Optimalizační modelování rizik ve strategických aplikacích / Optimization Risk Modelling in Strategic Applications

Kovalčík, Marek January 2021 (has links)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to design and efficiently implement a framework to support optimization modelling. The emphasis is placed on two-stage stochastic optimization problems and performing calculations on large data. The computing core uses the GAMS system and with using its application interface and Python programming language, the user will be able to efficiently acquire and process input and output data. The separation of the data logic and the application logic then offers a wide range of options for testing and experimenting with a general model on dynamically changing input data. The thesis is also focused on an evaluation of the framework complexity. The framework performance was evaluated by measuring the time required to complete the required task for various use cases, on the increasing sample size of input data.

Planární antény se speciálními krycími vrstvami / Planar antennas with special superstrates

Zdráhal, Roman January 2008 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the modeling of planar antennas with special superstrates in the CST Microwave Studio. Attention is given to the electromagnetic bandgap (EBG) substrates. Firstly, the working principle of these special substrates and generally physical phenomena accompanying electromagnetic waves propagation in a periodic medium are analyzed. By modeling of basic EBG structures in CST their dispersion diagrams were obtained and afterwards compared to one another. The object of the second part of this thesis was modeling of a chosen antenna in CST. An Antenna placed first on the conventional and then on the EBG substrate - in both cases with special superstrates - is analyzed and compared to each other. In the third part of this thesis, the particle swarm optimization (PSO) technique was implemented in CST (VBA language), and was applied to the original design of the chosen antenna. In the final part of this thesis, the optimized antenna was modeled and analyzed in ANSOFT HFSS, and the results from both simulation programs are compared to each other.

Optimalizace modelu odrušovacího filtru / Optimization of EMI filter Circuitry

Surovec, Vojtěch January 2011 (has links)
In introduction of work, I presented the state of the art of measuring insertion loss of the EMI filter and the description of individual methods of measuring is also included. After that I dealt with global optimization methods and some of them I theoretically described. Mainly PSO method was studied carefully, and the principle of optimization in details are presented in the thesis, because this method was used for optimization of the filters parameters in the thesis. Next part of work deals with theoretical and mathematical expression of insertion loss of the EMI filters. Due to the mathematical expression of the insertion loss, the values of parasitic elements of given filter have been optimized in different measuring systems. This optimization was applied on synthetic data. By this step the functionality of optimization was proved and also the fitness function has been tuned and optimised. The last part of thesis works with optimization on measured data of given filters. I found out inaccuracy in mathematical expression of given model of EMI filter, therefore it was necessary to come up with the new filter model. The accuracy increases by using the new filter model. In next step the new model was enlarged by new spurious components.

Registrace CT objemových obrazů mozku pomocí globální afinní 3D transformace / Registration of volume CT brain images by means of global affine 3D transform

Mikuláš, Karol January 2012 (has links)
At present, the medical industry rapidly develops new imaging techniques and improves the imaging methods. Simultaneously also are developed new methods for processing data acquired by these methods. Especially in the past few years has become very used method of registration data, which leads to image transformations of the same scene so that the condition as possible. The work deals with the method of processing data that provides detailed information to individual structures, developments of individual structures over time, allows to simultaneously displayanatomical and physiological information or preprocessing data for further processing.

Afinní lícování nativních a postkontrastních CT snímků mozku / Affine registration of native and contrast-enhanced CT brain images

Chmelík, Jiří January 2013 (has links)
This thesis is dealing with problem of brain images registration aquired by computed tomography. At the beginning is explanation of image geometrical transformation methods, notably affine transformation. Following part of text the is dealing with interpolation methods issues, calculation of similarity criterion and subsequent optimalization. All issues are handled especially for three-dimensional data. Second part of this work is practical sample of MatLab® program enviroment for registration of acquired frames by affine tranformation. In this program is algorithm for removement of stair-step artefact, under head pillow and patient’s desk, too. As an optimalization algorithm is used control random search (CRS) methode. Due to medical images type, which are distributed in DICOM format, is included process for their load and save at this work.

Globální optimalizace funkcí více proměnných / Global optimization of multiple variables functions

Vláčil, Stanislav January 2015 (has links)
Master’s thesis deals with numerical finding the global minimum. A theoretical part of project presents a problem of global optimization, her basic division and shows basic examples the specific problems of global optimization. Further, the reader is familiar with the basics of some numerical methods and with description of their strengths and weaknesses. A practical part shows concrete algorithm of global optimization, its use on data of specified function. Data refer to the issue of radiative heat transfer.

Optimalizace vlastností snímače vektoru kontaktní síly / Design Optimization of Contact Force Vector Sensor

Vála, Pavel January 2008 (has links)
The aim of this work is an optimalization of vector contact force sensor properties which prototype is at the moment designed. The principle of sensor is based on transformation active part of sensor using three tensiometers and following value indentification of loading force vector using neuron network. Sensor has a bad sensitivity when axis force load or near to axis of sensor. To solve this problem ''MKP'' model of sensor was used on which suitable optimalization method was applicated. From the result of optimalization modificated sensor will be proposed and will be made a utility verification using neuron network.

Výpočet oteplení elektrických točivých strojů metodou tepelných sítí / Thermal Calculation of Rotational Electrical Machines Using Thermal Network

Špérová, Alice January 2009 (has links)

Vysokoúrovňové objektově orientované genetické programování pro optimalizaci logistických skladů / High-Level Object Oriented Genetic Programming in Logistic Warehouse Optimization

Karásek, Jan January 2014 (has links)
