Title: Representation of selected general and specific training indicators in ATC in a selected floorball team. Objectives: Performing a literature review, focusing especially of foreign scientific articles regarding the characteristics of floorball and related fitness training. Monitoring the representation of fitness training in a selected extra-league men's team during all training periods of a chosen annual training cycle (2014/2015) using the newly introduced XPS network software. Methods: Upon completion of the literature review, research was performed by conducting the content analysis of training documents kept during the 2014/2015 annual training cycle ("ATC"). The newly created software was part of the analysis. The software was distributed for the needs of floorball practice. In order to evaluate general categories and specific training indicators, natural selection was employed. Comparison was used to assess selected indicators. In addition, physical fitness was evaluated using selected UNIFITTEST 6 - 60 tests (Měkota, Kovář, 1996); however, this type of assessment does not belong to core of this paper. The aim of this work is to point out the interconnectedness of human life with parasitic organisms, especially with the Castor bean tick (Ixodes ricinus). This tick forms an integral part of our rich invertebrate fauna and has become an increasingly frequent interest of media in the last few decades. This thesis attempts to bring closer the relationship between tick and man from different perspectives, and to reveal essence as well as pitfalls of tick life. For many people, this arthropod represents an insurmountable resource of aversion and fear. Hence, an integral part of the thesis is the introduction of prevention methods and treatment of parasitic diseases transmitted by the tick, as well as monitoring of new trends in the therapy and development of vaccines. Also, the text offers a proposal how to bring the tick closer to the pupils in teaching Biology. This dissertation thesis is aimed into costs of civil proceedings, especially general costs of civil proceedings and special costs of civil proceedings. Regarding the special costs of civil proceedings it deals with its renumeration (ammount and extent). Existing czech law was compared on given cases with german and english law; economic analysis of existing czech law governing the renumeration or general costs of civil proceedings was went through and as the result the externalities were found and defined with the consequencies the law lead to. The dissertation thesis has found a mathematical formula for calculation of summary renumeration of costs accompanied with lawsuits so that for the creditor it is more economical to sue the debts than to cede them to the debt collecting companies, and together with that the new law is proposed to prevent externalities that destruct the funcioning of civil courts by flood of multicopy-lawsuits and externalities that mean property transfer from wide level of citizens towards to the few individuals (bailiffs). This thesis deals with the possibility of implementing Inquiry-Based Science Education (IBSE) into teaching practice mainly at elementary schools. The focus is put on teaching general and inorganic chemistry. The theoretical part consists of the conceptual apparatus and research methodology related to implementation of IBSE activities into teaching. It also discusses how important may implementing of the IBSE principles be for supporting the student interest in science and for upgrading their scientific abilities which may make it easier in future to put the young generation into practice. Another chapter describes current situation in practical application of the IBSE in Czech Republic. It summarizes basic theories and experience with introducing IBSE into classrooms. The thesis also analyses the selection of curriculum suitable for applying IBSE in chemistry and chemistry didactics. The practical part of the thesis incorporates educational documents for working within IBSE principles and gives an overview of results of author's own research, realized between 2014 - 2016. The topic of this dissertation focuses on the arrangement of the court system in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to present a basic, comprehensive view of the organisation of the system of courts, elaborated with a closer analysis relating to the personnel composition and overall functioning of the individual courts. The introductory section of the thesis deals with the historical development of the judicial system within the territory of today's Czech Republic, in particular the organisation of the court system during the period of the First Czechoslovak Republic (1918-1938). The court system of the First Republic followed on to a large extent from the legal arrangement of the Austro-Hungarian judicial system, on the basis of the adoption of the Reception Act no. 11/1918 Coll. A gradual unification took place regarding the different arrangement of the court organisations in the Czech lands and in Slovakia. Subject: The knowledge of the sport performance structure with individual identification of the sport training model is a prerequisite for the effective management of sport training. Achieving the sports top limit performance in sport is possible by adapting the training plan to the athlete's individuality by his physiological and psychological prerequisites. To achieve the highest sports performance, sports training analysis is an indispensable tool for international competitiveness. This case study deals with the description of sports training models identified by the composition and dynamics of the training load predictors. A retrospective longitudinal study provides with insights into the possibilities of influencing sports training, which made national, Czech, records on the course of 800 m men and 3,000 m of women's steeplechase. Probandé (n=2) at the age of 21 (runner 1) and 28 resp. 29 years old (runner 2) reached limiting sports performances. The track record dates originates from 1995 to 2012. Runners were participants or medalists from top world or European athletic competitions. The position of the data protection officer in the light of labour law Abstract The data protection officer is a specialist in law and practices in the area of data protection. His task is to help to controller and processor to fulfil their obligations associated with data processing. He can perform his function as an employee of a controller or a processor or on the basis of a service contract. His status has certain specifications that the character of some labour law provisions doesn't count with. Although uncertainty about the possibility to give him a dismissal or ask him for damages does not cause problems due to only recent changes of legal regulation yet, disputes that may arise in the future will be expected not only before the Czech courts. This thesis is focused on the quality management system. The object of the thesis is to analyse the current situation of the quality management system. Based on the results, we suggest measures to increase security and data protection in the selected enterprise. The selected enterprise is GEFOS, a.s., which provides comprehensive services in geodesy, photogrammetry, geoinformation systems and land register. The thesis can be divided into the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part is focused on definition of key concepts in the fields of quality management and information system. The practical part consists of four other separate parts, namely the characteristic of the selected company, an analysis of the current situation of the quality management system, and finally suggestions for improvement of security and data protection. The suggestions are focused on requirements provided by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Information for the practical part was obtained by document analysis and a semi-structured interview with the company management.

General and special public use of roads Abstract Subject matter of this thesis is general and special public use, whose object are roads. Institutes relating to public use of roads, such as charging for general use, restriction of general use and possible means of use, are analysed in this thesis. Focus is also put on the newest changes in this field and recent case law. The text also includes author's considerations de lege ferenda. The text itself, excluding introduction and conclusion, is divided into three chapters. In the first chapter institute of public use is analysed, especially its object and subject. Public use is also split into general and special. The second chapter offers general interpretation relative to roads, which are the object of public use. This interpretation deals with categorisation and defining aspects of each category of roads. Increased attention is paid to local roads in relation to their previous legislation, and also to private roads in public use due to the circumstances of their origin.
