Štabo vadovavimo ir operacijų planavimo sistema "Griaustinis-1" / The system of HQ managing and operation planning

Magelinskas, Virginijus 11 January 2005 (has links)
Every commander in his practice makes various solutions. Every situation, which is related to making a decision has a feature – it is always possible to find a few ways to solve a problem and, in order to accompilish the military assignment, the most optimal ant the best way must be chosen. It is practically impossible to make an optimal solution in the battle in up-to-date conditions if one hadn‘t learned to foresee the outcome if the one or another solution would have been chosen. The prevision of possible rezults is an essential part of any expedient action, as well as military. There are many complicated situations in the battle, when it is impossible to lead and win without a prognostication and prevision. The prognostication is a deciding factor while leading the detachments. The information, obtained while forecasting is the scientific base of any decision. The prognostication can be empirical and mathematical. The empirical prognostication is based on practical experience and intuition, and it was used for a long time while forecasting possible actions. But nowadays the munition, technique and tactics are improving so fast and it‘s not enough to use only the empirical prognostication to win the battle. The scientific methods are used in prognostication in an up-to-date war. Calculation, obtained with reference to scientific methods can confirm the information, obtained while using intuition and practical experience. So, the appropriate corrections can be done... Informacinė skiriamųjų operacijų štampų projektavimo sistema / The informational system to count differential operations punch presses

Černiukas, Robertas 01 June 2004 (has links)
Currently there are many programs which draw drawings, but they do not count the measurements of the detales. CAD – Computer Aided Development systems widely used in the world. Three dimensional modeling systems, like AutoCAD, 3DS Max and similar are well known. Unfortunately these systems are quite complicated and expensive. It takes a lot of time and money to train company workers to use these systems. Small companies are not capable to do it. So naturally there comes demand on more simple and cheaper systems. The main objective of this project is to create low complicated small-medium size count the measurements of the detales systems, more concrete – the informational system to count differential operations punch presses, which include GOST standart presses, punches and swages. There were made an analysis of existing punch presses planning software and customer needs in this work. In these days computer graphics usage is growing extremely fast, so naturally it increases needs to use such data into databases, transferring, standardization and so on.

Daugiaklientinių bendradarbiavimo sistemų duomenų sinchronizacijos ir konfliktų sprendimo algoritmų taikymas XML dokumentams / Application of Groupware System Data Synchronization and Conflict Resolution Algorithms for XML Documents

Garnionis, Leonardas 30 May 2006 (has links)
Real-time collaborative editing systems are groupware systems that allow members of a team to simultaneously edit shared documents from different sites. Shared objects involved in the team activity are subject to concurrent accesses and real-time constrains. Starting with the dOPT algorithm of Ellis and Gibbs various algorithms using operational transformation for maintaining consistency in collaborative systems have been proposed: adOPTed, GOT, GOTO and etc. All these algorithms are based on a linear representation of the document. In this work we discuses about algorithms based on a tree representation of the document. We propose several algorithms based on dOPT algorithms for operation transformations for XML based documents. Experimental development helps to evaluate and demonstrate practical application for algorithms testing. Detailed commented experiment supplements formal description with practical strategies and specifics.

Skaitmeninio vaizdo fiksavimo metodas: teisiniai ir kriminalistiniai aspektai / A digital image capture method: legal and criminalistic aspects

Šiurna, Žilvinas 18 January 2007 (has links)
The graduating paper focuses on the digital image capture method in criminalistic and also on its legal regulation and practical resort in the law enforcement institutions‘ investigations of criminal acts. The digital image capture is one of the methods of digital image capture in criminalistic. Its structure contains digital photography and digital video recording. The digital photography is used for strategical and investigative photography. The usage of the digital image capture method investigating the criminal acts is not against the provision of the Criminal Procedure Code. This method is not regulated by any other legal instrument. It often happens that the media captured by the digital camera under investigation is not attached to the criminal case. It is the violation of the Criminal Procedure Code. The digital photography is used in the pretrial investigation institutions‘ work but the traditional photography is used as well. There are no anticipated procedures how to protect the digital photography and files from the substitution, forgery and erasure. The digital information can be protected by establishing the procedures of the standard operations. One of the ways to protect it is electronic signature.
