A first and a second section of the thesis introduce project management and project management office as such. Basic functions and models are described. A third section deals with each stages of implementatation of the office with a particular focus on main analysis and documents. Trends in implementation of the office, main challenges and variables influencing project management office performance are described in fourth section. The informantion was assembled based on studies carried out in the last 7 years. The last section consists of research, analysis and documentation for the first stage of implementation process designed for a specific organization which is the main outcome of the thesis.

The Master's thesis focuses on analysing the data about the customers of the student organisation AIESEC collected between 2012 and 2014. The results show the various customer segments defined by university, faculty and year of study from which AIESEC gets its applicants, the successfulness in finding an internship of students from these segments, proportions of different programmes (and sub-programmes) that students apply for, most desired countries as internship destinations, most effective communication channels and the average time periods between the process parts of application, raise, match and realization. Based on the results and insights from theory which discusses the use of Internet in communication with youth, the author suggests specific improvements for AIESEC to acquire more customers. These suggestions focus on increasing the return on investment of the organisation by increasing the quality of the applications, but equally focus on increasing the quantity of new customers acquired and increasing the efficiency of the AIESEC process.

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of maintaining airworthiness of aircraft, which is mostly limited by time, number of flew hours or number of landings. Based on the airplane data are scheduled regular services or replacement of individual parts are performed. All organizations authorized to perform these service activities must hold a certificate issued in accordance with Part M, Subpart G. Organizations authorized to provide airworthiness monitoring are referred as CAMO. The aim of my work is to create CAMO for a small organization using one to three aircraft category CS-23 and to create a description of the regulations and requirements that this organization must follow for successful continuing airworthiness management.
