A atuação da pedagogia na educação infantil e a organização do fazer coletivoIdelice de Jesus Alves Freitas 22 October 2015 (has links)
O presente trabalho tem como finalidade refletir sobre a relevância da função da
pedagoga como coordenadora pedagógica na Educação Infantil. Para isso, a
pesquisa de caráter qualitativo pretende, mediante estudo bibliográfico e
levantamento de dados documentais, pesquisar a trajetória de formação e atuação
dessa profissional na educação brasileira, a fim de perceber sua importância na
atualidade para a organização do trabalho escolar. Utilizou-se também como
referencial, o trabalho educacional realizado em um Centro Municipal de Educação
Infantil situado na Zona Leste da cidade de Manaus-AM, no intuito de perceber como
se dá a atuação da pedagoga na estruturação e efetivação do projeto políticopedagógico
da instituição. Com o estudo se observa, na fala de vários autores, que
ao construir sua identidade profissional a pedagoga se faz imprescindível para a
organização, sistematização e coordenação dos processos educativos da escola.
Mediante os dados obtidos pode-se perceber que a pedagoga enfrentou e enfrenta
diversas adversidades em sua trajetória profissional. Contudo, ao organizar seu
fazer em prol da formação continuada de professores e professoras, da organização
coletiva do trabalho escolar e da construção de um ambiente social de respeito
mútuo, ela se consolida como coordenadora pedagógica na Educação Infantil e
contribui significativamente para a formação de sujeitos pensantes. / The goal of this work is to reflect on the relevance of the function of the pedagogue
as the pedagogic coordinator in Early Childhood Education. For this, the research of
qualitative character intends, through bibliographic study and survey of documental
data, to investigate the trajectory of the training and work of this professional in
Brazilian education so as to perceive its importance in current times for the
organization of the school work. One also used as a reference, the educational work
carried out in a Municipal Center of Early Childhood Education situated in the East
Zone of the city of Manaus-AM, with the intent of perceiving how the work of the
pedagogue takes place in the structuring and implementation of the political
pedagogical project of the institution. With the study it is observed in the talk of
various authors, that upon building her professional identity the pedagogue is
indispensable for the organization, systematization and coordination of the
educational processes of the school. Through the data obtained one can perceive
that the pedagogue confronted and confronts many adversities in her professional
trajectory. However, upon organizing her work in favor of continuing education for
teachers, of the collective organization of the school work and of the construction of a
social environment of mutual respect, she consolidates herself as a pedagogic
coordinator in Early Childhood Education and significantly contributes to the
formation of thinking subjects.

This diploma thesis focuses on the topic of motivation for a job of teaching assistant and reasons for maintaining in the status. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis is divided into seven chapters. It is mainly focused on development of school integration, pupils with special educational needs and posibilities for taking part into the regular schools in the Czech Republic. It describes attitudes of general public towards people with disabilities, indicators of educational inclusion and inclusive culture of school. It describes the role of a teaching assistant his duties, competences and workload in educational context. The main object of a research presented in the empirical part is to examine the reasons that are related to acceptance of a job of teaching assistant. Furthemore, it analysed motivation for remaining in the status of teaching assistant in a long term. The research was realised by the in-depth interviews.

The theoretical part is based on expert literature and is focused on the issue of one of the specific studying disorders ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder). The empirical part contains qualitative research. Research was performed via a questionnaire. Teachers from chosen schools from South Bohemia district were participating in this research. The goal of this thesis is to find out if the teachers are familiar with ADHD and if they are, what is the way they deal with this specific disorder during classes.

The diploma thesis on "The kindergarten as a primary health education institution" analyses the use of health education in kindergartens. Its next objective is to find out in what form and to what extent kindergartens focus on the topics of this area. The theoretical part contains chapters dealing with health education and pre-school education. It describes the characteristic of the educational field of health education itself, the objectives it focuses on, and its educational content and expected outcomes. The next part describes the characteristics of pre-school education and its objectives, including the Framework Educational Program for Preschool Education. In addition, the elements of health education that are present in educational areas, including primary prevention, are described. The last area deals with the characteristics of a child of a pre-school age and his/her psychomotor development and socialization. The pedagogue's influence on the education of the child and the importance of the kindergarten for the child and his/her development are described here as well. The practical part contains the results of a mixed survey, whereby the results of the quantitative research were obtained using the questionnaire method and the qualitative research was conducted through interviews. The research group is composed of nursery schools teachers in the South Bohemian Region. Their work with children is studied with regard to the field of health education. In the conclusion of the thesis, the results of the research survey are evaluated and summarized.

(in English): The main aim of this diploma thesis is to chart the cooperation of the assistant of pedagogue and the teacher in the management of a pupil's learning activities from the point of view of both the assistant of pedagogue and the teacher. In the theoretical part, attention is paid to the very definition of the position of the assistant of pedagogue and the learning activities of the pupil in the educational process. It also specifies the cooperation of the assistant of pedagogue with the teacher, in particular their teamwork and preparation for learning, including joint planning, implementation and evaluation. The empirical part is based on quantitative research in the form of online questionnaire survey which was prepared in two versions for the assistants of pedagogue and the teachers. The diploma thesis deals with the effectiveness of the educational program of the National Institute of Further Education in Prague (National Institute of Pedagogy) from the point of view of its graduates, teaching assistants. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the specifics of the profession of teaching assistant in the Czech educational context. The mentioned theoretical area leads to a key topic, which is the education of teaching assistants. It also includes mapping the results of research already carried out. The empirical part contains an analysis of the educational program for teaching assistants, implemented by the National Institute of Further Education in Prague (National Institute of Pedagogy). Subsequently, it presents the results of the effectiveness of the educational program in terms of graduates of the qualification course in the profession of teaching assistant. The research investigation showed that the study at National Institute of Further Education in Prague intended for teaching assistants achieves a very high, almost maximum degree of efficiency.

The Master's thesis deals with the issue of cooperation between a teacher and a teaching assistant. In the introduction to the theoretical part, the thesis deals with the concept of integration, inclusion and inclusive education. Furthermore, it also includes the current legislation establishing the function of a teaching assistant, qualification and personality requirements of the teaching assistant and the resulting risks of the teaching assistant's function at primary schools. All this information related to the topic of teaching assistants at lower primary schools is the basis for the research part of the paper, which is done through a qualitative research. The research is carried out at one selected primary school in Prague. The empirical part of the thesis maps examples of good practice, forms of co-operation between the teacher and the teaching assistant, a system of support at the selected school using materials provided by the school, and also focuses on mapping out the difficulties resulting from the co-operation of the teaching assistant and the teacher. The source materials for the research part were processed by means of questionnaires with open questions, a semi-structured interview with the headmaster and also by common observation and observation directly in the lessons of specific...
