Title: Marketing plan of PTU Praha Objectives: The main goal of this diploma thesis was to create a marketing plan for PTU Praha, including analyses of external and internal surroundings. The reason was to propose a concept for that organisation to increase its prosperity by marketing activities. Methods: Both methods of analyses, qualitative (interview and expert pannel) and quantitative (written or electronic survey), were used. Results: Data acquired from qualitative analysis was utilized and summarised in the results section of this diploma thesis. Based on those results and gathered information from interviews the best stratégy with optimal composition of markeing-mix tools has been chosen. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu současného postavení a vztahů společnosti Rašelina a.s. se sídlem v Soběslavi. V teoretické části je popsána základní teorie sociologie a ekonomiky organizací. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na rozbor sociálních a ekonomických vazeb konkrétní organizace Rašelina a.s. V úvodu praktické části je popsána historie společnosti včetně základních prvků transformace ze státního podniku na akciovou společnost. Rozbor současné ekonomické situace společnosti je zaměřen na její pozici na trhu v ČR, rozbor jejích konkurentů a v neposlední řadě na její podnikatelskou strategii. Rozbor sociálních vazeb společnosti je zaměřen na prostředí a management společnosti. Podrobně je definována a analyzována kultura a vnitřní a vnější vztahy společnosti. Rozbor sociálního postavení společnosti je zakončen definováním vztahů společnosti k lokální veřejné správě a k neziskovým organizacím. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny variantní návrhy řešení některých otázek současného postavení společnosti Rašelina a.s.

Nonprofit organizations are governed by the same tax rules as business organizations. There are different tax benefits and exemptions, but there are higher demands on accounting and tax records. The interpretation of tax law seems confusing and complicated, therefore it was suggested how to reduce the administrative burden of non-profit organization.

This thesis considers acquisition, depreciation and disposal of long-term tangible and intangible property. The objective of the thesis is to compare related bookkeeping operations of the entrepreneurial subjects and of the non-profit organizations, to prove by evidence and to explain, how the operations influence the trading income. In the survey, which includes seven allowance organizations, the particular attention is paid to low value long-term property and book depreciation.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the role of the United Nations Organization in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. It describes the positions of both the State of Israel and the Palestine Liberation Organization in the United Nations. The thesis furthermore assesses reactivity and objectiveness of UN in this conflict. There are no doubts that the conflict has always been in the centre of interest of the United Nations. However, the importance of UN is perceived to be decreasing since the 70's. This paper evaluates whether UN is still contributing to the resolution of the conflict and if yes, in what particular fields. In the first chapter I discuss the main conflict resolution instruments available to UN. The second chapter describes the origins and the course of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict throughout the 20th century leading to the current situation. The last three chapters present an analysis of three levels of UN activities in the conflict - political, security and humanitarian.

The Master's thesis "Application of an Integrated Model of Management and Design of Balanced Scorecard in the Organization" focusing on the definition of internal management analysis with target to evaluate the economic success of the company TOPAZ s.r.o. with using of Balanced Scorecard method. The analyzed entity operates in the glass industry and is engaged in the production of luxury domestic glass. Thesis is devided on three parts. First theoretical part defines the current company problems and the potentials for the solving of. The second part - practical, uses an genuine integrated model of management together with Balanced Scorecard method as a tool for definition, continous measurement and performance monitoring of company growth. The results and outputs from should brings the real feed-back to the company with target to prepare strategic map and benchmark for the right strategic company objectives and goals definition. As a key point for performance measurement system was set up Economic Value Added (EVA) indicator. Third part includes conclusion and complete evaluation of the thesis from the view of value added positives reached on.

The work of Government and non-Government organizations in refugee integration in the German labor market, Sep. 2015-Jan. 2016. Abstract The new refugee surges in Germany have emphasized the importance of refugee integration in the host country. Current research highlights the role of government and nongovernment organisations in helping refugees overcome integration related challenges. This thesis highlights the challenges that are typically faced by refugees and assesses the importance of government and nongovernment institutions and organisations in helping refugees overcome those challenges. Applying a qualitative method and a comparative approach, the thesis employs data available from a set of reports and websites from respective organisations that work on refugee related issues, or that evaluate the work in different countries. The findings suggest that there is a set of challenges that are faced by refugees, with highlight in: host country language abilities, previous qualification recognition, skills recognition, emotional challenges, cultural differences in the workplaces. Moreover, the findings analyze the main industries where refugees are typically employed. The diploma thesis: "International Organization of Journalists (1946-1991)" deals with the history, development, aims and activities of the International Organization of Journalists in the period of 1946 - 1991. The introductory part of the text is focused on a resumption of the three most important international journalistic organizations established before 1946.

The master thesis is focused on the dealing of problem with choosing subsidy in choosed contributory organization. This problem will be analysed on two similar contributory organizations with focusing on taxation.
