Hsin-Chu Science Park was founded in 1980. During 24 years development, it has unique cluster advantage for promoting Taiwan information technology industry to the world. Being that, Taiwan become the 4th largest semiconductor manufacture country and 3rd largest IT industry country in the world. Because of such successful experience, Hsin-Chu Science Park has been well-known and has been duplicated his experience to other countries in Asia. Government among Asia countries lead to found new science park such as China. China plan to establish 152 science parks in 21st Century. China has numerous natural resources which helping them for establishing science park. Under this circumstance, IT industry in Taiwan will face highly competitiveness in the future. Taiwan IT industry has to apply organization changes become great agency for gaining advantage for continuing organization effectiveness. The study targets the company of Hsin-Chu Science Park and surveyors of the HRM and is made in questionnaires. A total of 300 copies are issued with 110 valid ones collected and analyzed in SPSS. To begin, descriptive statistics are used to analyzed basic data characteristics of the variables. Relevant analysis and level regression analysis are adopted to discuss between relevancy of variable and whether there are distinctive influences. The results are: 1.The leadership of Change management and the efficacy of human resource has distinctive influences.¡C 2.Human resource strategic and human resource efficacy has distinctive influences. 3.Human resource strategic has partial intermediary effect to organization change strategic and efficacy of human resource. 4.The HRM involvement has not distinctive monitor effect to human resource strategic and efficacy of human resource.

The relationship among leadership of principal,job involvement and organizational commitment of teacher-Evidence from the public elementary schools in kaohsiung city¡C

There were 866 valid questionnaires from 970 released ones to primary school teachers in 84 Municipal Primary Schools in Kaohsiung, and the results are given below. 1. Part of the aspect of the principals¡¦ leadership behavior, teachers¡¦ job involvement and organization commitment would show significant difference because of different demographic variables. 2. There shows a significant positive correlation between the consideration behavior of the principals¡¦ leadership behavior and the teachers¡¦ job enjoyment, concentration and preparation aspects in their job involvement. 3. There shows a significant positive correlation between the initiation of structure of the principals¡¦ leadership behavior and the teachers¡¦ job enjoyment, concentration and preparation aspects in their jobs. 4. The consideration behavior of the principals¡¦ leadership behavior has significant and positive correlation with the affective commitment and normative commitment of teachers¡¦ organization commitment. 5. The initiation of structure of the principals¡¦ leadership behavior has significant positive correlation with the affective commitment, continuous commitment and normative commitment of teachers¡¦ organization commitment. 6. The consideration behavior of the principals¡¦ leadership behavior has significant negative correlation with the enjoyment of the teachers¡¦ job involvement. 7. The correlation among the initiation of structure of the principals¡¦ leadership behavior and the teachers¡¦ job enjoyment, concentration and preparation aspects in their job involvement are strong and positive. 8. The correlation among the consideration behavior of the principals¡¦ leadership behavior and the affective commitment and normative commitment of teachers¡¦ organization commitment is strong and positive. 9. The correlation among the initiation of structure of the principals¡¦ leadership behavior and the affective commitment and normative commitment of teachers¡¦ organization commitment is strong and positive.

Cosmetic market has evolved and becomes a fashion trend in this abundance of material modern society. It is a smooth transition from ¡§for woman¡¨ in the old-fashioned society to today¡¦s new breed ¡§for man¡¨ outburst. It is also the revolution from the ¡§external care products¡¨ to ¡§internal care products.¡¨ The marketing channel has even involved into multi-diversified channels to reach the variety of consumers. As the result, the current global ¡§in-take¡¨ cosmetic market has reached to 46.7 billion USD. Under the advocate of this new concept, Taiwan¡¦s food market is also growing quietly and steadily. When a consumer is considering a cosmetic product in this rapid changing market, their buying desire often depends on their knowledge of the product¡¦s value through self-recognition. This dissertation will conduct a detail examination on the consumers¡¦ cognitions, affect and conation regarding the different channels of the product information source. From this study¡¦s objects in the ¡§drinkable cosmetic¡¨ market, we can concentrate on: 1.Consumers who possess the direct experience with the drinkable cosmetic has a significant affect than those who do not possess the same experience. 2.In comparison with advertisement affect, the consumers who had direct experience has had a greater impression regarding the product. 3.The cross functional between ¡§direct experience¡¨ and ¡§product involvement¡¨ does not consist affect on the studied result. Therefore, despite the different levels of product involveness from the consumers, it will not affect their direct experience nor advertisement affect. It will also not affect the consumers¡¦ buying desire. This research is focusing on the cosmetic market¡¦s new concept on care product, which is the drinking product. Even though the study is concentrating on this later developed market, there are still many aspects of the research that can be further discussed.

