Diplomová práce se zabývá vybudováním nového baletního sálu Národního divadla. První část této práce se zabývá hodnocením jednotlivých variant na vybudování báletního sálu a výběrem nelepší varianty. Druhá část práce se věnuje řízení projektu rekonstrukce vlatních prostor na nový baletní sál za pomocí MS Project.

The differences between networks of mobile operators can be in their achitecture or the optimization of each network. The architecture is standardized which means there will only be differences in the willingness of mobile operators to invest in newer network elements. Network optimization is more important. The way of optimization isn't strictly given and depends on how the operator deals with it. The most important attribute in optimization is balance. The operators try to achieve balance among three important parameters. Those are capacity, coverage and maintaining QoS. Optimization depends on RRM algorithms. The algorithms include various functions such as admission control, congestion control, handover control, power control, etc. These elements don’t only affect the optimization but also affect each other, because they cooperate with each other. For example, an incorrect admission control of the network leads either to frequent network congestion because of a large number of participants in the network (participants are dissatisfied with the services offered by the operator) or to low utilization of the network because of too few participants in the network (the operator is dissatisfied because he is losing the possible earnings). Neither of these posibilities is good for the mobile operator, therefore it is important that the admission control is well balanced.

Master's Thesis deals with optimalization of firm's Intranet/Internet processes used in projection engineer's office. It also deals with possibilities of implementation of Intranet into whole company, improvement of internal communication and monitoring of semifinished work overview.

This thesis deals with the creation of optimalization data of rollway frame for transport handling units. Optimalization is performed on the basis of the size of load handling unit and the subsequent deflection of the profile. The solution is carried out analytically and the results are compared with FEM program outputs.

These tools are mostly general and trying to cover the entire spectrum of manufacturing processes. The practical part is devoted to implementing of the produciton planning. Thesis deals with an optimization of an imaging spectrophotometer which consists of a monochromator, a CCD camera with extended detection range to UV spectra and an imaging system. Main benefits of the optimization are utilization of a new lightsource, a connection of the monochromator and the imaging system by a fibre bundle and upgrade of a sample angle adjustment system by use of a auxiliary CCD camera. More changes were made to increase accuracy of measurements and ease of use of the apparatus.

The aim of this diploma thesis was to develop a systematic procedure for the development of HPLC methods using the design of experiments. The system was developed based on the development of three HPLC methods for the determination of the purity of active substances using the design of experiments approach. The HPLC method for determining the purity of esomeprazole was selected to develop the systematic process for the development of HPLC methods by statistical approach. Experimental space was explored to find more suitable separation conditions. The second method used to develop the systematic procedure was the method for determining the purity of bisoprolol. This method was converted to a column of smaller size and the composition of the aqueous part of mobile phase was modified compared with the original pharmacopoeial method. This thesis deals with the optimization of the greenery system of the city. The literary research examines problematics of the systems of greenery and related issues, especially the requirements for their structure and the principles of their formation. It also focuses on the importance and function of greenery in the urban environment and its role in adapting cities to climate change.Based on the findings, it defines the principles of dealing with the optimization of settlement greenery systems. The acquired knowledge is then applied to the model area of city Hodonín. First, its complex analyzes are carried out, focused on the characteristics of the landscape background and characteristics of the settlement unit. The main part is the evaluation of the current condition of urban greenery. Using the selected methodology, all its properties relevant for the design optimization of the system are evaluated. The gained information is then summarized into clear statistics and a simple balance. Based on exploration and analyzes, the main problems are defined in the area and the main ideas for the proposal is set. Proposal presents the overall concept of the development of the greenery system of the city. It defines the potential for the development of new green areas and deals with the necessary development of existing areas.Some parts of the proposal are subsequently solved in a more detailed scale. On the basis of acquired knowledge, general recommendations for optimization of urban green systems were formulated.
