<p>Naučni cilj istraživanja u okviru doktorske disertacije je kompleksnog karaktera, koji se manifestuje:<br />identifikacijom performansi transportne organizacije, koje se mogu smatrati značajnim za uspešno upravljanje organizacijom i prevođenje iz postojećeg u željeno stanje<br />identifikacijom SMS, kojom su posmatrane transportne organizacije implementirale i koje su postale sastavni delovi menadžment sistema organizacije<br />istraživanjem načina na koje je moguće meriti uticaj primene SMS, odnosno IMS na performanse organizacije, sa ciljem da se istovremeno ukaže na slabosti i mogućnosti razvoja organizacije.<br />Polazeći od formulisanih ciljeva, definisana je orginalna metodologija, postupak kojim se dokazuje opravdanost uspostavljenih osnovnih hipoteza disertacije, čija suština je da modeli integrisanih sistema menadžmenta imaju uticaja na performanse transportnih organizacija.</p> / <p>Scientific aim of this research is complex and it is manifested by following:<br /> Identification of transport organization performances which can be considered as important for succesful organization management and shift from existing to favorable condition;<br /> Identification of SMS which transport organizations implemented and which became parts of organization management system;<br /> Research of ways on which is possible to measure effect of SMS application or IMS to organization performances with aim to emphasize defeciencies and possibilities for organization development.<br />According to formulated aims, original methodology is defined. Is is practice which justifies main hypotheses of disertation. Their purpose is to make integrated management system models effective for performances of transport organizations.</p>

<p>Osnovni cilj istrazivanja je definisanje efikasnog i efektivnog modela unapređenja IMS - integrisanog sistema menadžmenta na osnovu rizika. Model će doprineti olakšanoj implementaciji IMS-a, kao i unapređenju tog sistema, sa ciljem sprečavanju ili smanjenju aktuelnih i potencijalnih rizika koji dovode do fizičkih, finansijskih i vremenskih gubitaka, što je cilj svakog preduzeća. Potencijalni oblici rizika koji će biti obuhvaćeni ovim modelom jesu rizici koji mogu dovesti do degradacije: profitabilnosti, kvaliteta procesa u organizaciji, narušavanje životne sredine, povrede pri radu, profesionalna oboljenja itd.<br />Definisan model je rezultat analize i sinteze teorijskih znanja i praktičnog iskustva, te će omogućiti organizacijama da razviju i unapređuju efikasan IMS. Primena ovog modela imaće pozitivan uticaj na profitabilnost organizacije.</p> / <p>The main objective of the research is to define an efficient and effective model for improvement of IMS - integrated management system based on risk. The model will contribute for easier implementation of IMS, improvement of that system with the purpose of prevention or reduction of current and potential risks that lead to physical, financial and time wastes, which is the goal of every company. The potential forms of risk that will be covered by this model are risks that can lead to degradation of: profitability, quality of processes in the organization, disruption of the environment, injuries at work, occupational diseases and etc.<br />The defined model is the result of analysis and synthesis of theoretical knowledge and practical experience, which will allow organizations to develop and improve an efficient IMS. Applied, the model will have a positive impact on the profitability of the organization.</p>

Also, the goal is to determine the interdependent<br />impacts of the RL success factors, ie the interdependent impact<br />barriers for the implementation of RL.<br />The links between these factors are examined and the key factors which<br />influence the process of implementation of RL in organizations have been<br />identified. The possibilities for future research have been identified,<br />discussed and proposed, and further improvement guidelines are given.<br />The research contribution is reflected, above all, in new information for the<br />scientific and professional public, which can represent qualitative<br />backgrounds for further development in the field.</p>

Uticaj informacionih tehnologija na organizacione performanse preduzeća u SrbijiMitić Siniša 28 September 2016 (has links)