The Motivations and Consequences of Using Online Discussion Board : A Case Study of Bulletin Board System

This thesis is on the basis of searching EWOM actively and attempt to treat the motivation of using discussion board, and how these motivations explain the influence of discussion board. Reviewing literatures, the thesis generalize the motivations of searching WOM actively and use product involvement to be situational variable in order to explore that the motivation and the consequence of using different discussion board. The thesis adopted bulletin board systems to be the research field, and distributed questionnaires. The research found that though consumers had different motivations of using discussion boards while facing products with diverse level of involvement, in fact, they normally take ¡§information searching¡¨ and ¡§recognition seeking¡¨ as the main motivations. Further, the explanatory power of these motivation factors on the consumers¡¦ behaviors changed by the discussion boards will differ with the product involvement.

A Study of the Relationships Among Leadership Styles and Job Involvement as Moderated by Trust and Work Achievement--Evidence From a Radio Station

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among leadership style, trust, achievement motivation and job involvement. The leadership style was measured by using revised LBDQ which was commonly seen in related research (Lee¡A2000¡FKao¡A2002); The measurement of trust was based on the research of Mayer, Davis & Schoorman (1995) with minor revisions made by Wu (2000); Achievement motivation was measured by using Wu and Lin¡¦s (1997) translated questions. Finally, the measurement of job involvement developed by Lodahl and Kejner (1965) was used. 110 survey questionnaires were issued to the staffs of Kiss Radio, with a total number of 95 valid respondents. The data was analyzed by using SPSS/12 (Statistical Package for the Social Science) for Windows XP. The statistical analyses contained 1).descriptive analysis, 2) reliability tests, 3) factor analysis, 4) Pearson Correlated analysis, and 5) regression analysis. The results of generally indicated the following: 1) There were significant relationships between structural leadership and job involvement. 2) The sympathy for work is significantly affected by the perfectionism and workaholicism. 3) Significant relationship between structure of leadership and achievement competition of effort was found. Conclusions, recommendations, as well as limitations of this study were also discussed based on the results.

The Study of Medical Purchase Through Electronic Commerce Service Abstract The purpose of this thesis is to recognize the medical purchaser¡¦s degree of accepting medical electronic commerce service (e-commerce) in the medical purchasing process and the ideal websites regarding the service. By user¡¦s involvement in service designs, functions of the websites, and the format of purchase processing, the ideal website on medical commerce can be discussed as aforementioned three factors. The thesis includes literary analysis and surveys based on the medical electronic commerce service. The 224 participants include purchasers from medical centers, local hospitals, regional hospitals, or those that have consumed products within two years. After the surveys are recycled, the SPSS program for Windows 10.0 is used to organize and analyze data with descriptive statistics, chi-square testing, and ANOVA testing. The discoveries based on purchasers are listed below: 1. E-commerce websites need to have organization in products, rate of sending the data, and specific details. 2. While using the Internet, the safety of the World Wide Web might be too low, and business confidential documents will be disclosed, which causes harm to the hospital. 3. The reason for using e-commerce is because the web is convenient with timesaving issues where data is easily collected and the rate of reacting in sending and receiving is rapid. 4. In traditional format of business, there are rooms for improvements in creating a new company, price research, and product information. 5. The desire to participate in e-commerce is very strong; numerous people are willing to fill out the survey and provide personal experience as an appreciation. 6. In the future, websites are expected to have strong search engines and devices providing security of purchasing. At last, this paper includes conclusion and suggestion according to the result of the experiment as a reference to the building of e-commerce websites in the future and those interested in this field. Abstract Since popular music spread from the Western in early time, its development has changed steadily with social and economic environment. For the influences of globalization, the structure of record industry faces the dramatic challenge, which push to adjust their local market strategy. Under this situation, most record corporations construct the ¡§star system¡¨, which is focused on formulating the singers¡¦ tastes, personalities, and their life styles, to reduce the risk of market uncertainty. At present, there are seldom related researches about the relationship between consumer behaviors and image of the singer in Taiwan with. Thus, the researcher tried to explore the above attributes with qualitative method in this research. With two cases studies of popular music mix F4 and S.H.E., the findings would be the following¡G 1. The ¡§image¡¨ which the record corporations tend to impress is mostly matched with the consumer cognition. But for the consumer, the personal image of singers is more obvious than the music image. 2. Due to the highly involvement on their favorite singers, the consumer behaviors is characterized by identifying the singers¡¦ image but not imitating, searching for and collecting the information of the singers actively, and purchasing those products which they can afford. 3. The opinion and attitude of the reference group, including schoolmates, friends, relatives and parents, will have influence on consumer behavior, especially on their cognition and behavior aspects.

