The aim of this dissertation which is called "The employees reward systems in the selected company" was analysis of the system of the remuneration of employees in the selected company, proposal of changes and recommendation for improvement in leading of this specific area. My selected company has happened the company McDonald's s.r.o, specifically it is subsidiary in Tábor. The main source for the first part was analysis of specialized literature which was studied and its rightness was certified from more books. The main source for gathering data for practical part was internal material of the company. The main source was the website of the McDonald's which served for the characteristic, where was everything important. For the analysis and evaluation of the current situation was used open minded interview with the leader of the company, open minded interview with managers and open minded interview with the rest of the employees. In the practical part was written and described the system of financial and non financial remuneration of employees who work in the subsidiary in Tábor. The analysis of the wage system was made and thanks to it was calculated the example of weekly salary costs on the week's sales. Then it was made a questionnaire survey and its aim was gain opinions and find out a satisfaction of the employees with the system of the remuneration in the company. At the end there were written all results of the all analysis and proposal of changes in the specific area.

The main objective of this thesis is to explore the use of total remuneration in selected manufacturing company and recommend proposals for improving the current system of remuneration. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with remuneration of employes, their motivation, employee benefits and total remuneration model. The practical part deals with the specific manufacturing company. The first part focuses on the characteristics of company and further development of individual indicators of the company. This is the number of employees, turnover, evolution of the share of personnel costs in total costs and evolution of labour productivity of added value. The second part focuses on the development of individual groups of total remuneration model. These are cash rewards, employee benefits, education and development and work environment. The last part is focused on determining the proposal for improvement of certain bonuses and determine the costs that the company had to incur. This part is mainly focused on improving basic wages and comparison the company to a group of firms in a given area. For comparison serves payroll and personnel costs per employee.

The aim of my diploma work was focusing on motivation to art activity and creativity of children of younger school age in the pedagogy of leisure time. The art project {\clq}{\clq}The four seasons`` focuses on aim to clarify the children of younger school age the nature, habits, traditions and further interests of single seasons and to motivate them to their own art activity and arouse enthusiasm and creativity. These aims are in the project achieved by literarily-dramatic, artistic, locomotory, environmental and experimental education. In the conclusion I mention phenomenoms, which arose during the realization of the project ``The four seasons`` and I summarize my findings and knowledge.

My dissertation deals with the issue of quitting smoking and keeping permanent abstinence in relation to the most significant motivation factors. My particular objective was to specify the most important motivation factors as well as to confirm what effect the price of cigarettes has on giving up smoking with the 25-50 year old generation of South Bohemian geographic classification. A quantitative research was carried out via an internet questionnaire. It contained 14 questions concerning identification, treatment, motivation and finances. 63 respondents filled in the questionnaire.

The chracters of the stories represents singificant elements and so this diploma work is focus to factors that influence a decision of the characterers in Durych?s short stories and novel stories. Some of the characters at the first look seems irrationally, but we can discover the course of actions that explain their action. The better understand of motivation can help to more accurate the interpretation of short stories and short novels and identify of sence.

The first part deals with the topic of adult education within the context of lifelong learning, defines the concept of older adulthood, and clarifies the concept of motivation as it relates to formal education for older adults. It presents an overview of research carried out in the field of older adults as related to university studies. The second part focuses on qualitative research that answers the following questions: what motivates older adults to study at the university level; how do they describe the motivating factors and other relevant circumstances of their decision to attend university; what criteria do older adults use to assess the benefits of study; and what motivates them to persevere in their studies.

Aplikace prvků dramatické výchovy ve výuce gramatiky v hodinách češtiny pro cizince / The application of drama techniques in teaching grammar in Czech for foreigners

(in English): The master's thesis deals with the use of dramapedagogy in grammar teaching in Czech for foreigners. The issue is explored through a pilot study focusing on the instruction of past tense in a university course in Germany. For the purpose of the study, the drama grammar method, which combines explicit grammar exploration and acting in communication situations has been modified. Firstly, the paper specifies the chosen grammatical structure didactically. Secondly, the options of using dramapedagogy in foreign language teaching are introduced. The focus lies on the methods theatre pedagogy (metoda jevištního tvaru) and drama grammar. The presented pilot study examines three research questions (referred to as VO). According to VO1, subjects taught through the drama grammar method will achieve better results in grammar. VO2 verifies if applying dramapedagogy influences the consolidation of student's linguistic performance in a long-term perspective. VO3 expects that using dramapedagogy will increase student's motivation.

In my thesis I deal with quadratic equation, inequality and quadratic function and their teaching with using computer and interactive whiteboard. The thesis is devided into two parts, theoretical one and practical one. In the theoretical part I deal with motivation to learning, constructivism, rating the teaching materials and interactivity in the school surrounding. I state my conclusions from lessons, where I used the prepaired worksheets with secondary vocational school students. The practical part includes my own created worksheets for teaching with interactive whiteboard and their use in teaching on a secondary vocational school.

Názvy ulic ve Volyni / The street names in the town of Volyně

This diploma thesis deals with names of streets, squares, embankments and parks in the town Volyně in the district of Strakonice. Based on archival sources, it researches the development of the local street names in seven historical periods since the first designation in 1871 to the present. In every period the names are organized into a dictionary that explains their semantic motivation. A classification according to particular semantic categories is included, too. Attention is paid to the development of honorific motivation in street designation which means giving names of significant personalities, historical events, places and values that mostly have no connection with the designated place. The final part analyses the formation of both present and defunct street names and brings their structural classification. The aim of the diploma thesis is to explore systematically the designations of streets in Volyně and their development, and thus contribute to the knowledge of the local toponymy and the history of the town.
