In theoretical part of my final thesis is described lean manufacturing with 5S method. The aim of the final thesis is described in practical part. The aim was analys times parts of operations which are needed for repairing date terminals and then lower this of needed times for repairing terminals. New structure at kanban was made on workplace and thanks of this was reached required to lower times. The difference between times before and after new structure is described in discussion in final thesis with proposed for another options to lower times.

This thesis deals with the optimization of the service repair process of turbomolecular pumps at Atlas Copco. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the first theoretical part, the author tries to acquaint the reader with the philosophy of a lean enterprise, the issue of spa-tial arrangement workplace mapping and process mapping methods. The practical part contains an introduction to Atlas Copco. In the project part there is an analysis of the current state and a proposal of a new solution, includ-ing calculation of savings.

This diploma thesis solves the problems in montage of classic bent chairs at TON a.s. company. The solutions are ergonomics of workplaces and equipment that are used. In thesis is described the procedure of racionalization of workplaces for chairs number 14 and 18. There are individual design of workplaces with final evaluation of variants.

Gábová P. Application of Six Sigma method in repair process. Master Thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2019. Thesis describes application of Six Sigma method including DMAIC cycle in Zebra Technologies CZ s.r.o. Goal is to decrease number of defect products bouncing back into repair center along with material cost optimization. Prologue describes Six sigma principles and each individual step of DMAIC cycle. Next phase defines objective and scope, process mapping is part of Measure section. Further data analysis gives a definition to defect root cause. Project outcome are precautions proposals that lead to process quality improvement and cost optimization.

The Ant Colony Optimization belongs into the metaheuristic methods category and it has been developing quite recently. So far it has shown its capabalities to over-perform other metaheuristic methods in quality of the solutions. This work brings analysis of the possible applications of the method on the classical optimization combinatorial problems -- traveling salesman problem, vehicle routing problem, knapsack problem, generalized assignment problem and maximal clique problem. It also deals with the practical experiments with application on several optimization problems and analysis of the time and memory complexity of such algorithms. The last part of the work is dedicated to the possibility of parallelization of the algorithm, which was result of the application of the ACO method on the traveling salesman problem. It brings analysis of the crucial operations and data synchronization issues, as well as practical example and demonstration of the parallelized version of the algorithm.

The goal of this thesis was to implement a practical tool for optimizing hy- perparameters of neural networks using Bayesian optimization. We show the theoretical foundations of Bayesian optimization, including the necessary math- ematical background for Gaussian Process regression, and some extensions to Bayesian optimization. In order to evaluate the performance of Bayesian op- timization, we performed multiple real-world experiments with different neural network architectures. In our comparison to a random search, Bayesian opti- mization usually obtained a higher objective function value, and achieved lower variance in repeated experiments. Furthermore, in three out of four experi- ments, the hyperparameters discovered by Bayesian optimization outperformed the manually designed ones. We also show how the underlying Gaussian Process regression can be a useful tool for visualizing the effects of each hyperparameter, as well as possible relationships between multiple hyperparameters. 1

The subject of the thesis is to analyze the optimization of secondary schools in Varnsdorf from procedures of the preparation, negotiations and approval process, to its realization. There search is based on data obtained through two of qualitative research methods: Participatory observation Analysis of documents - artifacts The thesis conclusion is based on triangulation, the penetration of various research methods, and contains, among others, recommendations for the Ministry of Education, Department of Regional Education Offices, regional councilors, and management of schools that prepare optimization projects. Particular attention is given to the impact of the optimization on the College and Secondary School in Varnsdorf.

1 Abstract In this master thesis I focus on the topic of tax optimization in relation to legal entities. Thus the thesis covers the topic of a tax optimization of legal entities, possibilities of international tax planning and also a tax optimization of an income of legal entities owners. I chose this topic because of a personal interest in the area of taxes, but also because of a growing up-to-dateness and recent dynamic development. Especially the area of international tax planning experiences significant changes these times. The speed, by which the situation in tax planning is being changed, is one of the reasons, why this area is not very transparent for tax payers and legal entities owners and they do not orientate here very well. I would be very glad, if this thesis contributed to a clarification of certain confusing and difficult to understand parts of the tax system and unhide possibilities for legal entities and their owners for financial savings. Last but not least I would like to join the discussion about possible revision and imperfection of the current tax system. Goal of the thesis is to analyse possibilities of tax optimization for legal entities with an overlap to possibilities of tax optimization for legal entities owners. In this sense, it is also a goal of this thesis, to find the income...

Today, there is a large amount of assets which are offered to investors, and if we consider the possibility of relocating the investor's funds, we come to a very complicated problem, which this thesis aims to cover. The main objective is to explore the basics of the portfolio theory and its real usage in practice. Emphasis is put on the periodic re-optimizing of the investor's portfolio and getting the answer to the question of whether such conduct is more successful than the standard and investment in equity indices. The theoretical part summarizes the currently used approaches to optimization which are tested in the practical part on real data and evaluated.

The diploma thesis deals with linear integer optimization in production logistics via mathematical programming. This tool is used for optimization of the time production schedule with a number of various jobs performed by a company with limited resources. The thesis solves the problem in conjunction with TOSHULIN, a.s. company, which is interested in solving the problem. As a result is the software implementation in which Gantt chart is created as its output.
