The aim of the diploma thesis is funding of the municipalities by the South Moravian Region. The theoretical part defines the technical terms such as fiscal federalism, public administration and funding. The practical part explores whether the funding is provided in compliance with the general terms and conditions. This work is aiming to define the parameters which form the basis of comparison of the information about municipal funding available on the South Moravian Region website with the actual terms and conditions under which the funding is provided. Through the analysis explained herein it has been proven that in majority of cases the region does not abide by the terms of the funding as available online. The lack of required information in the terms on the region's website gives the impression that the funding process is rather opaque. Additionally, we further examine whether political affiliation of mayors in municipalities of the region is a factor determining the size of the actual funding provided by the region. The result of this analysis is negative which concludes that political affiliation of mayors in the region does not have an impact on the size of the funding provided by the region to its municipalities.

General game playing is an area of artificial intelligence which focuses on creating agents capable of playing many games from some class. The agents receive the rules just before the match and therefore cannot be specialized for each game. Deepstack is the first artificial intelligence to beat professional human players in heads-up no-limit Texas hold'em poker. While it is specialized for poker, at its core is a general algorithm for playing two-player zero-sum games with imperfect information - continual resolving. In this thesis we introduce a general version of continual resolving and compare its performance against Online Outcome Sampling Monte Carlo Counterfactual Regret Minimization in several games.

General Measure Abstract This diploma thesis is focused on general measure as one of the activities of public administration in Czech Republic. The thesis is systematically divided into four consecutive parts. First part is devoted to theroetical treatsie on the various forms of admnistrative acts. This part emphasizes the distinction between abstract administrative acts, individual administrative acts and mixed administrative acts, which are divided into two groups - specifically abstract and abstractly specific. Second part is focused on generals measures in general and its enshrining in czech legal order. This part includes definiton of general measure, its regulation in foreign law, wich is one of the inspirations for czech regulation. Second part of the thesis also includes chapters devoted to materiál and formal aspects of general measures as well as chapter about some particular general measuers. Following part is about creation of a general measure. This is a procedure that is generally regulated by the sixth part of the Administrative procedure code and applies whenever a special law does not says otherwise. The diploma thesis is focused on the protection of privacy and personal data in labour relations. The literature research is devoted to the definition of basic terms, the legal base of the protection of personal data and privacy, the rights and obligations of the parties, the supervisory authority and the sanctions related to the non-compliance of obligations imposed by the law. The research focuses on the conflict of interest of the employer and the right to privacy of the employee and the degree of legitimacy of workplace monitoring. The original research part deals with the analysis of personal data protection and privacy measures in the chosen business organization during the whole process from the beginning of the selection process, during the duration of the employment relationship to its termination. Subsequently, the ways of monitoring employees and their legitimacy are evaluated. Based on analysed facts, corrective recommendations, including the economic aspect, are proposed in conclusion of the thesis.

Dissertation thesis is focused on solution of the statistical problem to find a probability distribution of a discrete random variable on the basis of the observed data. These estimates are obtained by minimizing quasi-norms with given constraints. The thesis further focuses on deriving confidence intervals for estimated probabilities. It also contains practical application of these methods.

This diploma thesis examines school documents in the former Karlín district, from the second half of the 19th century to the year 1927 for example: general schools in Brandýs nad Labem, Stará Boleslav, Klecany, Odolena Voda, Panenské Břežany and Veliká Ves. This thesis is divided in two parts, the first part focuses on the history of education from Marie Terezie's school reforms to the first Czechoslovak Republic along with school administration in the same period, mainly it focuses on the lower grades of school education systems. Then I describe the former Karlín district, especially individual towns and villages, whose documents I describe later and I write about short history of their schools. In the main part of this thesis I compare selected school documents - namely class statements, class registers, class statements of school leavers, main registers, conferences protocols and school chronicles of individual schools and I examinate their development. The summary of semi-infinite programming, first and second order optimality conditions and duality in linear semi-infinite programming is presented. The optimization problem for a portfolio efficiency testing with respect to the second order stochastic dominance under assumption of discrete, normal, Students and general elliptical distribution is formulated. Conditional value at risk(CVaR) is used as the risk measure, because of its consistency with the second order stochastic dominance relation. Efficiency of index PX with respect to the second order stochastic dominance is tested. The tests are performed using the program GAMS.

In the present work, we study some aspects of Einstein's theory of gravitation in general spacetimes with an arbitrary number of dimensions. In the first chapter we summarize the foundations of used geometric formalism and we derive the equation of goedesic deviation representing the relation between relative acceleration and the Riemann tensor. Second chapter presents different types of algebraic classification of the Weyl tensor in four and higher dimensions. Third chapter is devoted to a detailed examination of the test particle motions and also to the interpretation of different terms in the general equation of geodesic deviation. The fourth section examines appropriate choice of the interpretation frame and the coordinates. The final fifth chapter contains an analysis of the motion of test particles in the Robinson-Trautman spacetime with an arbitrary higher number of dimensions.

The aim of the thesis "Legal regulation of forest protection" is to summarize the main instruments of the Czech law to ensuring the protection of forests. The thesis focuses mainly on current forest legislation in the Czech Republic. The main purpose is to ascertain whether the current legislation of the protection of forests is efficient and sufficient. The thesis is divided into nine chapters. The first part of the thesis defines the forest in general, its functions and questions of its protection.

This thesis deals with the position and everydayness of Valašsko region teachers at primary schools in the first half of 20th century. Firstly the thesis discusses the range of the Valašsko region and a diversity of its definition, then it deals with the characteristics of Valašsko education system in comparison to other regions. The situation illustrates with the example of one - class school Na Soláni. It describes Valašsko pupil, his living conditions and food. The teacher is characterized not only as an educator but also as a person with his personal interests. The last two chapters provide a probe into the fates of two teachers - Metoděj Jahn (a teacher, a writer, a folklorist) and Cyril Mach (a teacher, an organizer of social life, a promoter of tourism and a progressives).