<p>Disertacija se bavi utvrđivanjem smera i intenziteta<br />uticaja informacionih tehnologija na pojedine<br />organizacione i poslovne performanse u preduzećima<br />u Srbiji. Pri tme su posmatrane sledeće performanse:<br />zadovoljstvo poslom, zadovoljstvo komunikacijom, organizaciona posvećenost, međusobno poverenje na<br />poslu, organizacionoo učenje, finansijske<br />performanse i profesionalni respekt prema lideru.<br />Istraživanje je realizovano u preduzećima u Srbiji,<br />tako što su ispitanici (srednji menadžeri) popunili<br />upitnike. Za istraživanje su korišćeni odgovori od<br />ukupno N = 380 srednjih menadžera iz 102<br />preduzeća. Najvažniji rezultati istraživanja su sledeći:<br />1. Utvrđen je postojeći nivo savremenosti i primene<br />informacionih tehnologija, kao i nivo pažnje koja se<br />poklanja informacionim tehnologijama, u<br />preduzećima u Srbiji. 2. Utvrđeno je stanje<br />informacionih tehnologija u zavisnosti od nekoliko<br />kriterijuma: pol CEO, godine CEO, vlasnička<br />struktura preduzeća, finansijske performanse, profesionalni respekt prema lideru i poverenje u<br />akcije menadžmenta. 3. Utvrđeno je da su<br />informacione tehnologije pokazatelj nivoa<br />posmatranih organizacionih i poslovnih performansi.<br />4. Utvrđeno je da postoji statistički značajan uticaj<br />informacionih tehnologija na posmatrane<br />organizacione i poslovne performanse. 5. Ispitana su i<br />definisana moderatorna dejstva tri moderatora:<br />Profesionalni respekt prema lideru, Poverenje u<br />akcije menadžmenta i Vlasnička struktura preduzeća, na odnos informacionih tehnologija i zadovoljstva<br />komunikacijom i organizacionog učenja. 6. Definisane su preporuke za lidere i menadžere u vezi<br />sa tim kako unaprediti performanse preduzeća,<br />posmatrano iz perspektive informacionih tehnologija<br />i njihove primene.</p> / <p>The dissertation deals with determining the direction<br />and intensity of the impact of information<br />technologies on individual and organizational<br />performance of companies in Serbia. Observed are<br />the following performances: job satisfaction,<br />communication satisfaction, organizational<br />commitment, mutual trust at work, organizational<br />learning, financial performance and professional<br />respect for the leader. The survey was conducted in<br />companies in Serbia, by the respondents (middle<br />managers) completing questionnaires. For the study<br />there were used responses from a total of N = 380<br />middle managers from 102 companies. The most<br />important results of the research are as follows: 1.<br />Defined is the current level of modernity and<br />application of information technologies, as well as the<br />level of attention paid to information technologies in<br />companies in Serbia. 2. Defined is the situation of<br />information technologies depending on several<br />criteria: gender of the CEO, age of the CEO, the<br />ownership structure of the company, financial<br />performance, professional respect for the leader and<br />trust in the actions of management. 3. It is found that<br />information technologies are an indicator of the level<br />of the observed organizational and business<br />performance. 4. It is found that there is a statistically<br />significant impact of information technologies on the<br />observed organizational and business performance. 5. Tested and defined are the moderating effects of three<br />moderators: professional respect for the leader, trust<br />in the action of management and ownership structure<br />of the company, on the relationship of information<br />technologies and communication satisfaction and<br />organizational learning. 6. There are defined<br />recommendations for leaders and managers in this<br />regard to improve the performance of the company,<br />from the perspective of information technologies and<br />their application.</p>

