Vliv huštění pneumatik na příčnou stabilitu traktoru

Přikryl, Pavel January 2019 (has links)
In thesis there is described a current state of tractor tires construction. There are listed parameters of tires and their different special types. In the other part of thesis I dealt with pros and cons of various inflation pressures in tires. The main objective of thesis is to elaborate the methodology of measurement of tire inflation on tractor's transverse stability. The measurement was performer on a tilting platform in the assistance of tractor – Zetor Proxima 6441. The measured data are processed into tables. The table values were used for regression analysis of the graphical dependence of tire pressure on the lateral stability of the tractor.

Effektiviseringsåtgärder i tryckluftsystemet hos Vattenfall Värme Uppsala

Hermansson, David January 2013 (has links)
In this work an assessment of the compressed air system in the facilities of Vattenfall Heat Uppsala has been conducted. The facilities constitutes, among others, a combined heat and power plant, and two waste incineration plants. The compressed air is supplied primarily by seven rotary screw compressors and yearly electric energy consumption in these has been determined. Furthermore, the usage of compressed air has been mapped in order to find processes with energy savings potential. Several suggestions how to reduce the usage of compressed air have been presented, resulting in decreased need of electric energy and reduced CO2-emissions. The results show that total need of electric energy in the compressors, during a standard production year, amounts to 5.83 GWh. The proposed process changes, if all of them are implemented, will save around 1 GWh/year. The reduced energy usage results in a financial gain of roughly 600 kSEK/year and about 400 tonnes of CO2-emissions can be avoided.

Automatisk viktkontroll av glascontainer

Vareskic, Srdjan, Sörensen, Laust January 2009 (has links)
This degree project has been carried out in cooperation with Gedevelop in Helsingborg. Gedevelop has developed a camera that can calculate the weight of a liquid glass mass. Because of the density and viscosity changes in the glass, the weight information is sometimes incorrect given. Glass industry is today addressing the problem by an operator performing a manual weighing of a few bottles which, in turn, calibrates the camera system. The project aimed to develop an automated system to control the weighing of glass bottles for glass industries. This system must be so flexible that it can be easily mounted on plants with different production equipment around the world. The project includes design and construction of equipment that meets the requirements formulated together with Gedevelop. Work has been done both in Halmstad and Helsingborg and has included both calculations and review of the theory to understand the forces that influence the design of different construction parts. A prototype was produced that meets the operating requirements for the design and can be used in testing features. However, the design does not meet the requirements to be set up at a production line because it does not pass the temperature appearing in glass industry. This can easily be remedied by further modification of the design in terms of protection of stainless steel.

The costumers have requested a pneumatic opening to make the opening procedure easier.

Krima has there biggest markets in Sweden and Norway, because of that the locket has to meet whit the regulations of these countries. The locket also has to meet the demands that Krima has determined from experience to maintain there high standard.

The project has resulted in a solution where the locket and cylinder are linked whit a strut. This solution was the one best suited for the task and the one that Krima preferred.

Pneumatiska artificiella muskler : med hjälp av en robotarm

Hoxha, Albert, Ibraimi, Zejnulla January 2012 (has links)
According to the study [1] several firefighters are killed in action each year. This happens naturally in various ways. One of the major factors is that firefighters often do not know how the environment looks like, for example that a building in an industrial area contains hazardous gas cylinders. Without a solution, fire-fighters will continue to die in duty. It is therefore important to solve this problem so that we can minimize the risks and save lives. The goal of this project was a control system for pneumatic artificial muscles. To demonstrate that the desired functions of pneumatic artificial muscles worked properly, we created a simple arm with three degrees of freedom, with two muscles at each degree of freedom. The work consists mainly of pneumatic muscle, valves, programming and wireless communications. The focus was on controlling the robot arm using pneumatic artificial muscles. In order to achieve the arm to move to the desired position, we used wireless communication, the transmitter and receiver, and the pneumatic artificial muscles. This includes also programming, which was created on the programming language Spin.

Kostnadsbesparingar på EM7 : Omkonstruktioner för billigare tillverkning

Thunell, Björn January 2012 (has links)
This thesis describes how a cost reduction project was done on the Packsize ondemand packing machine EM7. The cost reduction was achieved by making minorredesigns of the EM7.The project began by studying the EM7´s structure and function by working on itsassembly line. A short literature study on the subject Design for Manufacturing wasalso done.By working on the assembly line and by speaking with staff from production anddevelopment departments, a number of ideas for reducing manufacturing costs arose.Estimations of the potential cost reduction size for each proposal were done incollaboration with vendors and the purchasing department. Based on the size of the cost reduction, technical risk, impact on the assembly lineand the development time the various proposals were ranked. The two highestranked proposals were selected for further development towards finished solutions. One of the ideas that were selected to develop in to a finished solution meant thatsome of the pneumatic valves were replaced with others. Most of the mechanicalfeatures on the EM7 are operated by pneumatic cylinders, and they are controlled bythe valves. The valves in use today have very fast switching times which makes themrelatively expensive. By replacing the valves with valves that have higher airflow butlonger switch times, costs are reduced through a lower purchase price of the valves. Thanks to the higher airflow this can be done without affecting the EM7´sperformance.The second proposal was selected because it reduces assembly time. By using rivetsfor the assembly of the EM7’s z-fold infeed system, assembly time can be reducedsignificantly. The total cost savings per machine is between 960SEK to 2620SEK depending on theequipment choices.
