Cílem diplomové práce je definování a zhodnocení možných směrů rozvoje obce Zabrušany s posouzením proveditelnosti a možného financování. Na rozvoj obce bude nahlíženo jak pohledem vedení obce, tak pohledem občanů. Budou analyzovány rozvojové aktivity jak z hlediska zařazení do strategického rozvojového dokumentu obce, tak aktivity mimo něj, potřebné pro zabezpečení řádného chodu obce (infrastruktura, bezpečnost, kultura atd.) Výstupem diplomové práce bude návrh pětiletého plánu rozvoje jednotlivých oblastí obecních zájmů, který bude zpracován realisticky vůči finančním možnostem dané obce a nabízeným možnostem dotačních mechanismů.

The Diploma thesis a Contribution to the sociology of the selected village - Věžnička case study deals with the rural sociology, monitors selected areas of this science through the available literature and my own research. My own research focussed attention on the sociological problem areas in the village Věžnička using an interview with the Mayor of Věžnička village. A survay was carried out to investigate the relations between the inhabitants of the village, find out complications while they are commuting from the village, and whether the village residents want to live in the village in the future. The result is a validation of hypotheses. Hypotheses concerning the relationships between the population and the possible complications of life in the vilage. A survay confirmed the friendly relations, effort to integrate the people which moved in and most residents are planning to stay in the village in the future. Most residents don´t mind commuting to school or work. Another result of the work is to determine the future of the village.

The diploma thesis deals with the development possibilities of the microregion Bystřicko. Basic terms and issues of a municipal development on the inner periphery of the Czech Republic are defined in the thesis. In the practical part, there is a complex characteristic of the researched microregion described. Furthermore, it also describes the possibilities of a partial solution of reduction the uranium ore by any other industry. Based on the acquired findings, the SWOT analysis is provided and the development possibilities of microregion Bystřicko are evaluated. The result of the diploma thesis is a coherent view of the development possibilities of the microregion that is cartographically, photographically and graphically documented.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of the role of mayor in the bodies of a municipality. The main goal is a complex analysis of the mayor's rights and reposibilities to other municipal authorities. Despite the emphasis on the description of the current state is in the introductory part of the thesis described the historical development of the position of the mayjor and other municipal authorities. Further in the thesis is defined the function of each of the municipal authority. In the main part of thesis is first described the notion and function of the mayor, regardless of the other municipal authorities. After that, in the subchapters, is dealed with the position of the mayor in relation to indiviual organs and their interdependence. This position is not viewed only from the point of view of law, but also from the unlawful aspect of this relationship. In accordance with the stated goal is discussed a number of current issues such as the method of electing the mayor or requirements on the person or obligations stemming from the law on conflict of interests. For these questions, de lege ferenda solution is proposed here.
