[pt] A presente pesquisa busca analisar transformações na televisão, a partir da inserção de telenovelas inéditas em plataformas de streaming. Para isso, exploramos mudanças, permanências e adaptações que os serviços de vídeo por demanda estão realizando para a projeção do principal formato narrativo brasileiro em outros modelos de exibição e consumo. O estudo também discute as narrativas contemporâneas serializadas, as características clássicas da telenovela no Brasil e sua influência cultural, as transformações na espectatorialidade e no modelo de negócios do audiovisual dentro do contexto hipermidiático. A investigação está ancorada metodologicamente na teoria das mediações proposta por Martín-Barbero e em uma pesquisa de recepção com telespectadores de Todas as flores – segunda novela brasileira do streaming e primeira totalmente produzida para o Globoplay. Esta análise qualitativa de novas práticas de consumo da teledramaturgia nacional busca uma maior compreensão dos caminhos dos conteúdos ficcionais e das experiências participativas diante das transformações tecnológicas que transcendem as fronteiras tanto do formato quanto do dispositivo original. / [en] This research aims to analyze the transformations in television, through the insertion of new telenovelas on streaming platforms. To do so, we explored changes, continuations and adaptations that video on demand services is doing to project the main Brazilian narrative format into other exhibition and consumption models. The study also discusses contemporary serialized narratives, the classic characteristics of telenovelas in Brazil and their cultural influence, the transformations in spectatorship and the audiovisual business model within the hypermedia context. The investigation is methodologically anchored by the map of mediations proposed by Martin-Barbero and in a reception survey with viewers of Todas as Flores – the second Brazilian telenovela on streaming and the first original produced for Globoplay. This analysis of new consumption practices of national television drama seeks a greater understanding of the paths of fictional content and participatory experiences in the face of technological transformations that transcend the boundaries of both the format and the original device.

En la presente tesis, analizo la representación de la realidad nacional peruana desde el motivo del secreto familiar en la novela La voluntad del molle (2006) de Karina Pacheco. Sostengo que esta novela puede leerse en dos niveles: primero, como una representación realista de la familia de clase alta peruana, y, segundo, como una alegoría de las relaciones de poder y el proceso de construcción de memorias del Conflicto Armado en el Perú (CAI) a través de la narración ficticia de una experiencia familiar. En primera instancia, argumentaré que la novela representa, de forma realista y crítica, a la institución de la familia de clase alta peruana como reproductora de la violencia y desigualdad social. Luego, propondré que la novela también construye, a través de esta familia, una representación alegórica de la heterogeneidad y las relaciones de poder presentes a nivel nacional. Por último, plantearé que la novela alegoriza también el proceso conflictivo de las memorias colectivas de reconciliación y salvación tras la experiencia del CAI. Al estudiar desde una perspectiva académica la primera novela de Karina Pacheco, este trabajo pretende consagrar a la autora y a la novela elegida como representantes fundamentales del corpus literario peruano sobre la violencia política.

The intention of my thesis Hopscotch by Cortázar - a game in many games was to analyze the novel in its ludic dimension. I tried to see the game as a multiplicative element and, at the same time, as an element that provides unit to the work. Therefore, I use as an interpretative instrument the semantic gesture of Jan Mukařovský. However, I do not intend to utilize this term in his whole meaning, I wanted to study the multiplicity and unit of the game, exploring some of the aspects of the semantic gesture. Despite the game has dynamic features, it also has two concrete forms in the novel. Hopscotch is many games, but especially is two: esthetic and moral game. When I speak about the esthetic game, I refer to the formal aspects of the novel. I tried to study the esthetic game in its multiplicative dimension, as well as an element that creates unit in the dynamics of the novel. Therefore, I my research went through the formal aspects of the work. I observed the problem of the name, genre, structure and the relations between characters, readers and the author. On one hand, the novel is presented, thanks to the game, as an open, infinite book. The thesis is of an analytical/interpretative character, focusing on the search for identity in the so-called "Palánek" cycle by Ladislav Ballek. The source texts are Ballek's novel collection Južná pošta (1974) and novels Pomocník (1977) and Agáty (1981). The comparison focuses mainly on the specific approach to national identity. The analytical part aims to grasp the different forms of human identity and to explain their specific nature (national, historic, cultural) with emphasis on the interpretation of specific texts with regard to their broader validity in the context of Slovak literature.

The aim of this thesis is to analyse the problematics of expropriation by construction lines in the area of energetics and telecommunications, which are considered to be strategic net branches of industry. Expropriation itself is regarded as an utmost intervention in the law of property, whose guarantee is secured with the highest legal power in the constitutional order of the Czech republic. As far as the structure of this thesis is concerned, it is divided into three main chapters described as following: The first chapter deals with basic definitions of the key words of this work, namely: construction, construction line and expropriation. Construction can be perceived in the sense of not only Civil code, but also Building act and it is crucial to differ these two regulations one from another. Construction line seems to be the source of a wide range of complications due to the fact that there is no legal definition of this term in the Building act. It should be taken into serious consideration to define this term in the future. The term of expropriation has two different meanings in the czech legal system, the first meaning represented by the widely acknowledged legal theory, the second one expressed in the key regulation of this institute - the Act of expropriation. This work concerns with legislative changes which had direct influence on guarantee of human rights in PRC in the period of Hu Jintao's party chairmanship. Firstly the theoretic base of conception of human rights in PRC and in the world, which has been already compiled by specialists of humanrights and sinologists, is outlined. The specifics of humanright conception in dependency of historical conditions are explained. Then the method of research is introduced and concrete historical connections in given period, which is the basis for evaluation of legislative changes, are explained. These legal changes are analyzed in following chapter. Final summary sums up results, confronts them with initial expectations and presents general principles which are asserted during the formation of a new humanright legislative nowadays.

