This thesis describes the individual aspects of retail entrepreneurship of a small enterprise using the knowledge of large retail entrepreneurs. It introduces the business strategy of a clothing retail shop in Prague with an innovative business model, evaluates the external environment of the enterprise and its influence on the industry, outlines the procedures for managing specific areas of the operation and evaluates the feasibility of the enterprise utilizing a break even analysis and a cash flow forecast based on predefined criteria.

Automatizované zpracování ekonomické analýzy podniku přináší jistá omezení. Klasická von Neumannova architektura doznala v poslední době určitých vylepšení, a je tak možné simulovat procesy, jejichž algoritmické zpracování bylo ještě před pár lety z praktického hlediska nemyslitelné, především kvůli nedostatečné početní a paměťové výkonnosti užívané IT technologie. Přes všechna zrychlení a razantní vylepšení IT technologií v posledních letech však softwarové zpracování simulace podnikových procesů naráží na dvě podstatná omezení, jež jsou popsána v práci. Je to nemožnost vytvářet izomorfní model reality a nutnost řešit simulaci interních a externích procesů v diskrétním čase.

The purpose of this thesis is to suggest measures resulting in increasing the performance of I & C Energo a.s. based on a comprehensive assessment of the status quo and development of the company's performance compared to its competitors and sector development. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of terms associated with financial analysis and analysis of its selected methods, which are further used in other parts of the thesis. The practical part is focused on analysing the data provided by the company. Based on the analysis made, problem areas are identified and subsequently, the measures resulting in increasing the company's performance are suggested. The creative and variable solution of the thesis submitted is generalized for any similar situations in other enterprises while mentioning what is usable from the practice mentioned and what must be modified according to the specifities of another enterprise.

Diploma thesis deals with applying the principles of the concept "Partnership for Local Development" using Brno as an example. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part focuses on explaining the terms region, regional development, public administration, enterprise, town and village marketing, and strategic management. In the practical part there are analyzed results of the marketing research, with the help of which advantages and drawbacks of further development from the viewpoint of Brno inhabitants were investigated. The conclusion of the work is dedicated to suggested measures for improvement of the identified situation.

This diploma thesis defines the evolution and changes of canola commodity chain in Czech Republic focusing on primary production and processing stage. Through literature review, based on the theoretical and methodological foundations of agribusiness, canola commodity chain, its determinants, and biological charac-teristics of the commodity are defined. Through analysis of secondary data is captured supply formation and evolution of oilseed rape production in the Czech Republic. Also there are identified changes in the structure of agricultural holdings in given commodity vertical.

This thesis examines the influence of technical innovation on income approach of value of specific business entity. The thesis is divided into two parts, the first part discusses the literature review of available literature sources from which is based second part based on. Own work includes chapters methodology and analysis of the issue, the results of discussions, proposals, recommendations and conclu-sions, part of this work includes determination of income approach of valuation estimated to 1st January 2015 by method DCF entity in two variants, with and without impact of innovation.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to determine the value of the construction company GOSTAS Ltd. according to yield-based valuation methods. The theoretical part uses literature and internet sources to describe basic concept of valuation companies. It specifies the procedure of determining value, describes the most common methods of valuation and reasons for valuation are mentioned too. The practical part is about valuation of the company GOSTAS Ltd. Company is firstly briefly introduced and afterwards simplified strategic and financial analysis are carried out. Based on the results of these analysis is created financial plan according to which is determined the value by using the methods of economic value added and discounted cash flow. At the end of diploma thesis the final value of the company is determined on 1.1. 2015.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the economic situation and further its application in the proces of the financial situation assessments of comanpanies Pharmos a. s. and Phoenix a. s. for the period 2008 to 2013. The analysis is made on the basis of findings about business aktivity of companies at that time. The thesis has two main chapters: theoretical definition of an issue and analytical part where knowledge is applied. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the fundamental techniques of financial analysis - methods of horizontal, vertical and ratio analysis. There are also described analysis by means of ratio indicators (profitability, aktivity, liquidity and indebtedness), but also there are describedthe models that are used for prediction of the bankruptcy and financial health of the company. The following chapter presents the companies Pharmos a. s. and Phoenix a. s. on which is applied the analysis. There are analyzed the financial reports of companies. In conclusion, there is an overal evalution of the results along with a possible proposal for the future direction of companies.

This master´s thesis evaluates the financial situation of the company. AAA Auto is using financial analysis evaluated and made recommendations for improving financial health. The theoretical part includes a description of the individual sources of informatik, procedure and most used methods of financial analysis. The practical part describes the analyzed company. Information needed for the calculation of the analysis are obtained from publicly available databases of annual reports. Reporting period is 2010 -2014. The results of the analyzes are shown graphically. Evaluation of results summarizes the results of the financial analysis and defining recommendations for improving the company's financial situation.

The aim of the thesis is an evaluation of the financial and economic situation of the two agricultural companies ZZN Polabí, Inc. and ZD Křečhoř Inc. using selected methods of the company financial analysis. The theoretical part is focused on getting acquainted with the meaning and purpose of the financial analysis, sources of the financial analysis and some methods that can be used to evaluate the financial health of the company. The practical part includes a brief characterization of selected companies and their real calculations of the financial analysis methods. Each of calculations is linked to the content of the theoretical part. Based on the balance sheet and the profit and loss account the financial analysis is performed on absolute indicators, ratio indicators, differential indicators and economic value added and the application of bankruptcy and credibility models. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the comparison of the two companies and suggestions of author for possible improvement of the financial situation both companies in the future.
