Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou atribucí obyvatel ve vybraných obcích. Cílem práce je zjistit, čemu občané vybraných obcí připisují prosperitu či zaostávání své obce. Příčiny prosperity nebo zaostávání jsou zjišťovány terénním šetřením, provedeným pomocí dotazníků v obci Brloh a obci Černá v Pošumaví. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření v jednotlivých obcích jsou analyzovány a porovnány mezi oběma vybranými obcemi navzájem. Výsledky jsou také porovnávány se subjektivním hodnocením. Kritéria subjektivního hodnocení vycházejí z teoretických poznatků o atribucích a prosperitě. Výsledkem je zjištění čemu respondenti připisují prosperitu či zaostávání své obce. V závěru diplomové práce je navrhnut postup, který by měl vést ke změně nevhodných atribucí. Součástí práce jsou tabulkové a mapové přílohy.

Tématem diplomové práce je analýza atribucí obyvatel prosperujících a zaostávajících obcí. V teoretické části diplomové práce jsou atribuce definovány na základě rešerše odborné literatury a aplikovány na obecné příklady. Jsou zde také analyzovány faktory, které působí na prosperitu/zaostávání obce. V praktické části jsou definovány cíle diplomové práce a výzkumné otázky, které jsou podkladem pro tvorbu dotazníku. V metodologické části je definován výzkumný soubor a výzkumný vzorek. Subjektivní hodnocení prosperity obou vybraných obcí hodnotitelem je porovnáváno s výsledky dotazníkové šetření respondentů ve vybraných obcích. Prezentace a interpretace výsledků je zpracována pomocí slovního popisu, grafů a tabulek. V závěru práce jsou analyzovány atribuce obyvatel a vyvozeny závěry pro praktické využití získaných poznatků v praxi.

As the name suggests, the thesis is focused on the issue of financing of municipalities in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic, with a sub-aim of the thesis presents the comparison of the systems of budgetary allocation of taxes in both countries. The theoretical part, namely the literature review, defines the public sector, state administration and territorial self-government, defines villages, their revenues and expenditure and, finally, describes the systems of budgetary allocation of taxes. The core of the second, analytical part consists of a targeted analysis of the management of the selected municipalities, i.e. municipalities of the Czech and of the Slovak, in the years 2009-2014. This part also contains a brief description of the selected municipalities and model calculations of the predicted and hypothetical revenues ( according to the model of financing of the second state), with which it is carried out the comparison of the systems of budgetary allocation of taxes of the two states. At the conclusion of the thesis are described and evaluated the results.

The theme of this thesis is to evaluate of the budget and its implementation in the town Hlinsko, located in the Pardubice region. Management of town is monitored for period years 2011 - 2014. The work consists of the theoretical and analytical parts, which are further divided into other chapters. The first part explains the basic principles of budgeting. Individual chapters describe autonomy, budget, communal property, budgeting and financial analysis. The theoretical part is followed by a characterization of the town Hlinsko. The analytical part focuses on the budget for the chosen municipality, where is first making the analysis of the income and expenditure, as well as the management of the town in different years and the structure of assets. The second part is completed the summary goal-specific funds. In the conclusion of the thesis are shown the results of the analysis of the management, based on which are designed the recommendations to be optimizing the revenue and expenditure side of the budget.

The thesis deals with the development of the village Chanovice located in the Pilsen region on the western edge of the Klatovy district. It has six local districts, whose history is introduced. Part called Development of demographic shows regressive development of the population and its movement. The urban structure characterizes the appearance of the village and information on economic activity added perspective on employment in the region. In following part is presented the structure of the Municipal Authority, including councilors and mayor, who are the key players in local politics and thus indicate the direction in the development of the municipality. We can also look into the municipal budget in a simple summary of revenues and expenses. A considerable role in small villages is played by local communities and associations, of which there are countless in Chanovice and thus there are presented just those they have the greatest influence on the running of the village. The important part is the performance of political actors and description of each electoral period starting after the revolution in 1990 to 2014. In this part are mentioned some conflicts with which the Municipality meets and face them. Most information was obtained from semi-structured interviews, which were conducted with representatives of local political movements and former local politicians, and based on the method of understanding interview then interpreted in this thesis.

The aim of this diploma thesis is Economic analysis of selected towns and villages. Selected municipalities were surveyed cities Kladno and Libčice nad vltavou. The main aim of this paper is the analysis of budget receipts and expenditure of the selected municipalities for the period from 2011 to 2016 and their comparison. The paper consists of two parts, theoretical and analytical ones. There is Public administrativ, territoral governments,etc. This part covers also the description of local/regional self-government, municipal budgets and the individual types of revenues and expenditure. The analytical part deals with brief characteristics of the selected municipalities and focuses on detailed analysis of the structure of their revenues and expenditure. This comparison is followed by their evaluation. This part of the diploma thesis contains also the evaluation of the survey , which focused on citizens satisfaction with the municipality financial and budget management. Coclusion incudes results of initiated analysis to enhance life situation in the municipality.The summary of survey outcomes and the recommended proposals for the improvements of municipality financial and budget management are defined within the conclusion of the paper.

This work deals with regional policy and its role in development of the village Církvice. The first part describes regional policy and its characteristics, development, principles, tools and targets in the Czech Republic and the European Union. The second part focuses on the village Církvice, which is located in the Central Bohemian Region, between the historic towns Čáslav and Kutná Hora. In this section, there is contained not only general characteristics of the village, but also its geographic and demographic specifications, the state of the transport and technical infrastructure, the level of the civic amenities and there is also a view on the unemployment rate, social structure and the possibility of cultural and sports activities in the village. Also, there is proposed the project for the drowdown of the subsidies from EU funds, which will ensure the further development of the village and new opportunities for the residents of the village. The results were obtained based on the semi-structured interviews with the Mayor and other employees of the municipal office. The conclusion of the work is dedicated to the evaluation of the impact of regional policy on the development of the village Církvice.

The first preliminary, theoretical part of this dissertation Countryside renewal - example of a small municipality defines the terms of country, country house, town, revitalisation and development. This part is folowed by the introduction of concept which presents the evolution and development of relationships betwen town and coutry. There are qualified regional inequalities and disproportions and their impact on the country development. The thesis outlines the history of regional policy in the Czech Republic, counry problems in the Czech Republic and succession of EU policy to the country development at us. There are included basic developing documents in the thesis. The theoretical part is followed by the practical part, which is focused on the analysis of the concrete village. The village is shortly introduced and is also described its hhistory and current development. I did a quantitative and also qualitative research in the village. Results of this research and questioning research, including the questioning analyses, are described in the last part of this thesis. The possible and and developing potential is proposed for the given village, with respect to the opinions of local citizens and deputies.
