimate pile bearing capacity are described in this thesis – analytical calculation of ultimate bearing capacity for bored piles and estimation of ultimate pile bearing capacity by analysis of load-displacement curve defined by CHIN (1970; 1972). Load transfer method for piles and hyperbolic load-transfer curve are introduced. As a part of the load-trasfer method analysis, a method of estimating ultimate pile shaft friction called beta method is defined. In the practical part were evaluated several static load tests of jet-grouted piles and were constructed their load-displacemnt curves. Then reverse analysis of the results from static load tests was performed using load-transfer method. Then ultimate pile bearing capacity was estimated using analytical calculation of pile bearing capacity for bored piles and using analysis of load-displacement curve with method by CHIN (1970; 1972). By evaluation of load transfer method and beta method ultimate shaft resistence for each pile was estimated. Results and load-displacement curves were compared.
