It focuses the presence and the mission of the church in present urbanized context, starting from bibliographical comparative studies about the Parish in the city. It seeks to understand the theological and pastoral roots of the parish in the city, in front of the postmodern crisis with its values, culture, science, society, people and religion searching for larger missionary and evangelistic efficacy. Guided by the General Latin-American Episcopal Conferences (CELAM), in the different several texts and reflections of theologians, pastoralists, sociologists, as well as other authors, sources, and sciences, it purposes a view and a reflections about God in the actual city, starting from the great evangelization tool, the parish, searching to assert its feasibility and realization in the today urban reality. The research finally wants to welcome the challenges, and theologian and pastoral perspectives originated from there, looking for a better understanding and renewal of Parish in the city as a true citizen evangelistic community, missionary, and culturally embodied in present times, promoter active missionary disciples. / Pesquisa sobre “A Paróquia na Cidade Atual”. Aborda a Presença e a Missão da Igreja no contexto urbanizado, a partir dos estudos bibliográficos comparativos sobre a Paróquia na cidade. Busca compreender as raízes teológicas e pastorais da Paróquia na cidade, frente à crise na pós-modernidade com seus valores, cultura, ciência, sociedade, pessoa e religião, em vista a uma maior eficácia missionária e evangelizadora. Propõe, guiado à luz das Conferências Gerais do Episcopado Latino-Americano (CELAM), nos diversos textos e reflexões de teólogos, pastoralistas, sociólogos, bem como outros autores, fontes e ciências, um ver e dizer Deus na cidade atual, a partir do grande instrumento de evangelização que é a paróquia, procurando afirmar sua viabilidade e concretização frente à realidade urbana hodierna. A pesquisa por fim, acolhe os desafios e perspectivas teológicas e pastorais que daí decorrem, procurando uma maior compreensão e renovação da paróquia na cidade, como verdadeira comunidade citadina evangelizadora, missionária e culturalmente encarnada no tempo atual, promotora de atuantes discípulos missionários.

Based on a bibliographic review, authors of correlated areas as psychology, counseling, philosophy and theology were consulted, for the acknowledgement that exist a huge volume of Scientific information about the theme that might add positively to this study. A dialectic that considers the genesis, of the social relations and of the influences that build interpersonal and intrapersonal individual behavior is exploited as well as the emotional non satisfaction produced by anxiety. The contribution of this research is related to the viability of conquering more healthy relationships; the development of the idea of a conscious action, an attitude less influenced by anxiety; and the highlighting of the importance of pastoral practice based on faith as the hope that minimizes the anxiety element. Its value points to a hope on harmonic interpersonal relations, not a utopian one, but one that is product of knowledge, discernment and comprehension of the individual intra and interpersonal reality.(AU) / Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo, esclarecer como a ansiedade desempenha um papel de forte influência em relacionamentos interpessoais e como o conhecimento desta influência, seguido de uma consciência que possibilite sua amenização, pode permitir relacionamentos harmônicos e diminuição de conflitos que fazem parte do cotidiano. A partir de uma análise de natureza bibliográfica, se utilizou autores de áreas correlatas como psicologia, aconselhamento, filosofia e teologia, por entender que existe um grande volume de conhecimentos científicos sobre o tema, os quais poderão acrescentar positivamente ao estudo do mesmo. É utilizada uma dialética que considera a formação das relações sociais, a origem de influências construtoras de condutas intra e interpessoais de um indivíduo, bem como a insatisfação emocional produzida pela ansiedade. A contribuição deste trabalho relaciona-se à viabilidade de se conquistar relacionamentos mais saudáveis; o desenvolvimento da idéia de ação consciente, atitude menos influenciada pela ansiedade; e o realce da importância de uma prática pastoral fundamentada na fé como esperança minimizadora da ansiedade. Sua utilidade aponta para a esperança em relacionamentos interpessoais harmoniosos, não utópicos, mas produtos de conhecimento, discernimento e compreensão da realidade intra e interpessoal do indivíduo.(AU)

[pt] Esta investigação aborda a paróquia católica na mudança de época, a partir das teorias de Manuel Castells. O início do milênio testemunha, de um lado, inédito interesse pastoral pela paróquia. De outro lado, temos muitos estudos multidisciplinares sobre mudança de época. Esta dissertação articula estas duas realidades. Ela analisa a paróquia a partir do seu nascimento no séc. IV. Acompanha sua evolução histórica até o Concílio de Trento, passando pelas novas configurações paroquiais do Vaticano II e do magistério Latino-Americano. Para abordar a mudança de época, esta pesquisa utiliza a teoria sociológica de Manuel Castells. A era da informação é a era das redes. A paróquia poderá aclimatar-se na medida em que compreender os novos significados desta nova estação histórica, tais como a nova territorialidade, dinâmica das redes e interatividade. / [en] This research approaches the Catholic Parish in the changing era according to the theory of Manuel Castells. The beginning of the millennium witnesses, from one side, an unprecedented pastoral interest to the parish. On the other hand, there are many multidisciplinary studies about changing era. This paper articulates these two realities. It analyzes the parish from its birth, in the 4th Century and it follows its historical development until the Council of Trent, passing through the new parish settings of Vatican II and the Latin American teaching. By approaching the changing era, this research uses the sociological theory of Manuel Castells. The information age is the age of networks. The parish can adapt itself to this new historical reality by understanding its new meanings, such as the new territoriality, dynamic networks and interactivity.

