The subject of the thesis Desgning complementary activites that will lead to increase revenues of contributory organizations is working schedules in the framewok of complementary activities. Under the theoretical background there are named basic terms, determination autonomous organizations established by local authorities, the principles of their financing operations, In the next chapter there is described the management of concrete allowance organization, its current activity, additonal profit generated there, consequently suggested of the new possibilities for complementary acitivities and their profitability. Revenues are estimated from ancillary activities the work cntemplated Higher Vocational School included to current secondary school, gym rental income and income from a school camp organized for the potential students. The final chapter summarizes the results and evaluates their contributon to specific allowance organization.

This thesis deals with the process of education at the Municipal Police of the Capital City of Prague. This study examines all components of staff training for their professions, including ongoing training programmes for renewal of constable certifications and voluntary courses. The aim of this thesis is to identify and evaluate the current education system, which was set up by the organization, and if there are any deficiencies, to suggest improvements. The theoretical part is written on the basis of the analysis and synthesis of secondary sources of literature. Information for the practical part of the work was obtained from the staff research and internal directives issued by the organization as well. The practical part is also based on the survey of various questions answered by constables throughout the organization, so that it represented the largest sample and the investigation was as objective as possible. The research found out that employees are mostly satisfied with training options and that the organization has a good process of education. Among the negatives are mainly the lack of additional courses for constables; these courses could be useful for their performance of services, for instance the course of first aid or foreign languages.

This thesis deals with methods of recruitment, which play an important role for the proper functioning of organization. Employees are an important element of any society because they are carriers of knowledge. The aim is to identify and evaluate methods of recruitment in the selected organization. In case of deficiencies are identified, suggest appropriate changes that will lead to the improvement of the methods of recruitment. The theoretical part was processed by the methods of the analysis of primary and secondary sources of information, relevant to the issue. The views of the individual authors focused on the issue were compared and then using the method of the synthesis processed in the theoretical background of the thesis. The practical part was prepared based on the study and analysis of primary and secondary sources and methods of personal and written questioning, was therefore carried out quantitative research (questionnaire) and qualitative research (semi-structured interview). On the basis of a synthesis of the results of this research and the previous outputs of the thesis, proposals and recommendations were processed. The main weakness in the studied area is underestimating the methods of the recommendation by the company, even though 93% of employees would recommend to a friend, to run for the job in the organization.

Nowadays you can rank among the most important source of human capital. The company must maintain with market position and competitiveness in today's fast developing market. The company is fully dependent on the actions of people who work in it, because people make up a very significant element of the company.Recruitment methods applied to each company, when he tries to get the best potential candidates. The target of the thesis was to evaluate methods of recruitment at Schneider Electric, a. s., and a staffing agency Manpower, in case of deficiencies suggest better proposals for recruitment. To obtain the information needed to develop the work was analyzed literature and internal documents of the company. The results were achieved using qualitative and quantitative research. It was applied so. Interrogation method using a questionnaire survey among employees, and structured interviews with the personnel department of Schneider Electric, a. s. And a staffing agency Manpower. From the survey results, it was found that Schneider Electric, a. s. Uses modern methods of recruitment. The findings are recommended suggestions to improve methods of recruitment. In the future the company should expand cooperation with educational institutions to participate in the job fair, organize teambuilding and hold regular meetings, to change the company's official website - a regular update of jobs, improve cooperation with the staffing agency Manpower, and expand advertising jobs from across the web website.

The aim is to evaluate the economic of selected funded organizations, each other compare their operations and make recommendations to improve their economic situation. House for seniors Vidim is being set up by Central Bohemia regional office and provides all day care to their clients. The founder of House for seniors Mšeno is town Mšeno and provider of more services (house for seniors, day care and social activation services for seniors and persons with disabilities). Based on the results of this work as efficiently managing organization sems House for seniors Mšeno. To improve economic situation of House for seniors Mšeno is being offer to extend of porfolio offered sevices.

