Legal regulation of animal testing The diploma thesis is analyzing current legislation in the field of animal experiments. It is formed by five chapters and each chapter is concerned with different aspects of animal protection, when focusing on experimental animals in particular. The first chapter is divided into three subchapters and it is successively describing development of animal experiments, progress of legislation dealing with animal protection and experimental animal protection on the international and European level, when analyzed is also Czech legislation in the last subchapter. Second chapter is focused on the basic legal sources and its legal foundation. It has four subchapters, when every subchapter explains relevant terms, which are being formulated in the experimental animal protection law. This chapter of the diploma thesis also involves sections dedicated to experiments and alternative methods of the experiments. The master's thesis provides a rare insight into the issue of stages of the commission of crime from the perspective of two different legal systems through a comparison of the 40/2009 Coll., Penal Code's and the Model Penal Code's provision on criminal attempt in all its major aspects. The purpose of such comparison is to identify the most important differences between the two approaches, to assess the quality of the Czech Penal Code's arrangement and to consider any de lege ferenda suggestions arising for the Czech Penal Code from the detected distinctions. Such is provided through a thorough analysis of the Czech relevant legal framework, an analysis of the major relevant aspects of the Model Penal Code and a following scrutiny of the differences discovered. The aim of the thesis was to suggest mixtures for making of gluten-free bread with the addition fiber. Within the baker's experiment 18 recipes were suggested. Rolls were baked with two types of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) containing wheat fiber WF 200 and WF 600 and oat fiber HF 600 in an amount of 2 %, 5 % and 7 %. Quality assessment rolls included sensory evaluation, hardness measurements using TIRA TEST, measurement volume rolls, baking and calculate the loss ratio numbers. The results of the evaluation were statistically and graphically presented. The most suitable recipe was evaluated the recipe with a sample of 2 % wheat fibers with a fiber length of 600 micron using HPMC type E and sample was 7 % wheat fibers having a fiber length of 200 micron using HPMC type K. These samples were demonstrably evaluated as the best sensory evaluation (p < 0,05).

The theoretical part of the work is to describe the importance of phosphorus in soils and plants, and individual fertilizing systems, which is phosphorus in the soil supplied. Currently phosphorus considered limiting element in plant nutrition and it is therefore necessary to monitor the content and add it into the soil as required. Phosphorus is applied to the soil in different sorts of fertilizers. It is possible to use organic and mineral fertilizers and waste materials, for example sludge from sewage treatment plants. Sewage sludge appears to be a rich source of organic substances and other nutrients including phosphorus. Thanks to the application of sewage sludge on agricultural land, when used properly, reflects in the improvement of soil properties. The aim of this work is to compare different fertilizing treatments (sewage sludge, manure and mineral fertilizers) in terms of water-soluble, accessible and residual phosphorus in the soil and also in terms of the influence of the mentioned treatments on winter wheat yields. The experiment was conducted at Humpolec, Hněvčeves and Suchdol sites and the evaluation was realized between the years 1996 and 2015. The contents of readily available phosphorus at all sites were fairly balanced and did not clearly indicate the best fertilization option. The highest values were, however, in most cases measured at the sewage sludge treatment. Sewage sludge appeared to be good source of mobile phosphorus. The values were almost always higher in comparison to the other studied treatments. It was confirmed at all three sites. The increasing tendency in mobile soil P content was clearly visible during the experiments. Estimating of residual phosphorus was carried out in comparison with other factions only in the years 1996, 2005 and 2014. The highest levels of residual P after application of sewage sludge were achieved at Humpolec and Suchdol sites. At the station Hněvčeves, the highest content was estimated on the variant fertilized with mineral fertilizers. Even though the sludge proved to be the best phosphorus resource in our experiments, the highest winter wheat yields were reached using mineral fertilizers. A variant fertilized with sludge appeared to be second best way, and thereafter followed farmyard manure treatment.

