The thesis, in the part one, summarises theoretic findings and data, relating to clusters and competitive strength questions. It describes national assistance of clusters and delimits Czech Commerce Department agenda subvention requirements. In the part two view of cluster sphere situation in the Czech Republic regarding clusters origination, building up, national assistance and financing is summarised. Part three of the thesis demonstrates particular cluster example behaviour of such as alignment.

The diploma thesis deals with the system of national account of the Czech Republic with a focus on the development of government debt and deficit. The first chapter explains the nature, the aim and the development of the field of national accounts. The second chapter concentrates on the system of national accounts of the Czech Republic. Special attention is paid to the sector of government institutions, as the national government accounts are the basis for the prediction of the government deficit, debt and the Convergence program for adoption of the common currency Euro. The third chapter defines the terms closely related to the general government sector and financial statistics. The closing chapter analyses the development of government debt and deficit in the period since 1995.

This thesis deals with circumstances of the economic reform designed by Kurt Rozsypal in 1958 -- 1959. It starts with the study of economic and political situation after the Second world war, postwar reconstruction, question of socialization and take over of the communist party. Then, it focuses on analysis of the first Soviet five year plan and effects of its application on Czechoslovak economy. This part is followed by the study of the first economic crisis and the era of New course. Analysis of the second five year plan, its consequences, preparation and realization of Rozsypal's reform and explanation of the reasons its failure are the second part of the thesis. It finishes with the third five year plan, collapse of the economy in 1963 and cancellation of the plan as well as Rozsypal's reform.

The thesis deals with the role of nation-state in globalization. In the beginning, the nation-state and state are defined. Afterwards, the interaction of the state with market and non-profit sector is analyzed. The third chapter talks about globalization, so that the gained knowledge can be used in the chapter four as the main characteristics of state are here analyzed with the emphasis on the economic aspects of globalization.

This thesis deals with financing of the National Theatre in Prague, with the attention to voluntary philanthropic sources of its income. The National Theatre is a symbol of Czech national identity and commitment. According to legend, its origin is associated with a philanthropic tradition that has continued almost uninterrupted throughout his whole existence. Verification of the philanthropic tradition is the main aim of this thesis. It also examines revenues, expenditures and deficits of the theater. Thesis is trying to find out the volume of revenue from its own activities and from public budgets, which concludes the percentage of self-sufficiency. It focuses on the presence of patrons and the amount of voluntary contributions to finance the total cost. Thesis also seeks to capture the economic, institutional and political development of the theatre. Finally, determine the common and different tendencies of development.

The theme of this master's thesis is "Marketing of the Vrchotovy Janovice Chateau". The Vrchotovy Janovice Chateau is one of the exhibitions of the National Museum outside Prague. The introductory part analyses the history of the castle from the point of view of its potential for marketing strategies. Another part deals with number of visitors of the castle as an important measure of successful marketing. Furthermore the thesis concentrates on application of the marketing tools and it analyses marketing of the castle by using SWOT analysis. The inseparable part of the thesis is a survey of the "chain guidance" and of the public awareness of the existence of the castle. The aim of the master's thesis is to evaluate the marketing potential of the Vrchotovy Janovice Chateau and its park, consider its current marketing tools and suggest improvement solutions for the future. The aim of this thesis is to suggest such measures which would optimize system of transportation in the National park Šumava. Regarding the fact that the area of examination is national park, principles of minimal load on environment has to be respected. In order to suggest optimization measures elements of transportation system are characterised and analyzed at first.

The topic of the thesis is the monetary policy of the National Bank of Slovakia and the adoption of euro. The content of the thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part is devoted to the main representative of monetary policy in Slovakia, the National Bank of Slovakia, and description of the activities performed and the tools used while implementing the policy. In addition, the work focuses on the prerequisite of adoption of the common European currency, namely the formation and the history of the economic and monetary union. The main objective, the practical part of the thesis, is the secondary research analysis devoted to the implementation of monetary policy of the National Bank of Slovakia from the Bank's formation itself, through very important events such as change in FX rate in 1998, access to the ERM II system in 2005, adoption of euro in 2009 till the present time. In the final chapter, the thesis focuses on the evaluation of euro adoption in Slovakia via primary research conducted through questionnaire designed for Slovak citizens. Closure part consists of my personal analysis of euro implementation whereby I'll remit to advantages just as disadvantages which have been caused by our new mutual currency.

The purpose of this diploma thesis is to summarize a comprehensive picture of monetary development of former Czechoslovakia within period 1918-1938. The initial introduction concerns monetary and economic development by 1926. The following chapter analyses establishing of National Bank of Czechoslovakia as a significant event in the history of local monetary policy. In a detailed major section, the thesis explains the activities of central bank concluded during either in conjuncture or economic financial crisis. This study hopes to offer the overview of key historical events such as the establishment of gold parity standard in 1929 or double currency depreciation in the 1930's. With regards to final chapter, prewar development as well as the consequences of economic financial crisis are evaluated in terms of monetary policy.

The subject of this thesis is to evaluate the corporate culture of UniCredit Group. The thesis also analyses the influence of Italian national culture on corporate culture of the UniCredit Group. The theoretical part describes the corporate culture, its determinants, typology and strategies used in international expansion. The practical part introduces the UniCredit Group, its history on the czech market and it also includes the evaluation of the corporate culture. In the end, there is an analysis of Italian national culture being one of the determinants of the UniCredit Groups corporate culture.