The first part deals with the characteristics of the market, the definition of trade unions, the history of the trade union movement, the position of trade unions in the Czech Republic. The second part will focus on the position of trade unions in a selected company and subsequent draft resolution. The aim this diploma thesis is to identify the activities of trade unions. Role of Trade Unions in the present. Activities of trade unions to apply economic theory and bring a real trade union influence on economic entity in the Czech Republic. In selected enterprises will be made on the basis of the survey, which will be an evaluation of the success of the trade union in the company. Furthermore, a comparison is made with successful enterprise trade unions and enterprises with trade union organizations nonfunctional.

This dissertation deals with the issue of sustainable development at the corporate level. Attention is focused mainly on social pillar and its internal area, it means to employees. The author sees employees as being one of the key factors of a successful business. In the first part we are given fundamental theoretical basis, through the analysis of documents, passing slowly by sustainable development in general, to the actual social pillar at the corporate level, as well as its most famous appearance in the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Given the focus on the practical part, the theory part will be devoted to the idea of sustainable development in forestry companies, with the assistance of acceptance forest management certification PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification schemes).

Microfinance has been seen as a key tool for poverty reduction in developing countries. Target groups of microfinance are very poor people who have no access to any financial resources and need loans. Microcredits help the poor in running their small businesses or in a creation of its own job opportunities. The loans are often embezzlemented, are not financial sustainable in the long term, and are frequently critised. The question is if microfinance is real universal cure and which influence has on elimination poverty and social even economical effect. It also considers a perspective of model preferences focused on business (conditional high interests, possibility to contact intermediaters, gaining easier access into external financial sources) or a charity (more resistant to crisis thanks to using internal financial sources). In general, Latin America has excellent conditions for microfinance; the macro-economic growth which countries in Latin America had shown during the last decades set up advantageous conditions for well-known microfinance institutions and its development. Microfinance sector contributes by its profits to the common financial institutions which have already got a significant position in the market. In principle, Mexico struggles for better conditions for the poorest class of the population and due to this fact offers products of microcredits as the assistance to start-up small businesses. From the economic point of view, Mexico tries to be much more self-sufficient and sustainable. Microfinance institutions earn regularly an undisputed importance in the process of regional expansion, representing a crucial factor in the alleviation of poverty likewise insecurity for large segments of the inhabitants. The work is based on information from relevant sources that can easily identify the current status of microfinance. This thesis researches the microfinancial sector and the program FINCA (Foundation for International Community Assistance), including causing non-governmental organizations in Mexico. The purpose of this paper is to focus on the current situation of functioning microfinance sector in selected Mexican states as well as to identify impacts of microfinance activities in this country. It describes microfinance sector due to its lack of opportunities to gain microcredit. Credit distribution and its awareness about these services is passed. Administrative procedures are difficult and information shortage restricts credit accessibility. This leads more in usage informal sector, based on family members or groups. The paper demonstrates suggestions for improving and operating in this sector that might be involved in legal framework for microfinance in Mexico.

Společenská odpovědnost vysokých škol / University Social Responsibility

The first part of the diploma thesis aims at the problematic of social responsibility related with marketing. It depicts the development of this principle and the meaning of the concept. The abbreviation CSR is used for corporate social responsibility and it represents responsible acts and practices of a company to the environment and society in which it operates. The companies strive to reduce negative impacts of their activities as much as possible. The literature also solves an issue of social responsibility of universities which is still not clearly defined branch of social responsibility. The work determines various reasons on why the universities, as educational companies, should fulfil principles of socially responsible behaviour. The thesis also presents different interest groups, key activities and further principles of socially responsible behaviour of universities. The second part of the diploma thesis processes a case study of several foreign universities performing socially responsible strategies. Different activities are identified and divided into sections which are subsequently compared with the socially responsible activities of Czech universities. The thesis also includes a data analysis of the data acquired from the questionnaire survey performed among students of universities. The survey is focused on the perception of socially responsible behaviour on universities. The work then proposes a procedure in introduction and selection of a suitable socially responsible strategy by a university.