Vliv hnojení na výnos a kvalitu sladovnického jarního ječmene / The effect of fertilization on yield and quality of malting spring barley

Spring barley is the cereal with the shortest growing season and high demands on soil structure and quality of fertilization. The experimental part of the study was carried out on the long-term stationary experiments at two sites with different soil and climatic conditions - Červený Újezd and Prague Suchdol. Experiments were established in 1996 with a crop rotation in order - potato (corn), winter wheat and spring barley. Organic fertilizers are: sewage sludge, manure and straw. Mineral fertilizers were applied directly to the barley such as phosphates, potassium fertilizers were used in autumn in the course of plowing and nitrogen fertilizer during seedbed preparation of the soil. Used mineral fertilizers are: calcium amonium nitrate, triple superphosphate and potassium salt. Spring barley is the third crop after the application of organic fertilizers and therefore uses fertilizers in the third year. The aim of the study was to evaluate the effect of organic and mineral fertilization on yield parameters of spring barley and selected qualitative indicators. We evaluated the number of offsets, number of grains per ear, yield of grain, straw and N-substances in grain. The number of offsets and grains per ear had the greatest influence by fertilization mineral fertilizers. The highest number of offsets was found in variant NPK Červený Újezd in year 2013 (2,357 offsets/m2) and the largest number of grains in ear at the same station in year 2014 on variant Manure 1/2 + N (24.6 grains). Yield of grains was significantly influenced by both sites and variants of fertilization. It was different in year 2013, when the higher yields were found in the station Suchdol, however yields in years 2014 and 2015 were higher at the station Červený Újezd, especially in variants fertilized with mineral fertilizers. The highest grain yield was at the station Červený Újezd variants NPK and N + straw (9 t / ha) and at the station Suchdol was the highest grain yeild on NK variant (6.1 t / ha), both cases in year 2015. Straw yield was influenced by both fertilizes mineral and organic according to influence of individual years. The highest yield of straw was found at the station Červený Újezd variant N + straw (5.6 t / ha) in year 2015 and at the station Suchdol was the highest yield on the variant N (4.3 t / ha) in year 2014. The content of N-substances in grains of the spring barley was found to be low in all variants of fertilization in the analyzed years. Optimal values throughout the three-year experiment was achieved at the station Červený Újezd only in year 2015 on variant N (10.5%) and N + straw (10.6%) and at station Suchdol in year 2014 on variant N (10.3%) and NP (10.4%). It was found that a propitious effect on the yield and quality of spring malting barley has fertilization by mineral fertilizers such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. Fertilization by organic fertilizer has a positive effect while used in lower quality soil and climatic conditions.

Goal of this thesis is to compare yellow flowering hybrid WOSR varieties growth in conventional agriculture to white flowering OP variety growth in Flower Power System (FPS). We also have to confirm/deny that OP variety Witt is at least the same profitable as hybrid varieties (HV), due to the ecological and economical advantages of the FPS. The effect of FPS is in growing Witt variety sown around by earlier yellow flowering variety buffer strip. The yellow flowering strip should be wide as minimum as plant protection sprayer, in this case it was 24 m. The buffer strip was sown by OP variety Cortes. Primary tillage plowing was done immediately after the forecrop of winter barley harvest and after application of organic manure - pig manure on crushed straw. Sowing all studied varieties was conducted in the period 11th to 21st August 2014. Autumn crop emergence and development carried out evenly, no significant pest damage was observed, due to the warm weather was needed triple application of morphoregulator. To winter crops entered with a sufficient number of true leaves, strong root neck and joined rosette of leaves. Spring crop development launched very soon, thanks to a mild winter hibernating varieties by 91-96% plants. Applications of DASA took place in early March, the first application of DAM 390 in the second half of March. Flowering took place in an average of month, March 29 - May 30, 2015. Application of insecticides was carried out on all varieties 1x in the bud stage, the second one in bloom against gall midges (Dasineura brassicae) was dropped due to a weak incidence, so did not show the expected effect of FPS. Harvest was initiated due to the very hot and dry weather on the 21st of July 2015. The overall average yield was 4.64 t8%/ha. Witt yield was 4.64 t8%/ha and buffer strip variety Cortes 4,62 t8%/ha and the HV 4.67 t8%/ha (4.19 to 5.01 t8%/ha). Plant protection products profitability for a variety Witt reached 87.10%, the average HV 87.49% (86.10% to 88.46%). The numbers show us that the OP variety Witt does not reach at least the same profitability as the HV, but when compared with some specific HV is significantly overcome, which is at OP variety interesting. When comparing the content of fat acids, Witt contains almost the same proportions of fat acids as Cortes. That gives no reason to reach higher prices when selling Witt seeds, so you cannot count on this advantage as stated by the dealer. But in conjunction with lower environmental burden on bees and other non-target organisms, the variety Witt seems to be a very interesting choice.