Tesis optar al grado de Magíster en Literatura mención Literatura Hispanoamericana y Chilena / El objetivo de la presente investigación es dar cuenta de la manera en que la tensión que introduce el proceso modernizador de nuestra sociedad –en pleno desarrollo durante el siglo pasado- gatilla un cambio en la configuración identitaria de los sujetos sociales representados, el que se hace patente en los discursos de los personajes que conforman las obras analizadas, con lo que se erigen dichas obras como el espacio de cuestionamiento o pregunta por la identidad de tales sujetos. Para desarrollar nuestro planteamiento tensionamos, en primer lugar, el discurso narrativo y en ello seguimos a Bajtín3 y su postura respecto de la manera en que los discursos individuales se articulan como portadores de contenidos ideológicos que finalmente, tras el despliegue de sus diversos niveles de significación, remiten a la configuración social en un lugar y momento dados. En este mismo sentido, Carrasco4 y De la Fuente5 aportan precisiones metodológicas concretas que permiten establecer el análisis de la configuración identitaria del sujeto representado en el discurso narrativo.

Tesis para optar al grado de Magíster en Literatura mención Literatura Chilena e Hispanoamericana / El objetivo general de esta tesis es comparar tres novelas que abordan el problema de las mujeres que fueron cooptadas por los servicios secretos de la dictadura de Pinochet: Carne de perra de Fátima Sime (2009), La vida doble de Arturo Fontaine (2010) y El palacio de la risa de Germán Marín (1995). El primer capítulo analiza la obra de Sime a partir de la articulación entre deseo, sometimiento y liberación, tanto a nivel individual como colectivo. El segundo capítulo revisa críticamente el tratamiento que Fontaine da a la memoria traumática. Para ello me detengo de manera especial en la representación de la violencia y en la estigmatización del personaje femenino. El último capítulo explora, por una parte, la incorporación de elementos oníricos en la narración realista de Marín y, por otra, la configuración de Villa Grimaldi como una enciclopedia de las bellas artes que transita desde un período de esplendor decimonónico y oligárquico, a una mercantilización mesocrática y, finalmente, a la barbarie fascista. En este contexto, los personajes femeninos asociados a la represión exhiben la ambigua condición de objetos de fascinación erótica para el narrador y de productos degradados del devenir histórico de la casa-nación.

El propósito de este trabajo es investigar el personaje femenino y el papel que ocupa en dos novelas del subgénero novela del dictador. El predominio masculino es evidente tanto por lo que se refiere a los autores como a los protagonistas despóticos y el tema es poco tocado en la gran cantidad de aportes críticos sobre el subgénero. A través de un análisis de La fiesta del rey Acab (1959) de Enrique Lafourcade y La Fiesta del Chivo (2000) de Mario Vargas Llosa nos preguntamos si los personajes femeninos cumplen el papel esperado de subordinados a los hombres. Las novelas tienen como modelo el personaje histórico del dictador Rafael Trujillo y en la investigación enfocamos el retrato de su esposa y la relación entre ellos. A partir de nuestras ideas apoyadas por lo que sabemos mediante la literatura estudiada sobre el personaje femenino en el subgénero y sobre la situación de la mujer en tiempos de Trujillo, tratamos de comprobar la hipótesis del papel tradicional. Un papel sin mucho peso, en algunos casos complementando a los personajes masculinos. Sin embargo, en el ambiente machista que se presenta en las novelas encontramos al personaje de la esposa Jessie (La fiesta del rey Acab) y María Martínez (La Fiesta del Chivo) fuerte y ambiciosa. Da como pruebas que el papel de la mujer no es sin importancia en el subgénero como veremos más adelante. Realizamos además una comparación entre los análisis de la esposa tomando en cuenta que La fiesta del rey Acab es una novela en clave y La Fiesta del Chivo es una novela histórica, aparte de ser ambas novelas del dictador, para demostrar el contraste del personaje. En fin, pensamos que por medio del trabajo hemos realzado el papel de los personajes femeninos en el subgénero, un campo poco explorado en la literatura.

The thesis is focused on differences of Czech accounting legislation and International Financial Reporting Standards. The reason of selection the theme is a continual confrontation between these two concepts, that I meet since study period till current practise. In the first phase of this work is my attempt to describe the structure of creation and functioning of the rules. The next phase of the thesis reveals the use of IFRS in the Czech Republic before 1 January 2011.Subsequently describes an amendment to the Accounting Act, which since January 2011, extends the application of IFRS. Following the changes is an attempt to describe an approach to the financial statements under IFRS. This also includes the anticipated development of the rules in the future. Thesis should give a comprehensive view on the reporting of financial information under IFRS.
