Studies dealing with research about the connection between the addictive behavior on the internet and the use of addictive substance are not a lot and it was never proved their direct connection. The research of this thesis is focused on the research of their the connection. I chose the population of university as a research group, in which I wanted to confirm or refute this connection. Primarily the main reason of this research was to find out the connection between the addictive behavior on the internet and the use of addictive substance, farther also the differences between two different university fields, in which could be expected differences in the exploration of addictive behavior. For the purposes of this research was chosen questionnaire form of data collection, those questionnaires were distributed to the students directly in the classroom. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the needs of employer in the field of addictology-side. Secondary targets include: a) analysis of training needs of employees enrolled in the employer's training program for the design of educational-preventive project intended for these RIA (Railway Infrastructure Agency) employees; b) analysis of UIC recommendations addictological interventions aimed for management of safety risks associated with the use of alcohol and other substance abuse at work; c) analysis of implementation possibilities of the recommendations according to the previous point. An analysis of documents - Czech legislation, recommendations UIC - focused on measures regulating the use of alcohol and other substance abuse at work and addictological interventions proposed by UIC. Knowledge questionnaire for employees participated in employer's training program was prepared. Respondents were not informed in advance about the offer to participate in the research, they weren't informed about the addictology knowledge test. During at about 60 minutes there were completed 3100 answers from 31 respondents without training with 40 - 70% correct results (in average 53.4 %). The objective of this thesis named Abuse of drugs and forbidden doping substances in prison enviroment is to map the problematics of drug misusage and doping substances in prison enviroment and to determine the level of presence of these substances in selected prisons in the Czech republic. The thesis is primarly intended for experts in prison services but also to the public as a material for drug usage in prison facilities. The first part is dedicated to theory of prison servicies in Czech republic, drug problematics in general and drug politics inside czech prisons. The second part describes research with goal of finding if there is a misusage of drugs or forbidden doping substances in prison enviroment and if so on what extent. The analysis of technical documents and expert questionarre investigation are used for this work. Based on collected data and their analysis the stated hypothesis are verified. For the extension of this work it is recomended to follow the research and focus on the drug problematics in prisons from the convicted person point of view. Introduction: Addictive substances among musicians is a common occurrence. However, this phenomenon is mostly described only by the musicians themselves in their autobiographies. There is little professional work to address this phenomenon. There are many factors that affect musicians and lead them to use addictive substances. Even though this phenomenon is so widespread, it is taken for granted and few pay attention to it. Aim: Aim of thesis is to identify and describe patterns of substance use in active musicians in music groups that are based in the Benešov region, but play outside this area too. Methodology Data were collected in the form of a semi-structured interview. A list of music groups was created using the bandzone website. These groups were then found on Facebook to find out their activity. They were also subsequently approached here. 9 researched musicians took part in the research. Responses from the interviews were recorded directly by hand. Overwrite was performed while data was being written. Subsequently, the data were analyzed by elements of grounded theory. The topic Needs of people addicted to drugs and alcohol to maintain succesful abstinence in aftercare was chosen. Aftercare is an important part of addiction treatment, but often overlooked and unused. The aim is to clarify the needs of abstinent persons addicted to alcohol and other non-alcohol drugs and their subsequent comparison. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the development of addiction, its diagnosis, description of drugs and treatments options. Chapters dealing with treatment are thoroughly discussed because of the individual usage during the treatment of addiction. Aftecare of addicted people and problems with relapse take place in this part of work. The second part deals with research focused on identifying the needs of addicted people to drugs and alcohol to maintain successful abstinence and their subsequent comparison. Clarifying of these needs can serve as a recommendation to other abstaining people or as a support to services in the system of aftercare to successful abstinence nowadays. This diploma thesis is divided into nine chapters. The introductory chapters are focused mainly on currently highly discussed issues concerning criminal acts connected with drug abuse and historical roots and development of contemporary Czech legal regulation. The main part of this diploma thesis consists of the description of every single crime regulated by sections 283-287 of Act No. 40/2009, Criminal Code. The last chapter of this diploma thesis afterwards presents the description of the other crimes which are according to the author the most drug abuse related.

The focus of the thesis is on drug addiction prevention in families. Education in the family is seen here as one of the key factors preventing substance addiction. In my work, I emphasize the need to inform and educate parents in this area and put forward solutions in the form of the project "Educating Parents in Children's Drug Addiction Problems". The purpose of the project is to publish a handbook for parents titled "Do You Know About Drugs What Your Child Does?" The publication will provide parents with basic information about drug addiction. In addition to theoretical knowledge about drugs, parents will also be offered practical advice and guidance on how to prevent potential problems with drugs in their children, on how to react when they learn about the child's experimentation with drugs and, last, but not least, how to act in the situation when they find out that their child is already drug-addicted. Prior to writing the handbook, quantitative survey of parents has been undertaken to map the situation in the area of drug addiction prevention in families. The area of oniomania includes psychological but also social and financial aspects of the disorder. The thesis focuses mainly on the sphere of introduction of oniomania, as a great danger to man and society, especially in the context of financial illiteracy. Enough room is devoted to explication of main key words from the area of addictions (drug addictions and behavioral addictions). Attention has also been dedicated to an important chapter of the issue of gender in context to the pathological shopping and also to topics of getting to know the possibilities of treatment and prevention. Theoretical part focuses on presenting of susbstitution treatment, its history and description of the substitution substances and their effects on the human body. Describes the abuse of substitution treatment by problem drug users and tries to map out the various addiction treatment services with a focus on substitution treatment in Prague.