The effect of types of Perceptions of Perceptions of Organizational Politics on Job Involvement and Job Stress

Abstract Government institutions are the largest service industry. Job involvement and job stress of employees have a lot to do with the efficiency of government administration. The study subject is based on soldiers, official employees, as well as educational employees. The purposes of this study are: 1) to demonstrate the concept of perceptions of organizational politics, job involvement, and job stress by means of literature review, 2) to address the effect of perceptions of organizational politics on job involvement and job stress through the evidence-based analysis, 3) to analyze which type of perceptions of organizational politics will increase job involvement or reduce job stress, 4) to provide the recommendations about how to improve job involvement as well as reduce job stress based upon the study results. The target sample contained one military institution, two administrative institutions, one public corporation, and two public schools through sampling. Data for this study were drawn from questionnaire surveys. Based upon the evidence-based analysis, it was found: 1) there was a slightly significant difference in the demography variable of after-grouped dimension of perceptions of organizational politics, 2) job involvement of employees was associated with the types of perceptions of organizational politics; among them, the ¡§optimism-and-communication-oriented¡¨ group had the highest job involvement, 3) job stress of employees was connected with the types of perceptions of organizational politics; among them, the ¡§dictatorship-and-authority-oriented¡¨ group endured the most job stress, 4) ¡§the distance between policies and practices¡¨ played a critical role in the effect of before-grouped dimension of perceptions of organizational politics on job involvement; there was no significant effect in the after-grouped dimension of perceptions of organizational politics, and 5) the effect of before- or after-grouped dimension of perceptions of organizational politics on job stress was dependent on the types. Based upon the results, it was recommended to government institutions: 1) to focus on partnership, and to create a interaction-centered environment, 2) to build up a fair, open, and reasonable mechanism of promotion and evaluation so as to boost morale, 3) to strengthen delegation, and communication channel, and 4) to focus on consultation and assistance for employees. In terms of long-term strategy, managers tend to mold the ¡§optimism-and-communication-oriented¡¨ group, as well as to avoid the bad effect the ¡§superficiality-and-speculation-oriented¡¨ group had on job involvement, and the higher job stress the ¡§dictatorship-and-authority-oriented¡¨ group brought to the employees.

The four types of organizational climate are leadership, organization structure, people relationship and responsibility which is this study trying to discuss the influence on self-directed learning and job involvement, also understand the self-directed learning mediating effect the relationship between organizational climate awareness and job involvement. After statistic analyzing, the results are summarize as following: 1. The different individual variables to organizational climate awareness, self-directed learning and job involvement come out a partly remarkable discrepancy. 2. Organizational climate awareness was positively significant to job involvement. 3. Self-directed learning was affected job involvement partly. 4. Organizational climate awareness was affected employee self-directed learning partly. 5. Self-directed learning was found to have a significant mediating effect between organizational climate and job involvement.

Abstract ¡@The research is to find factors influencing HR departments¡¦ strategic involvement in organizational decision making process and understand their effects. This research included the cognitions of HR department and other departments in an organization to test it¡¦s hypotheses. ¡@Questionnaires were issued to enterprises with over 200 employees; 62 dyad questionnaires were issued, and 51 ones returned and were all valid. With statistical analysis including paired-sample t-test, one-way ANOVA and regression, we attempted to examine whether the strategic involvement of HR department is affected by HR services provided, strategic function of HR department, HR service quality and expectations of the other departments toward HR department. ¡@After the empirical analysis, we got the conclusions as follows: 1.The cognitions of HR department strategic involvement between HR department and other departments have a positive relationship. 2.HR services provided by HR department have positive impacts on its strategic involvement. 3.Strategic function of HR department has positive impacts on its strategic involvement. 4.HR service quality has positive impacts on the HR department¡¦s strategic involvement. 5.Expectations from other departments to HR department have insignificant discrepancy on HR department¡¦s strategic involvement. 6.Position level of HR head have insignificant impacts on HR department¡¦s strategic involvement.
