The diploma thesis deals with the proposal and succeeding implementation of the municipal information portal for the municipality of Radošov. It takes into account legal specifications for information providing and publishing in the public administration and also some current trends in the websites development. The thesis also contains a critical evaluation of the present state of the municipality official website.

The presented diploma thesis called Management of Debt of a Selected City deals with the evaluation of the management and indebtedness of the statutory city of Zlín in years 2012-2016. The first part focuses on the theoretical principles and concepts which relate to this area. Subsequently, the work characterizes the statutory city of Zlín and analyses the economy, the indebtedness and the current situation of the city. At the end of this thesis there are proposed the possible measures leading to better debt management.

The aim of my diploma thesis is to solve vehicle traffic safety and technical conditions on road I/43, research specific dangerous parts, subsequent evaluationandprocessing of individualpoint defects. It´s a 10km long section between Milonice and Krhov, approximately25km north from Brno. In total I found 4 defect points, which should be solved before realization of new motorway project R/43, which will replace existing I/43. The first defect point is in close proximity of Milonice village, there is an inconvenient intersection of I/43 with III/31775. There is a huge traffic intensity on road I/43 and an absence of turning lane on the left side. Second defect point is in village Závist, where is unsuitable connection from MK to I/43 and behind village is big longitudinalinclination, which is not suitable for slow vehicles. Third defect point is concerning the area between Závist and Černá Hora villages. There are unsuitable directional, high-altitude solutions, longitudinal inclinations and a crosswise arranged road. The last defect point is the horizon on road I/43 near village Krhov, this part of the road is the most dangerous section. On the horizon is an unsuitably planned project with a combination of directional, high-altitude solutions and transverse arrangement of roads with non-standard finishes ascending road lanes. I tried to solved defect points in the best possible way and to depict suggested action.

This diploma thesis deals with proposal of development program of municipality Pasohlávky based on Ministry for regional development methodology. Literary overview is compiled with help of specialized literature. Further, the area of interest is characterized together with a detailed analysis of the current situation of this municipality. Results of a questionnare survey are graphically processed and verbally commented. A SWOT analysis was made next, which points out strenghts and weaknesses as well as opportunities and threats of Pasohlávky. In the end of the thesis, appropriate measures are proposed together with proposals for further development of the municipality Pasohlávky.

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the waste management system in Vel-ka Bites. The first part describes the legislative requirements related to the given pro-blem. In the introductory part of the thesis the legislation and valid legal regulations in the given issue are approximated. Described are specific types of waste and waste management. Outline of the Waste Management Plan of the Czech Republic and Vyso-cina Region. The content of the next chapter is a detailed description of the municipality of Velka Bites and the waste management system. The economic costs in the waste ma-nagement business are also specified. In order to present the benefits of waste ma-nagement in the municipality, individual data must be compared with data in another municipality with approximately the same number of inhabitants.

This thesis is focused on specific features of financing subgroup municipalities in the Zlín Region, during 2015. The main target is to find similarities and differences in financing municipalities and also compare municipalites within their sub-size categories. The municipal financing overview is created by analysing the financial budget, which allows for the exploration of interdependencies. Financial management of the sub-sized groups is satisfatory, however the second biggest sized group was evaluated as the best. The smallest municipalities are not in debt and they show an active financial balance, therefore i tis recommended to support project activities in order to increase their development. Subgroups also differentiate in terms of purpose-build division of expenses based on which we can estimate population preferencies. For the majority of municipalities the observed indicators of MF are within the set limits. The presented sub-analysis helps to obtain a comprehensive view and supports the main topic.

The presented diploma thesis deals with the concept of physical planning and territorial development. The work first analyzes the issue of physical planning, focusing on the objectives, roles and tools of this process. It includes a comparison of landuse planning activities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. It then analyzes the process of strategic planning as well as identifying the links between strategic and physical planning. The application part is a characteristic of the selected territory using the concept of the primary, secondary and tertiary structure of the landscape. Further, the work is focused on the analysis of the physical and strategic plan of the municipality of Kanianka and the evaluation of its relations. In the course of the work, principles for good planning and also solutions for problem areas were developed.

In his thesis, I am focusing on the possibility of withdrawals of funds from European Union funds for the municipality Ocmanice. The whole work is divided into 2 parts, theoretical and practical. In the first part are listed mainly theoretical knowledges concerning the municipalities, the regions, regional policy and subsidies. Practical part focuses on the characteristics of the selected municipality Ocmanice, SWOT analysis, using the implementation are defined by the development potential of the municipality, also describes the individual operational programmes from which the municipality would be able to draw on the financial support of Ocmanice and listed specific examples of their use. At the conclusion of the work on the project is designed for the construction of sewerage and wastewater TREATMENT PLANT financed by the rural development programme. The whole work can merge as a methodological manual for drawing subsidies for municipalities to 500 inhabitants.

The main objective of master thesis was to compare the potential of tourism in two rural communities in the Klatovy region. The theoretical part explains the concepts of literature related to rural tourism and tourism outlined in the Pilsen district. The practical part was to compare the objective data of selected municipalities and survey focused on the views of the population on tourism and business in their village. Based on empirical field research were identified attitudes and opinions of individual categories of respondents and established recommendations for the decision-making system.

This dissertation is focused on the transfer of citizens of German nationality after the Second World War from the borderlands of the North Moravian Velké Losiny village as well as on the impact of this transfer on the current community in Velké Losiny. The goal of this dissertation is to learn whether the transfer of the former German community from Velké Losiny and the resettlement with new residents influences the newly created community and how. A comparative study was created to support this goal and compare the originally populated Bludov village and the newly populated Velké Losiny village. Their development was analysed in seven periods (to 1918; 1918-1938; 1938-1945; 1945-1948; 1948-1960; 1960-1989; 1989 until today) and in eleven categories (population, nationality, regional origin, political orientation, administration, settlement type, living conditions and architecture, popular culture, languages of daily communication, relationship towards their home). These categories were selected on the basis of studies and research undertaken in the North Moravian, South Moravian and Bohemian borderlands describing the influence of the resettlement of the German population.
