Estadística descriptiva. 2. Medidas de dispersión y asimetría en Excel 2010

Una de las actividades que comprende la labor docente es sin duda la evaluación de los estudiantes, antes de abordar de lleno las posibilidades de Excel para el procesamiento y análisis de la información relacionada con la evaluación es necesario analizar algunos conceptos previos, considerando el enfoque de Francesc Martínez. La medición aplicada al aprendizaje tiene como pretensión básica tratar de cuantificar los atributos que están presentes en los estudiantes o los objetos relacionados con su desempeño y con ello objetivar los juicios valorativos respecto de los mismos. Con ello tratamos de hacer comparables a los estudiantes en relación a aquellos atributos que mencionados anteriormente.

Magistrinio darbo tema: „Informacinių technologijų e-vadovėlio struktūros, metodikos, programavimo, eksploatavimo galimybių tyrimas“. Elektroninis vadovėlis – tai programa, kuri leidžia suburti mokinius į virtualią klasę, kiekvienam suteikiama galimybė naudotis ta pačia mokomąja medžiaga, tiesiogiai bendrauti su klasės draugais ir mokytoju, neatsitraukiant nuo savo darbo vietos. Elektroninis vadovėlis yra puiki priemonė, ugdanti mokinių savarankiškumą ir skatinanti domėtis naujausiomis technologijomis. Elektroniniai vadovėliai tinka visiems mokiniams ir netgi suaugusiems žmonėms, o ypač tiems, kurie nori įsisavinti ne tik privalom���ją, bet ir daugiau papildomos medžiagos, reikalingos dalyvaujant įvairiose olimpiadose, konkursuose bei realiame gyvenime ar netgi darbe. Tiriamojo darbo tema pasirinkta, tikint, kad sukurtas elektroninis vadovėlis pagelbės įvairaus amžiaus žmonėms įsisavinti informacines technologijas (pradžioje tik elektroninę skaičiuoklę Microsoft Excel), padės kelti ar įgyti naują kvalifikaciją, neatsitraukiant nuo darbo ir pamokų bei kasdieninės veiklos. Pagrindinis darbo tikslas – sukurti programinius modelius, kurie pagelbėtų geriau įsisavinti informacinių technologijų (elektroninės skaičiuoklės Microsoft Excel 2003) kursą, pristatyti produktą mokiniams, mokytojams ir supažindinti juos su elektroninės medžiagos rengimo metodika, o taip pat atlikti grįžtamojo ryšio efektyvumo tyrimą su besimokančiais. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Master’s degree work: „Information technologies electronic textbook’s research on the structure, techniques, programming and operation possibilities“. An electronic textbook means the programme which is able to gather together students into virtual reality, where they are given equal possibility to use the same teaching programme, to communicate directly with the teacher and other students in the group while sitting at the computer. E-textbook is a perfect means for developing students’ independence and for encouraging them to care for newest technologies. E-textbooks are proper for students of various ages as well as for adult people, but especially for those who are eager to acquire not only compulsory, but also some additional material in order to take part in Olympiads, contests, use it in real life or at work. The main aim of the work is to create the course of programme models, introduce it to students and teachers, afterwards let them learn the particular methods and ways how the electronic material was prepared. Finally, to find out the feedback and, what is the most important thing, to set the efficiency of the programme. The diploma thesis describes selected new teaching methods using the Information Technology. In consideration of supporting the Informatics course at University of Economics, the options of future teaching methodology development are outlined. The creation of educational tutorials in form of screencasting is considered as the first development step, for which the methodology has been drawn up. It covers preparation, implementation and publishing of the tutorials. To test the methodology, supporting learning materials were worked out accordingly for the part of the course explaining Microsoft Excel 2007 application -- in form of the illustration of the problem solving process. The created tutorials were published on the special website and presented (not only) to students. Within 14-day testing period a large dataset was acquired to provide feedback both from tracking visitors' movements on the website and from e-questionnaires. The feedback was thoroughly analysed and the conclusions were used for the optimalization of the methodology which was finalized by this step and is disposable for authors of future educational tutorials.

This diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of reporting in a selected department in a selected company and then develops a proposal for a new method of reporting in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. The analytical part is preceded by an extensive theoretical search, which deals with information management in the organization and the essence of reporting applications.

The thesis employs modern analysing and simulating methods. The thesis specifically deals with the practical use of fuzzy logic for selecting clients. The aim is to create a suitable system for listing submitted applications in a chronological order within a contributory company.

The planning, development and updating of the construction project are key elements for leading a project to the finish line. A programme adapted to implementation is also required to obtain the best results. The two most common work programs for creating project schedules are Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project. A project's tasks are identified and structured in a schedule, often called Gantt Schedule. It should give employees at the workplace an idea of the ongoing project's activities, as well as upcoming important events and deadlines. A timeschedule should also be able to pare for changes and allocate the project's resources evenly to prevent congestion. An effective schedule includes project start and finish dates, needed resources, and recurring tasks for updating and monitoring the project schedule. An assignment issued by BDX Företagen AB gave me the opportunity to create a template and instruction for facilitated work on the development and updating of project schedules in Microsoft Project. BDX is a construction company primarily active in northern Sweden. They carry out assignments for both private individuals and companies in land, road and infrastructure. They work daily on the creation of ongoing and upcoming projects and use Microsoft Excel as a planning program.  The background to the assignment of BDX is their efforts to improve work primarily on updating a project's schedule with the transition from Microsoft Excel to Microsoft Project. The template created contains the basic settings required for a good structure for a schedule. It also includes notes and shorter explanations of tools and features. BDX's focus on improvement around updating provided the premise that the template also contains recurring tasks, which means that they are scheduled continuously during the project. The usage instruction provides a more detailed description of the template, basic settings, and features.
