The thesis deals with the payroll system and the evaluation of the chosen company. The theoretical part is focused on the most important issues in the area of wages. A significant part in the problems of the literature review consists of labor - legal relations, which are important for the next part. The practical part is divided into two distinct sections. The first part deals with the characteristics of the production - economic conditions of the undertaking. The following is part of the analysis of wages and its comparison with personnel costs, with operating and total costs of the company. The work was shown in some cases that are used in the reporting enterprise. Finally, it is an assessment of the company in terms of wages and are designed to possible proposals and recommendations on the matter.

The main topic of this thesis is an optimization of chosen manufacturing process using the application of selected method. The theoretical part describes in detail components and issues that are related to the chosen Kaizen-method, whose implementation in the manufacturing process can have by proper grasp a significant impact on objectives achieving. Use of methods that bring manufacturing companies great potential for streamlining and optimization of manufacturing processes is nowadays essential for preserving the competitiveness. In the practical part the first analysis of the current selected process was made. In this analysis several serious deficiencies was found. It was subsequently suggested an optimal solution, that uses the selected method. For proposed solution were simultaneously necessary investment defined, without which no process can be changed. After consultation with the management of the company was this change approved and it was subsequently successfully applyed in the production process.

The aim is to thoroughly evaluate the legal and economic aspects of the particular state-owned company. After the basic terms are defined, the dissertation concentrates on the state-owned enterprise Lesy České republiky, s.p. (Forests of the Czech Republic, state-owned enterprise). In its practical part the thesis provides the comparison of Bayerische Staatsforsten AöR (Bavarian State Forests) and Lesy České republiky, s.p. The conclusion deals with the evaluation of the pros and cons of the state-owned enterprise according to effective legislation.

This Master's Thesis aims to review current wine grape production in the Czech Republic. External and competitive environment analyses and other methods from financial analysis are used here. A theoretical part of the thesis contains definition of strategy and strategic management. Beside that there are defined base tools used for macro-environment and micro-environment analyses. A practical part of the thesis is focused on PEST analysis, a delimitation of current wine grape production and competitive market. The practical part also covers main obstructions in entering to the wine industry. Last two parts of the thesis assess situation of wine grape production in the Czech Republic. SWOT analysis for the future evolution of this industry are included.

The purpose of this study is the production milk in the agricultural company. The subject of research is the selected agricultural company thas has been active in milk production in the South Bohemia. First of all, the cost efficiency of milk production was examined. Then the market price of milk from 2007 to 2013. It was found that the agricultural company produced the most of feed mostly itself, however in the first years of research this production was not effective. The necessary feed savings were achieved in 2013 due to a better feed utilisation and a selection of feed suppliers which the company was not able to make itself. The market price of milk from 2007 to 2013 fluctuated significantly and was formed by the main events in the world market where milk demand was determined by China and Southeast Asian countries. Since 2009 the market price of milk has been increasing steadily and this situation has created a good environment for enterprises like the chosen one.
