The doctoral thesis is thematically focused on a particular area of the environmental law, nature conservation. The first chapter presents selected significant international conventions and EU regulations, e.g. the Birds Directive and the Habitats Directive. The other parts deal with a comparison of the constitutional framework of environmental protection and nature conservation including the introduction of the general principles of the nature conservation in Federal Act on the Conservation of Nature and Landscape. Other chapters are focused on a comparison of general and specific nature conservation. The thesis contains selected decisions of the Court of Justice of the European Union against Germany. In the conclusion, the answers to questions are given, the introduced legislation is compared and substantial differences in both legal systems are discussed.

Master thesis analyses current state of European Union's Regional policy. Part of research is represented by historic overview and characteristic of basic principles, instruments and defined objectives. For futher purpose of thesis, the attention is focused on czech business environment, national programme documents and Operational programme Enterprises and Inovations, which was chosen as the the most convenient. Practical part is represented by business plan San Gimignano, which could possibly apply for european resources. The output of this master thesis is analysis of potentional abovementioned gain and factors of possible success.

Objective: Training and abilities of two junior athletes Prepared by: Bc. Petr Dubský Supervisor: PaedDr. Jitka Vindušková, CSc. The aim of the work: The aim of the work was to determine the level of performance of selected members of the training group, namely two juniors. To analyze the structure and content of their training, their performance in selected tests, and performance development in their main disciplines. Methodology: The analysis of the competitive results from 2012 to 2017 was used to analyze the performance of the individual seasons. I also analyzed the training records, where general and special training indicators were evaluated and compared with the results of similar analyzes of other athletes. I will also analyze the three measurements we have completed with the whole training group. Conclusion: The result shows that the training load in selected athletes, either according to literature or in comparison with other athletes, is insufficient in both individuals. After evaluating testing, I concluded that the test types were wrongly selected. This work has confirmed the importance of keeping track of the training records. The main objective of the thesis called: "Benefits of professional practice for graduates in subject of Public Health Protection at Faculty of Health and Social Studies of University of South Bohemia", was to monitor graduates´ views of quality and benefits of professional practice in this field. As a partial objective I decided to find out whether the practice experience met the expectations of graduates. I set three research hypotheses. The first hypothesis says, the graduates in subject of Public Health Protection rate professional practice as beneficial. The second hypothesis says, the graduates in subject of Public Health Protection rate the professional practice as good. The third and last research hypothesis says, the professional practice met the graduates? expectations. First two hypotheses were fully proved, the third hypothesis was proved only from 50%. My thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The chapter "Current State" was worked out by the method of secondary data analysis. I tried to summarize different fields and issues and to explain concepts related to the study and practice of students. The quantitative method was applied to process empirical research. The method of a questionnaire was applied to gather data. The questionnaire was compiled only for the purpose of this research and has 45 questions. There are closed, open and semi-closed questions in the questionnaire. The research sample consists of graduates in subject of Public Health Protection at Faculty of Health and Social Studies in České Budějovice. The data were gathered from November 2010 till March 2011. Survey was voluntary and anonymous. The questionnaires were distributed to 125 graduates in Public Health Protection via the Internet. The resulting research file consists of 72 respondents (100%). Until now, no literature that would examine this issue has been published. Therefore, the findings are unlikely to confront. This thesis might be a valuable feedback providing matter-of-fact and specific comments of graduates. I hope, this research will be inspiration for improvement of both professional practice and tuition.

This Diploma Thesis deals with problems of marketing strategy proposal for the company ZDT spol. s.r.o. – Agriculture and transport machinery Ltd. A marketing strategy proposal based on theoretical knowledge, analysis of the company’s current condition and questionnaire survey is introduced. This proposal should lead to strengthening our position on domestic market, gaining new market outlet and as a result of this to higher sales and profits.

The work deals with the complicated problems of solving homelessness in Prague for the period 2013-2020. It analyzes the ethics of the proposals addressing homelessness in this period and compares it with the Action Plan, which preceded it. Ethical problems are defined on the basis of examples of social work practice with homeless people. The conclusion of my work is a proposal of possible solutions defined by ethical problems that arise from the analyzed concept.

This diploma thesis deals with the opinions of teachers on the inclusion of competitive games in the nursery environment. The aim of the thesis is to find and analyze the opinions of a selected sample of teachers on this issue. The work is divided into four main chapters. The introductory chapters are devoted to the concept of the game of various authors and authorities, to the place of preschool child play in the environment of the kindergarten and also to the separate problems of the competitive game. The main part of the thesis is the analysis and evaluation of the research carried out. The essence of the empirical part is qualitative research. The data acquisition method is a semi-structured interview, through which educators working at the tertiary level of education are asked to include competing games in nursery schools.

The legal nature of the curriculum documents of the Czech Republic's educational system ABSTRACT This thesis treats the selected set of curriculum documents within the Czech legal framework laid down by the Act No. 561/2004 Collection of Law, on Pre-school, Basic, Secondary, Tertiary Professional and Other Education (the Education Act), as amended. The focus aims towards the Framework Educational Programmes (FEP) and School Educational Programmes (SEP), for which the relevant FEPs were issued. The National Educational Programme according to the Education Act as amended effective until 30. September 2020 is also taken into consideration on a theoretical level. In the times of expecting considerable state-level curriculum documents contents changes, and consequent changes on the school level, this thesis aims to analyse substantial legal aspects of each type of curriculum documents and their mutual effects and to assess, whether the current legal framework reflects their presumed use and meaning appropriately. With that goal, the key notions are defined first though and a brief insight into the curriculum historical development is provided. Doctoral thesis called Vibrations of slender bridge structures deals with comparison of constructions’ responses at different load model of pedestrians. Specifically, in practice commonly used model, where there are the effects of pedestrians replaced by forces acting in a certain place on the bridge and other model, which takes into account the load of pedestrians moving along the deck. Calculations of responses are performed by finite element method in program ANSYS. To obtain extreme values of responses It is used parametric calculation using the program OptiSlang. At first responses on the simplified constructions are evaluated for load of two pedestrians, as well as the responses on real bridges for load of two pedestrians and four pairs of pedestrians. Responses are also evaluated in terms of pedestrian’s comfort during use structures and analyzed for what groups of pedestrians are criteria still met and for which it is necessary to consider about use of devices to reduce vibration. Possible applications and design process of the vibration dampers are shown on different configurations on the bridges.

This work deals with factorization, a decomposition of composite numbers on prime numbers and possibilities of its parallelization. It summarizes also the best known algorithms for factoring and most popular platforms for the implementation of these algorithms on the graphics card. The main part of the thesis deals with the design and implementation of hardware acceleration current fastest algorithm on the graphics card by using the OpenCL framework. Subsequently, the work provides a comparison of speeds accelerated algorithm implemented in this work with other versions of the best known algorithms for factoring, processed serially. In conclusion, the work discussed length of RSA key needed for safe operation without the possibility of breaking in real time interval.