[pt] Neste momento que a humanidade atravessa uma mudança de época, diagnosticada de formas diferentes e até antagônicas, com diferentes cosmovisões que advogam sua verdade muitas vezes de forma absoluta, não raras vezes fundamentalista, as Igrejas Cristãs precisam responder ao desafio de falar de Deus, entendido esse falar de Deus , como anunciar o Deus revelado por Jesus Cristo, para o ser humano que vive em contexto urbano. A Pastoral Urbana é desafiadora na medida em que os agentes pastorais enfrentam uma diversidade cultural aguda. O confuso processo de globalização que procura produzir uma sociedade culturalmente homogênea, contraditoriamente tem produzido identidades múltiplas, com matrizes multiculturais. O horizonte cultural dos receptores da Palavra de Deus em ambiente urbano é cada vez mais complexo, afetado por um multiculturalismo agudo. Neste contexto urbano os agentes pastorais defrontam-se na contemporaneidade com pessoas vinculadas às tribos urbanas de rosto underground. O horizonte cultural destes receptores é a cultura underground. Anunciar a Boa Nova de Jesus Cristo para essas pessoas vinculadas às tribos urbanas de rosto underground implica que os agentes evangelizadores saibam distinguir claramente entre Fé e Cultura buscando discernir entre o que efetivamente pertence ao núcleo da Revelação e o que é marca histórico cultural. Sendo assim a questão de fundo desta tese está relacionada à sua proposta de construção de uma matriz evangelizadora de linha inculturada e a partir da mesma a construção de um projeto evangelístico-missionário para que as Igrejas Cristãs apresentem a Boa Nova de Jesus para a Cultura Underground. É fundamental que as Igrejas Cristãs abandonem a matriz evangelizadora de dominação e exclusão construída ao longo da história do Cristianismo. A organização da tese estruturou-se a partir de três capítulos. O primeiro capítulo, que corresponde ao enfoque sociocultural, propõe uma análise dos referenciais socioculturais com o auxílio multidisciplinar das Ciências Sociais. O segundo capítulo, correspondente ao enfoque teológico, analisa os referenciais teológicos em busca de uma elaboração dos conceitos de evangelização, missão e inculturação voltados para a construção de uma matriz evangelizadora inculturada. O terceiro capítulo refere-se ao enfoque pastoral. Propõe um projeto evangelístico-missionário junto às tribos urbanas de rosto underground. / [en] At the moment that humanity is going through a change of time, diagnosed in different ways and even antagonistic, with different worldviews that advocate its truth often absolutely, not rarely fundamentalist, Christian churches must respond to the challenge of presenting God, revealed by Jesus Christ, to the human being who lives in the urban context. Urban Ministry is challenging because the pastoral workers face an acute cultural diversity. The confusing process of globalization that seeks to produce a culturally homogenous society, paradoxically has produced multiple identities, with multicultural aspects. The cultural horizon of receivers of the Word of God in the urban environment is increasingly complex, affected by a sharp multiculturalism. In this urban context the pastoral workers face in contemporary times with people linked to underground urban tribes. The cultural horizon of these receptors is the underground culture. Announce the Good News of Jesus Christ to those people linked to underground urban tribes implies that pastoral agents know how to distinguish clearly between Faith and Culture seeking to discern between what actually belongs to the core of the Revelation and it s historical cultural brand. So the bottom line of this thesis is related to its propose to construct a inculturated evangelistic matrix and based in this matrix offer an evangelistic project that enable Christian Churches to present the Good News of Jesus to the Underground Culture. It is essential that the Christian churches leave the evangelistic matrix of domination and exclusion built throughout the history of Christianity. The thesis organisation was built around three chapters. The first chapter, nominated as the social-cultural approach, proposes an analysis of the socio-cultural references with the aid of multidisciplinary social sciences. The second chapter, corresponding to the theological approach, analyses the theological references in search of an elaboration of the concepts of evangelism, mission and inculturation meant for the construction of an evangelistic inculturated matrix. The third chapter refers to the pastoral approach. Proposes an evangelistic-missionary project in underground urban environments.
