This thesis focuses on the theoretical definition and description of issues related to customer satisfaction and loyalty, and also affects the appearance and behavior of the company's overall customer satisfaction. It also defines the basic methods and techniques of marketing environment analysis firm principles and a questionnaire survey. Theoretical knowledge is applied to specific manufacturing company, described the current situation, and including basic analysis of external and internal environment, concluded with a summary SWOT analysis. Based on a questionnaire survey found customer satisfaction, the company unveiled a wish and shortcomings perceived by customers. Use these outputs are set concrete proposals leading to a better company image and increase customer satisfaction.

The first part includes general theoretical knowledge, focusing on the process of formulating a plan by analyzing the external environment SLEPTE , Porter's five forces model, SWOT analysis and marketing mix 5P. In the second analytical part, the fundamental theory is applied to the company. On the basis of the results achieved, the individuals steps of a new marketing plan, including costs and time schedule are formulated in the final part of the thesis.

Abstract The area, for the socio-cultural center with townhall, is located in the Brno-Kohoutovice district next to the Libušína třida bus stop. It is surrounded by apartment blocks, shops and services. Libušína třida provides easy access to the transport systém. The piece of land is located to the forest. The building comprises three main spaces ( the townhall, a multi-purpose hall, socio-cultural center), which are all interconnected and are directly and easily accessible to a car park. There is a public space in a form of an open square, which generates a pleasant atmosphere for leisure breaks and social activities. The aim is to protect a green image of a district and create an environmentally friendly building.

The result of this work is getting to know the influences of locations of family house and it´s price. and identify factors that influence these prices.
