Equipa: um coletivo docente reflexivo e transformador na escola pública

No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 16 / Nenhuma / O presente estudo tem por objetivo refletir sobre os processos envolvidos na construção de uma equipa docente de uma escola pública e organizada em ciclos de formação, da rede municipal da cidade de Lajeado-RS. Busca compreender as relações entre docentes que se dão no âmbito da escola, quais as negociações, concessões e atribuições que se fazem presentes mediante a constituição de um coletivo, e que podem tornar a escola um espaço dinâmico, porque constituído de pessoas que discutem, lêem, sonham e lutam por uma escola transformada e transformadora. A realidade da escola na atualidade, considerada por muitos como um espaço em crise e que tem urgência de transformar-se, é o ponto de partida desta viagem rumo à constituição da equipa docente, viagem que passa também, necessariamente, por outras paragens, sendo uma delas a escola reflexiva ou aprendente. A pesquisa envolveu sete professoras da escola, em encontros individuais e também em um encontro coletivo, e trouxe para a análise pontos nevrálgicos da rela / This present study has for aim to reflect about processes involved in the construction of a teaching staff of a public school and organized in formation’s cycle, of the municipal network of the city of Lajeado-RS. The study goes for understand the relationships among teachers in the environment school, which are the negotiations, concessions and attributions that are present by the constitution of a collective, and can do the school a dynamic area, because it is constituded of people who talk over, read, dream and fight for a transformer and transformed school. Currently, the reality of school considered for many as a space in crisis and that has urgency to be transformed is the started point of this journey towards the organization of the teaching staff, journey that also pass, necessarily, through other places, being the reflexive school one of them. The research involved seven teachers at the school, in individual meetings and also in a collective meeting, and it brought some nerve points to the relation

Systém podpory rozvoje pedagogických pracovníků v České republice / System of support for the development of teaching staff in Czech Republic

Diploma thesis deals with the development of the teaching staff, specifically his support. The aim is to find out how is enshrined this support for the development of teaching staff in strategic documents and how it solves selected organizations directly managed by the Ministry of Education. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the development of teaching staff in all forms, at the level of needed formal education and at the level of further training of teachers and interconnect it with legislation and education policy, which is currently focusing on the quality of education in the Czech Republic, but also globally. This thesis describes the strategic planning documents and the structure of institutions engaged in the development of these workers. In the practical part is realized a content analysis of selected strategic documents and is realized research using interview in selected organizations the Ministry of Education. Based on this analysis and research this thesis answers on the important issues of support for the development of teachers in the Czech Republic and suggests other possible solutions.
