The focus of this study is the Strategic analysis and the proposal of the partial ICT Strategy of the Trade and Distribution Company K&V Electro s.c. dealing with the sale of electro technical material. The first part is the strategic analysis theory divided to external analysis exploring macro and micro business space and the internal analysis assessing the internal company environment and basic factors of the company style of work resulting with strengths and weakness features of the business. The author decided to use the SWOT analysis method to describe and assess the strategic analysis and describes this method`s theory too. The particular presentation of the mentioned company followed together with the internal analysis. The practical part of the study deals with analysis, tests and assessment particular factors which characterised the company, resulted with the SWOT matrix and the development of the conclusions and the strategy choice determination. The last chapter contents the final assessment.

This diploma thesis deals with the basic factors influencing the decision making about the production structure of the enterprises in the Czech agriculture before and after accession to the EU. The objective of the diploma thesis is to specify, on the basis of the characteristics of changes in the business environment of agricultural producers caused by the development of agribusiness, which factors are decisive for the competitiveness of the enterprise in general and to what extent it is possible to apply them in the conditions of the EU common market. Consequently, these facts are to be applied to the selected agricultural business. In the theoretical part of the thesis, I deal with the characteristics of the business environment of agricultural enterprises, the definition of changes in agrarian policy and subsequently the concept of the common agricultural policy. Furthermore, I analyze the development and structure of selected characteristics of Czech agriculture. In the practical part of the diploma thesis, there is an analysis of the selected enterprise, on which acquired findings are applied. The conclusion of the diploma thesis consists of the result of the company analysis and the overall evaluation of the company's operation. Moreover, there are presented certain measures that can either improve the situation or maintain the current state of the enterprise in question.

The first part of this thesis is based on the theory and recorded findings of growing winter oilseed rape. The second part of the thesis describes phenological observations of winter rape from sowing the seeds to the harvest, which were conducted in the company Zemo, spol. s r.o., in the years 2015/2016. During these observations, grower´s inputs were recorded, in which innovative solutions in the cultivation of winter oilseed rape hybrids were used in the above mentioned company. Three land blocks (Greit, Šarcles and Štumpigl) with three winter oilseed rape hybrids (Marathon, Mercedes and Sherpa) were selected and every month the following data were observed: BBCH stage, the number of plants per sq m, plant height, root length and the diameter of the root neck. Furthermore, the average yield of hybrid seeds harvested per hectare was calculated, which was then compared to the company´s average yield of the same varieties, as well as to the company and whole country´s average yields of winter oilsee rape in the years 2014, 2015 and 2016. The data were statistically processed and evaluated graphically.

The thesis deals with work of manager and the application of equal opportunities in the construction company. The aim of the thesis is to explore the situation in construction companies and comparison of theory with practise. The theoretical part introduces the basic terms and theories related to the topic. Based on a questionnaire survey, the practical part assesses the current situation in construction companies. In the end of the thesis is an evaluation theoretical and practical part, in order recommend prospective changes and conclusion of the thesis.

Urbanová, P. The compliance costs by micro and small businesses. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2018. This diploma thesis deals with the compliance costs of taxation incurred by micro and small businesses that use the external processing of accounting and taxation. From a tax point of view, it focuses on corporate income tax and value added tax. In the first part of the thesis, the taxes and the compliance costs of tax-ation are characterized and this part deals with the categorization of accounting units and the results of similar research too. The next part of the thesis describes the companies, methodology approach and the results of the determination of the compliance costs of taxation for each tax from different aspects of the division of enterprises. Finally, an econometric analysis is done.

The aim of this thesis was to create an overview and comparison of sources of corporate financing with regard to the synthesis of economic and legal theory and practice. The result is a brief overview of the sources of corporate financing, which is useful for one-study candidate, for whom it represents an opportunity to become acquainted with the problems that it is closely related to their focus, but often in a single-subject publications is not fully discussed. Secondly the thesis is a useful study tool t for those interested in a comprehensive familiarization with the problems on the border between the economic and legal field. Within the legal field, I have focused on a list of the most important changes in connection with the recodification of private law in the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is certainly not to pursue individual aspects at the highest possible detail. In the first chapter, I firstly laid terminological and theoretical basis of the work, so that the reader is already familiar in the introduction to the nomenclature, and the differences arising from differences in the use of terms within the legal and economic theories. My master's thesis consists of 2 main parts. In the theoretical part, I describe the most essential methods of Lean Management. I focus on the development of Just in Time, Kaizen and Jidoka in the Toyota factories, followed by an overview of other methods mainly TPM, 5S, TOC, Poka Yoke, SMED and quality management. In the end of the theoretical part, I analyze the impact of lean management on the financial indicators of a company. In the practical part, I analyze the management of processes in Harsco Metals Slovensko. I examine the efficiency of establishing lean management in the company and focus on the processes where I believe the above mentioned methods could be implemented.

In my diploma thesis I focus on valuation of the firm after implementing various marketing strategies. The first part of my thesis introduces the theory of firm valuation and marketing strategies. In the second part I apply the theory on a practical example of Benzina Ltd. The result of my thesis is the value of the firm Benzina after implementing two different marketing strategies and their comparison.

The thesis deals with education. The theoretical part is concerned with education of employees, systematic corporate education, methods of education and evaluation of education. The practical part focuses on research of education in the company ATAS Elektromotory Náchod.

The main topic of this master thesis is a company impacted by the current economic crisis and the role of the human resource management within the crisis. The thesis firstly provides theoretical basis, defines terms and explains associations. It focuses on the company and its goals, then on the economic cycle, recession and crisis and afterwards dedicates to the human resource management and human resource activities including the approach and procedures that are typical for the time of crisis. Then the focus is on the current economic crisis and its origin in the USA, impacts on the Slovak Republic where the analyzed company is located. Afterwards the thesis provides an introduction of the analyzed company and describes and analyzes the human resource management and hr activities in this company. The final part is dedicated to the complex evaluation of the hr area in this firm and of the approach and changes that were implemented as a reaction to the situation caused by the crisis. The thesis also suggests and recommends some steps and changes, that could help the company improve its situation.