U prvom modelu su<br />razvijeni postupci analize, modelovanja, ocenjivanja i vrednovanja<br />postupaka unapređenja struktura i poslovnih procesa, a u drugom<br />modelu su postavljene faze planiranja, merenja i vizuelizacije<br />performansi poslovnih procesa. Primenjeni su savremeni softveri<br />za upravljanje procesima i njihovim performansama. Mogućnost<br />praktične primene razvijenih modela istražena je u dve studije<br />slučaja realnog idustrijskog uslužnog preduzeća.</p> / <p>In his doctoral dissertation, presented models for improving organizational<br />structures and business process management and performance<br />management business processes. Poseban značajan rezultat je razvijen model za primenu logističkog kontrolinga u industrijskim sistemima. Prikazano je testiranje predloženom modela i na osnovu toga biće izvršena podešavanja modela.</p> / <p>This paper examines the possibility of applying mehtods and instruments of controlling in logistics companies. Logistics services quality of performance are being determined, measurements and monitoring mehtodology. Result that is particularly significant is the developed model for implementation of logistics controlling in industrial systems. Testing of the proposed model is displayed and, based on this, the model settings will be performed.</p>

<p>Osnovni cilj istraživanja ove doktorske disertacije je da se utvrde smerovi i intenziteti dve grupe efekata: menadžmenta znanja (KM) na zadovoljstvo poslom (JS) zaposlenih i finansijske performanse (FP) preduzeća, uz prikaz uticaja pojedinih kontrolnih varijabli (nacionalno poreklo preduzeća, vlasnička struktura preduzeća, veličina preduzeća, visina finansijskih performansi preduzeća) na dimenzije menadžmenta znanja, kao i utvrđivanje moderatornih odnosa (pol, godine starosti, vrsta radnog mesta i stepen stručne spreme ispitanika) na relacije KM na JS. Istraživanje je izvršeno anketiranjem, na uzorku N=520 ispitanika (menadžeri svih nivoa) iz proizvodnih preduzeća u Srbiji. Statistička obrada podataka vršena je pomoću namenskog softvera IBM SPSS Statistics 21. Pri tome, korišćene su sledeće statističke metode: deskriptivna statistika, t-test, korelaciona analiza, regresiona analiza, analiza varijanse (ANOVA) i hijerarhijska regresiona analiza za analizu moderatornih dejstava. U radu su posmatrane dve grupe uticaja, menadžment znanja na zadovoljstvo poslom zaposlenih i menadžment znanja na finansijske performanse preduzeća. Prilikom analize relacija obe grupe, uočene su značajne razlike. Uticaj menadžmenta znanja na finansijske performanse preduzeća je jasan i nedvosmislen: statistički značajan i pozitivan. Međutim, uticaj menadžmenta znanja na zadovoljstvo poslom zaposlenih je znatno kompleksniji: uglavnom je statistički značajan i negativan, ali ima i statistički značajnih i pozitivnih uticaja.<span style="font-size: 12px;">Osnovno ograničenje istraživanja je činjenica da se rezultati istraživanja odnose na zemlje sa specifičnim tranzicionim uslovima privrede, tako i na prisutnost psihološkog stava ljudi koji je specifičan u ovakvim uslovima. S druge strane, mora se napomenuti da je značajan istraživački uzorak obuhvatio i strane kompanije koje posluju u Srbiji, što može implicirati univerzalnost rezultata. S obzirom da se tranzicioni uslovi menjaju, značajno bi bilo pratiti te promene i u odnosu na njih postaviti nova istraživanja i komparirati rezultate i u skladu sa tim davati preporuke za dalji rad i unapređenje poslovanja.</span></p> / <p>The main goal of this doctoral dissertation is to determine the directions and intensities of two groups of effects: knowledge management (KM) on employee job satisfaction (JS) and enterprise financial performance (FP). In addition, the impact of individual control variables (national origin of the enterprise, ownership structure, the size of the enterprise, and the financial performance of the enterprise) on the dimensions of knowledge management (KM) is presented. Also the effects of the defined moderating relations (gender, age, type of job and level of education of respondents) on the relations of KM to JS are analyzed. The research was conducted via survey, on a sample of N = 520 respondents (managers of all levels) from manufacturing enterprises in Serbia. Statistical data analysis was conducted with the IBM SPSS Statistics 21 software. The following statistical methods were used: descriptive statistics, t-test, correlation analysis, regression analysis, analysis of variance (ANOVA) and hierarchical regression analysis for analysis of moderator actions. Two groups of influences were observed: knowledge management on employee job satisfaction and knowledge management on enterprise financial performance. During the