The diploma thesis is focused on Czech legislative of public use of forest, landscape and public greenery. Everyone has right to enter the forest and to pass the landscape and public greenery except estates that are excluded from public use. The public use is legal limit of property law. The owner's of estates duty is to tolerate public use, i. e. to allow enter his estates. The owner of forest can allow some activities in forest which are prohibited by law. Forest enclosures are examples of specific use of forest. The entrance in forest enclosure can be restricted. Different legal regime is in protected areas. The entrance in given area can be restricted to tourist trails or completely excluded due to nature conservation. Some activities are allowed only with permission of nature conservation body or based on general measure. The Czech legislative does not have the legal tool in cases of owner hampers users in use of studied subjects of public use.

Title Ethical Dilemmas in the Process of Selling the City's Housing Stock - a Systematic Analysis from the Perspective of Christian Social Ethics Abstract The aim of this work is to describe and analyse ethical dilemmas in decision-making in the management of the city and in one of the important segments of municipal politics - in the field of sales of the city's property to private owners. The focus of the thesis is to reflect on the ethical dilemmas that arise in the process of selling the city's property. The ethical reflection will be made from the perspective of theological ethics and Catholic social teaching. Ethical criteria for morally responsible political behaviour will be defined in the thesis in connection with selected principles of social teaching of the Church. Further, the conditions for the sale of the city's housing stock will be formulated, which would be in accordance with the principle of general good as the basic principle of Christian ethics implemented in municipal political practice so as to benefit the city management as an organizational unit and its citizens, the life of individuals and the city as a whole. This diploma thesis deals with the proposal of a personal data protection system according to the General Data Protection Regulation in the organization Dentalife s.r.o.. The proposal was implemented on the basis of an analysis of the current situation which revealed serious shortcomings in line with the General Data Protection Regulation. Based on the identified deficiencies, a recommendation has been drawn up which, in the event of its subsequent implementation, will put the current situation into line with this Regulation. The theme of the diploma thesis was selected primarily because of its up-to-date and missing materials that would describe and explain the individual steps of the whole process of analysis and implementation.

The diploma thesis introduces the possibility to realize the building of a developer project as entrepreneurial plan. In this thesis the developer project means an administrative building. It covers a theoretical description of the entrepreneurial plan, its structure and requirements for it, further the evaluation of the building of administrative buildings in CR, the analysis of general and branch backgrounds, also the risk policy with the map of risk for the set development. At the end there is introduced a project of the realization of the entrepreneurial plan in the monitored enterprise and the financing of the project.

Rychlost provedení šifrovacího algoritmu může hrát klíčovou roli ve velikosti zpoždění jednotlivých paketů a proto je tento úkol zajímavým z hlediska optimalizačních metod. Tato práce se zaměřuje na možnosti paralelizace zpracování SRTP pro účely telefonní ústředny s využitím OpenCL frameworku a následnou analýzu potenciálního zlepšení.

The theme of this diploma thesis is Felis versus Felix - symbolical and narrative content within art and arts education. This thesis is both theoretical and practical study of the topic. Theoretical part is concerned with understanding key words, their meaning, cat itself, its symbolic, history, properties, and connotations connected to it. The author of the thesis maps the occurrence of cat in art and literature, which she supports by specific examples. She further offers using the theme of the thesis in arts education and introduces already existing art set called "Animal within us". The author proposes another possibilities of using the theme within pedagogical practise. Practical part of the thesis stems from results of heuristic preparation. It contains two sets of art works of various but interconnected nature.

Internal gravity waves (GWs) are an important component of the atmospheric dynamics, significantly affecting the middle atmosphere by momentum and energy transport and deposition. In order to be able to improve global circulation models, in which the majority of the GW spectrum is not resolved, it is necessary to quantify their effects as precise as possible. We study GWs in a high-resolution simulation of the WRF model around Southern Andes, Antarctic Peninsula and South Georgia Island. We analyse a Gaussian high-pass filter method for separation of GWs from the basic flow. To overcome an observed problem of dependence of the method on a cutoff parameter, we propose an improved method that determines the parameter at each time step from the horizontal kinetic energy spectrum. The differences between the methods are further examined using the horizontal kinetic energy spectrum, vertical potential energy spectrum and forcing to the divergence equation evaluated by the active wind method, which is a recent theory-based method that divides the flow into a balanced flow and a perturbation field. The results suggest that the high-pass filter method does not produce correct results for time periods with strong wave activity.

The diploma thesis is focused on the protection of privacy and personal data in labor-law relations. The literary research is defined the basic terminology, the legislative base of the protection of privacy and personal data, the rights and obligations of the parties and, last but not least, the sanctions related to the non-compliance of the obligations imposed by the law. The original research part deals with the analysis of the procedures for the protection and processing of personal data of employees and privacy at the workplace of the chosen company. The attention is focused on the processes from the beginning of the selection process, during the employment relationship and after the end of labor-law relationship. Further, the ways of monitoring employees and their legitimacy are evaluated. Based on analysed and identified shortcomings and errors, corrective recommendations are proposed in conclusion of the thesis, which will ensure compliance with valid legislation of the Czech Republic and the European Union.

This master thesis deals with modern technologies in graphic hardware and using their for general purpose computing. It is primary focused on architecture of unified processors and algorithm implementation via CUDA programming interface. Thesis base is to choose suited algorithm for GPU horsepower demonstration. Main aim of this work is implementation of multiplatform library offering algorithms for discrete volumetric data vectorization. For this purpose was chosen algorithm Marching cubes that is able to find surface of processed object. In created library will be contained algorithm runnable on graphic device and also one runnable on CPU. Finally we compare both variants and discuss their pros and cons.

Subject: The knowledge of the sport performance structure with individual identification of the sport training model is a prerequisite for the effective management of sport training. Achieving the sports top limit performance in sport is possible by adapting the training plan to the athlete's individuality by his physiological and psychological prerequisites. To achieve the highest sports performance, sports training analysis is an indispensable tool for international competitiveness. This case study deals with the description of sports training models identified by the composition and dynamics of the training load predictors. A retrospective longitudinal study provides with insights into the possibilities of influencing sports training, which made national, Czech, records on the course of 800 m men and 3,000 m of women's steeplechase. Probandé (n=2) at the age of 21 (runner 1) and 28 resp. 29 years old (runner 2) reached limiting sports performances. The track record dates originates from 1995 to 2012. Runners were participants or medalists from top world or European athletic competitions.
