Private Employment Agencies and Agency Employment Abstract The main topic of this thesis is the effect of private employment agencies on the Czech labor market and legal regulation of their activities, especially of the agency employment. This thesis also focuses on the problems associated with the agency employment. The labour law is variable depending on social and economical changes not only in our country but also worldwide. It is related to the employment which should reflect the actual situation mostly on the labor market. In this situation there are a lot of people who can not find work and who must search for some alternative options. One of opportunities which are offered is the agency employment. This is the point of accent on quality legislation to minimize the risk of abuse and discrimination of the agency employees. The author analyzes the present legislation and outlines possible solutions of problems. This thesis is divided into eight main chapters. The Chapter One consists of the main concepts definitions which are used in this thesis. English summary The diploma thesis is concerned with the phenomenon of organized crime as one of the most serious forms of crime. The basis of the thesis is formed by its criminological part in which emphasis is within the first chapter laid on delimitation and definition of this phenomenon from phenomenological perspective, description of its characteristic features and distinguishing it from other forms of crime. The second chapter focuses on the causes and conditions giving rise to organized crime, where individual factors facilitating this phenomenon are systematically divided within individual subchapters and are examined always with practical examples of formation and development of individual criminal organizations with regard to their historical context. Emphasis is placed on high level of social dangerousness of this phenomenon for the society as such. The last chapter of the criminological part of the thesis deals in more detail with the main characteristic of organized crime, or criminal organizations, i.e. the notion of internal organizational structure, which is also mentioned in the statutory definition of organized criminal group in Czech criminal law. Topic Analysis of competition reports step aerobics "Žij pohybem 2015" Objective The aim of the work is based on theoretical knowledge and the 4 important criteria find out the development trends for future seasons in this category. Methods For achieving the goal of my thesis I used the method of analysis. By watching the videos footage repeatedly, I decided to analyze three different competition line - ups of the event "Žij pohybem 2015" in category Step teams. Each set was evaluated based on 4 categories - technical parameters, esthetic parameters "A", esthetic parameters "B" and content parameters of the set. Conclusion The finding is the possible development trends in the competition Live motion based on an analysis of three competing sets category Step teams. Title: Organizational and safety aspects of international sports competitions for youth - Prague Christmas prize case study Objective: The main objective of this thesis is to develop proposals for improvement of the Prague Christmas Prize organization and to create security measures for this competition and for similar competitions in the Czech Republic. Supportive goals for the main objective are: SWOT analysis of the competition, finding the funding opportunities for sporting events in the Czech Republic and evaluation of the application of proposals for improvement of the competition held in 2013. Methods: The qualitative case study method is used in this thesis. The data are obtained by document analysis and group discussion. The acquired data will result into the SWOT analysis. Results: Results of this thesis consist of proposals for improvement of the quality of the Prague Christmas Prize and of development of simple safety measures for this competition. Title: Proposal of PR activities for the project Football for Development Objectives: The aim of this work was to analyze the realized PR activities of the project Football for development with regard to its stakehoalders, and subsequently propose concrete actions for improvement as a base for the communication strategy. Methods: A discriptive case study was used for evaluating the PR outcomes from 2016. The other method used was interviews with chosen stakehoalders, ie. representatives of the partner organizations and volunteers of the project from previous years. Results: The results showed that the PR activities are fully done in a more or less functional way. However the majority of them encounter some weaknesses whose solutions are presented with regard to future activities of the project in the final part of the thesis. The diploma thesis deals with recruitment process in organizations and its perception by graduate candidates. The aim of the diploma thesis is to identify factors in recruitment process that graduate candidates perceive as relevant for making judgments about the organization. Firstly, the thesis introduces a framework of knowledge in the area of recruitment process, its strategy and methods complemented by ethical standards and employer branding conception. Characteristics of the target group of candidates are also introduced with emphasis on Generation Y specification, as graduate candidates are part of this group. Significant part of the work is represented by current findings on the topic of candidates' perception of the recruitment process and factors that are positively or negatively influencing their perception of the organization. Empirical research with mixed research design is also a part of this thesis, and its aim is to investigate the recruitment process in relation to both candidates and HR professionals, to get a holistic view on the topic. This thesis is concerned with strategic planning and measurement of effectiveness in the nonprofit sector. First part of the thesis discusses the process of strategic planning in nonprofit sector and methods that can be used by nonprofit organizations to measure effectiveness. Creation and use of the strategy map designed by Kaplan and Norton is also described. In the second part a strategy map is created for a Czech regional gallery and its subsequent use is proposed.

The goal of this thesis is to provide project management analysis in the non-profit making organization Sdružení turistických a tábornických oddílů, based on theory of project management. Especially key procedures in submitting of grant applications in area of support for youth work and success factors of these applications are examined.

Final thesis is focused on the funding of non-governmental non-profit organizations. It consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part contains two chapters. The first chapter will introduce us to the subject of non-profit organizations, their characteristics and differences in comparison to the profit-making sector. The second chapter contains information concerning the funding of such organizations, specifically the different options that can be used by organizations as a means of fundraising. In the practical part of the thesis I will demonstrate the issue of non-governmental non-profit organizations by analysis of the sources of funding for a specific organization. In this case this will be the Pohoda civic association. The thesis will also establish whether all available options of funding have been used.

This work deals with human resources management in small companies. In its theoretical part there are first clarified specifics of small companies' management and then there are described personal processes and work that should be done in small organisations in detail. The aim of the first part of the thesis is to make a theoretical framework for the second -- practical part. In the second part small enterprise is presented and personal work which is done in it is described. The goal of the analytical part and the result at the same time is an analysis of these processes and also recommendations that would, in case of application, lead to an improvement of the company's human resources management system and implicitly to higher competitiveness in a particular branch.