analysis of these relations, significant differences were noticed. The impact of knowledge management on financial performance is clear and unambiguous: statistically significant and positive. However, the impact of knowledge management on employee job satisfaction is much more complex: it is mostly statistically significant and negative, but it also has statistically significant and positive impacts. The main limitation of the research is the fact that the research results refer to countries with specific transition conditions of the economy, and to the presence of the psychological attitude of people, which is specific in such conditions. On the other hand, it must be noted that a significant research sample included foreign companies operating in Serbia, which may imply the universality of the results. Given that the transition conditions are changing, it would be important to monitor these changes and in accordance with them set new studies and compare the results and accordingly make recommendations for further research and business improvement.</p>

<p>Disertacija se bavi uticajem odnosa s medijima (MR) na pojedine organizacione i poslovne performanse, u preduzećima u Srbiji. Konkretno, diesrtacija obuhvata uticaj odnosa s medijima (MR) na zadovoljstvo komunikacijom (CS), korporativni kredibilitet (CC), finansijske performanse (FP), distancu moći (PD), orjentaciju ka budućnosti (FO) i suštinsko transformaciono liderstvo (CTL). Podaci su dobijeni anketiranjem N = 394 srednja menadžera iz 123 preduzeća u Srbiji. Od metoda statističke obrade podataka korišćeni su: deskriptivna statistika, korelaciona analiza, regresiona analiza, t-test i hijerarhijska regresiona analiza. Osnovni zaključci istraživanja su: 1. Korelacije između uticaja odnosa s medijima i organizacionih i poslovnih performansi su statistički značajne, snažne i pozitivne, u najvećem broju slučajeva. Najveći uticaj na organzacione i poslovne performanse imaju savremeni mediji. 2. Odnosi s medijima imaju mali uticaj na korporativni kredibilitet, a taj uticaj se ostvaruje, pre svega, preko savremenih medija. 3. Među finansijskim performansama, odnosi s medijima naročito pozitivno utiču na tržišni udeo i rast prodaje. 4. Za povećanje organizacionih performansi, preduzeća bi posebno trebala da posvete pažnju savremenim medijima, kao i prisutnosti direktora u medijima. 5. Za povećanje finansijskih performansi, preduzeća bi posebno trebala da posvete pažnju, kako savremenim, tako i tradicionalnim medijima, pri čemu prisutnost preduzeća u medijima ima prednost nad prisustvom direktora u medijima. 6. Unapređenjem odnosa s medijima, preduzeće stvara dobru osnovu za podizanje nivoa organizacionih i poslovnih performansi.</p> / <p>The dissertation deals with the impact of media relations (MR) on certain organizational and business performances in Serbian companies. Specifically, the dissertation deals with the impact of media relations (MR) on communication satisfaction (CS), corporate credibility (CC), financial performance (FP), power distance (PD), future orientation (FO) and core transformational leader behaviour (CTL). The data were obtained using questionnaires completed by N = 394 middle managers from 123 companies in Serbia. The statistical methodologies that were used in the data analysis are: descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, regression analysis, t-test and hierarchical regression analysis. The main conclusions of the study are as follows. 1. The correlations between the media relations items and organizational and business performance are statistically significant, strong and positive, in most cases. Modern media have the greatest impact on organizational and business performance. 2. Media relations have little impact on corporate credibility, and that influence is achieved primarily through modern media. 3. In terms of financial performance, media relations have a particularly positive influence on market share and sales growth. 4. To increase organizational performances, companies should pay close attention to modern media, as well as to the presence of the CEO in the media. 5. To increase business (financial) performance, companies should pay considerable attention to both modern and traditional media, while the company’s media presence has an advantage over that of the CEO.</p>
