Tato práce popisuje několik druhů produktů elektronického bankovnictví nabízených bankami působícími v České republice. Na příkladu produktů poskytovaných Komerční bankou je pak popsán způsob elektronické komunikace klienta se svou bankou a funkce, jež tento způsob ovládání bankovních účtů umožňuje. Dále jsou v práci zveřejněny výsledky výzkumu používání služeb elektronického bankovnictví k ovládání bankovních účtů obcí různé velikosti náležejících do Jihočeského kraje.

Práce se zabývá zjistěním a analýzou problému, jak občané v menších obcích vnímají různé role svých zastupitelů (role spoluobčana x role reprezentanta obce). Jaký je rozdíl ve vnímání bývalého starosty u starousedlíků a novousedlíků.

This thesis deals with the legal aspects of protection of vegetation elements in the Slovak juridical system. Model area for the working out of real-world performance vegetation management and cutting down trees issues in the city was chosen county seat of Nitra. It is a city with a population of approximately 80000th. The first part describes the general protection of vegetation elements and their position in the Slovak regularization. Attention was paid to the autonomy and state administration in the municipality. Next, they were drawn schematic view of the real functioning of first instance organ of nature in the case of applications for tree felling in Nitra. The real functioning of the administrative proceedings on felling of trees owned by the municipality was faced with a functioning under Act. 543/2002 Coll. on nature and landscape protection, as amended, and applicable regulations implementing this law. The work also included the functioning of the approval process of concepts for vegetation maintenance in the city of Nitra and a summary table of powers of government under applicable law.

The diploma thesis deals with the theme of the development of green areas and modifying the selected country mansion. Furthermore, the current state of green areas in rural settlements, discusses here komplete koncept of green areas in settlements and the creation of rural countryside. Selected territorial unit for processing thesis is Krhová, which is located in the Zlin region, near by the Valašské Meziříčí. At the cadastral territory are handled general information, natural conditions and historici development of the area. There are analyzes that were conducted in selected rural residence. Based on these analyzes and thein evaluation, where the diploma thesis is based on values and problems in the territory and the results of the survey (within that is the effort to include the isme of local citizens) project is developed, which offers a possible suitable solution for adjustment center of village. As well as total protection solution of rural settlements with regard to preserving the typice charakter Krhová and the surrounding countryside. Literary part focuses on the historici development of our villages.

Summary This thesis is focused on the analysis of revenues and expenses of two municipalities in Královéhradecký region. The aim of the thesis is analyze revenues and expenses of municipalities Rychnov nad Kněžnou and Borohradek in a time series of five years, from 2010 to 2014. The first part of thesis is literature review, which focuses on the community as the basic element of local government, budget and budget process and the breakdown of incomes and expenses. The main part is the practical part, where the first two municipalities characterized and described their economic indicators. Afterwards they are analyzed individual items of revenue including grants and individual expenditures. In conclusion are given recommendations to improve the economy of both municipalities.

This submitted thesis concerns itself with social life in the countryside, specifically in Peruc, located in Ústecký kraj. The paper consists of two parts. The first, theoretical part, describes particular expressions, out of which some have been further researched and worked upon in the context of personal research. On the basis of available printed materials a description of the village has been drawn in a geographical, historical and contemporary aspect. The practical part provides a research plan and a choice of appropriate methods for research and data collection. An analysis of demographic indexes has been conducted and four semi-standardized interviews with the village and local organisations' representatives have been implemented for a better understanding of the social situation. Out of the spectrum of methods belonging to quantitative methodology, a survey type of research has been used to confirm or refute set hypotheses, which was followed by a discussion and a recommendation for the village and local organisations' leaders. Recommended suggestions could contribute to ameliorating social life in the village and therefore increasing general well-being and augmenting the village's grade. At the end the thesis has been shortly summarized, followed by a description of the most intriguing research findings.

The thesis deals with budget analysis and management in the years 2004 to 2014 in the chosen city. The primary objective is to evaluate the revenue and expenditure side of the budget. An integral part of the analysis, including grants received benefits for the city, is to investigate the possibility of realization of upcoming investment plans. For the practical part were beneficial internal documents of the city. Results were achieved mainly by the analysis and synthesis.

The object of this diploma work is to prepare documents for the strategic development plan of the selected municipality. Comprehensive development concept of the village is an important tool for achieving targets and effective management, because the village is then better utilized from human resources and also from tangible and intangible assets point of view. To determine priorities, wishes and demands of the inabitants was carried out a survey. The data were appraised with the use of internet application vyplňto.cz. Based on the situation analysis, socio-economic analysis and the results of the investigation were determined strategic areas, which will be crucial for the development and renewal of the village in the next 10 years. For each area was formulated SWOT analysis and with regard to the vision of the village have been designed for each strategic area the measures and specific projects that describe the problem sets and require special attention in further work in the village. A proposal of organizational development of the village, organisational structure, development indicators monitoring and updating development plan was determined. Based on the results it can be concluded that village acquired basic conceptual program document will be an important step towards the realization of sustainable development.

Cílem diplomové práce je definování a zhodnocení možných směrů rozvoje obce Zabrušany s posouzením proveditelnosti a možného financování. Na rozvoj obce bude nahlíženo jak pohledem vedení obce, tak pohledem občanů. Budou analyzovány rozvojové aktivity jak z hlediska zařazení do strategického rozvojového dokumentu obce, tak aktivity mimo něj, potřebné pro zabezpečení řádného chodu obce (infrastruktura, bezpečnost, kultura atd.) Výstupem diplomové práce bude návrh pětiletého plánu rozvoje jednotlivých oblastí obecních zájmů, který bude zpracován realisticky vůči finančním možnostem dané obce a nabízeným možnostem dotačních mechanismů.

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the management of the city Rotava. Fulfilling this objective will be realized by a comprehensive analysis of operations for the period 2010-2015. In the theoretical part, there are basic concepts defined related to local government units (municipalities), municipal budget and financial analysis methods. These theoretical bases are necessary for the development of the practical part, consisting of a detailed analysis of the financial management of Rotava. Based on the analysis and findings, recommendations to improve the financial situation of the city will be submitted.
