The content of this work is the elaboration of a technology-oriented project for the construction of an apartment building with four above-ground floors in Blansko. This project includes a technical report, road mapping solutions, technological regulations, a drawing and technical report of the building site equipment, a timetable, a design of the machine assembly, control and test plans, a material resource assurance plan, and a technical report on health and safety at the building site.

Thesis focuses on the most frequent threats on information security and describes the best practices which are compliant with the ISO/IEC 27000. It contains the proposal of security recommendation that will help the organisation with ensuring better information security and with the preparation for GDPR

The goal of this thesis is to introduced the principles of access control technologies, the General Data Protection Regulation and the software for data leakage protection. An essential part of the work is a draft and implementation of the expansion module for user device authentication including shared storage access authorization. Therefore, this module allows to verify whether a user can access shared corporate resources. It also allows to enable or disable access based on specified attributes, such as the type of the protected service or user permission. The basic verification of the module's functionality is realized through different sets of tests and a virtual environment that simulates the corporate environment. The result of the draft is a module that allows to verify access based on the device, and this module is moreover integrated into the Safetica security platform.

The main topic of this thesis is creating a methodology for data backups in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). After analysis of individual regulation sections, processes and methods of proper data backups will be defined. The thesis will also concern itself with different backup media types and related technology. Outcome of the text will be the creation of a specific method useful for change control.

Sledování obecného objektu na zařízení s omezenými prostředky v reálném čase je obtížné. Mnoho algoritmů věnujících se této problematice již existuje. V této práci se s nimi seznámíme. Různé přístupy k této problematice jsou diskutovány včetně hlubokého učení. Představeny jsou reprezentace objektu, datasety i metriky pro vyhodnocování. Mnoho sledovacích algorimů je představeno, osm z nich je implementováno a vyhodnoceno na VOT datasetu.

This thesis is a case study with a goal to comprehensively map and depict the evolution of the so- called non-supplement zones. This name is an abbreviated term that is used in media for the general provision authorizing establishing of areas of higher incidence of socially undesirable phenomena, where housing supplements are not to be payed to any new applicants. Bohemian and Moravian municipalities can make use of this measure since 2017. Thus they aim to fight the poverty industry and the problems connected with it. Additionally, a Constitutional Court decision on the appeal on this measure made by a group of senators is awaited since 2017. In this thesis, the problematique is viewed both on policy and politics level, both on national and local level, using the theory of the policy process, agenda setting, and the multiple streams theory. Under examination are also the levels of discourses and framing of the problem. To demonstrate a local context, there was chosen the case of the Kladno municipality, which holds a specific position in the context since it is the first city in the Czech Republic that decided to declare this general provision on its entire territory. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of personal data protection, i.e. data which security in contemporary digitaly interconnected wold concerns each one of us. Included literary research covers the basic concepts of the existing law which re-gulates the issue of personal data protection. Particular attention is paid to the new European Parliament resolution The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The core of the thesis rellies in the application of the summed knowledge to a particular business company. Said entity processes the personal data of its em-ployees from the beginning of the employment relationship to it’s end and, to so-me extent, even further. Its systems also include personal data of customers, ma-inly related to their individual purchase contracts.

Tato práce se zaměřuje na datové struktury pro reprezentaci řídkých blokových matic a s nimi spojených výpočetních algoritmů, jež jsem navrhl. Řídké blokové matice se vyskytují při řešení mnoha dílčích problémů jako například při řešení metody nejmenších čtverců. Nelineární metoda nejmenších čtverců (NLS) je často aplikována v robotice pro řešení problému lokalizace robota (SLAM) nebo v příbuzných úlohách 3D rekonstrukce v počítačovém vidění (BA), (SfM). Problémy konečných elementů (FEM) a parciálních diferenciálních rovnic (PDE) v oboru fyzikálních simulací můžou také mít blokovou strukturu. Většina existujících implementací řídké lineární algebry používají řídké matice s granularitou jednotlivých elementů a jen několik málo podporuje řídké blokové matice. To může být způsobeno složitostí blokových formátů, jež snižuje rychlost výpočtů, pokud bloky nejsou dost velké. Některé ze specializovaných NLS optimalizátorů v robotice a počítačovém vidění používají blokové matice jako interní reprezentaci, aby snížily cenu sestavování řídkých matic, ale nakonec tuto reprezentaci převedou na elementovou řídkou matici pro implementaci k řešení systémů rovnic. Existující implementace pro řídké blokové matice se většinou soustředí na jedinou operaci, často násobení matice vektorem. Řešení navržené v této disertaci pokrývá širší spektrum funkcí: implementovány jsou funkce pro efektivní sestavení řídké blokové matice, násobení matice vektorem nebo jinou maticí a nechybí ani řešení trojúhelníkových systémů nebo Choleského faktorizace. Tyto funkce mohou být snadno použity ke řešení systémů lineárních rovnic pomocí analytických nebo iterativních metod nebo k výpočtu vlastních čísel. Jsou zde popsány rychlé algoritmy pro hlavní procesor (CPU) i pro grafické akcelerátory (GPU). Navrhované algoritmy jsou integrovány v knihovně SLAM++ , jež řeší problém nelineárních nejmenších čtverců se zaměřením na problémy v robotice a počítačovém vidění. Je provedeno vyhodnocení na standardních datasetech kde navrhované metody dosahují výrazně lepších výsledků než dosavadní metody popsané v literatuře -- a to bez kompromisů v přesnosti či obecnosti řešení.

84 ABSTRACT This thesis is concerned on the topic "Legal regime of protected areas and protective zones by the water protection." Water like environmental compartment has a key role to the existence of life on Earth. That is the reason for its protection. For achieving this protection could not be protected only this environmental compartment, but it is necessary to focus on other ones, which are related to this protection. The main aim of this thesis is to analyse the situation and the ways of ensuring the territorial water protection, to point out the basic types of them and their similar and different characteristics and provide a comprehensive explication of territorial water protection. For these reasons, the thesis is divided into two parts. The first is dealing with systematization of water protection and water protection relationship as a whole and territorial water protection as one of its important elements. This part is necessary for the orientation and the issue of inclusion territorial water protection to the entire system of water protection. This PhD thesis, after a brief introductory historical exposé of water use (not only) in our territory and related sources of law focuses on decision making and processes in water use in contemporary Czech legislation. The topic is divided into three blocks, relating to integrated water management procedures, a general measure of water law and other acts pursuant to the Water Act. The introduction precedes the chapter on system of water authorities, which are crucially involved in the exercise of state administration under the Water Act. PhD thesis points to the split competence of the four central ministries (agriculture, environment, transport, defense) as a central water authorities and the other "residual" powers of municipal authorities of municipalities with extended powers as water authorities. The chapter on water management offices is also engaged in the scope of municipal and regional authorities and military domains office, as well as the recently canceled water authorities in charge of municipal authorities.
