Text se věnuje teórii politického marketingu. Nastiňuje kořeny v ekonomickém marketingu. Věnuje se vývoji politických strán a s tím souvisejícimu vývoji politických kampaní. Nastoluje základní elementy politického marketingu jako analýza trhu, segmentace trhu, určení vlastní pozice na trhu.Dostává se i k problematice politických strategií a konkrétně k volební strategii.Teoretická část končí oboznámením s nástrojmi politické propagace a s pojmem public relations.V případové studii se práce věnuje analýze předvolební kampane strany Smer - SD před volbami 2006 do NR SR.

Celkový politický a ekonomický vývoj Republiky Srbska je ovlivněn samotným regionem Balkánu, v jehož centrální části Srbsko leží. Celá historie Balkánského teritoria je až do současnosti provázena konflikty, majících různé příčiny.Konflikty měly buď etnický a náboženský charakter nebo obyvatelé Balkánu bojovali za osvobození zemí od nadvlády, nežádoucích politických systémů, a dokonce i kvůli nátlaku z vnějšku -- například územním sporům. Období existence SFRJ je pro balkánský region klidné období a pro svazové republiky, včetně Srbska, velmi prosperující. Za vlády Josipa Broza Tita, SFRJ měla jednu z nejprestižnějších pozic ve světě.Po Titově smrti došlo k hospodářské krizi a nárůstu nacionalismu uvnitř svazových republik. Kromě toho začaly v Srbsku ještě nepokoje v oblasti Kosova. Po vyhlášení nezávislosti svazových republik na začátku 90. let a bohužel i občanských válek, pouze Srbsko a Černá Hora zůstávaly součástí Jugoslávie. Název byl změněn na Svazovou republiku Jugoslávie a byly převzaty všechny dluhy SFRJ. Situaci, kdy došlo k odtržení ostatních republik od Jugoslávie, chtělo využít i Kosovo na samém konci 20. století. V roce 1999 se SR Jugoslávie stala terčem leteckých útoků ze strany NATO. Hlavní převrat politické a ekonomické situace nastal v roce 2000, kdy došlo k pádu Miloševićová režimu, který byl hlavním aktérem srbské politické scény od samého počátku krize v SFRJ a zahájení období transformace. Od této doby je prioritou Srbska integrace do Evropské unie a zachování své integrity a vlastního území. Srbsko kvůli událostem na Balkáně mělo zpoždění jak se zahájením transformačního období tak i se zapojením do Stabilizačního a asociačního procesu. Přestože proces SAP pro země západního Balkánu byl spuštěn v roce 2000, Srbsko se do samotného procesu zapojilo až v roce 2003. V dubnu 2008 byla podepsána Stabilizační a asociační dohoda, která byla schválena v září srbským parlamentem.

Based on theoretical background and Barack Obama's campaign analysis this paper is aiming to define the trends in the field of political marketing. The conclusion is (a) a complex employment of marketing tools and strategies with focus on synergy of "new" and "old" media ("postmodern campaigns"), (b) necessity of "permanent campaigning", (c) profesionalization of strategy and execution, (d) personalization of message, political supply and of citizens and (e) change of electorate's reaction to campaign communication, which has been caused by usage of digital technologies and influence of pop culture.

Legal status of whistleblowers in relation to the refugee status Abstract The aim of this thesis is to introduce the whistleblowing issue in context of international law, refugee law specifically. In recent years, there have been several globally significant cases of whistleblowers responsible for leaks of information of i.a. public entities and seeking protection against their own state of nationality in other countries. Despite the worldwide attention that these cases got, the problematics of whistleblowing is not sufficiently covered from the perspective of international law. Especially in Czech law literature, this topic is neglected in such context. The object of the thesis is therefore to provide an overview of the issue and to identify and analyze its controversial aspects. The work is structured from general introduction into the topic, thereafter defining crucial terms and institutes and categorizing them, towards detailed analysis of the status of whistleblowers and each of refugee definition parts in particular. The core of the work itself is constituted of application of these definition characteristics to miscellaneous whistleblower cases, with the purpose of answering the research question whether (and under what condition) could whistleblowers fulfill the refugee definition. Footnote: In the graduation thesis I focus on the study of activities of KSČ in the district of Ústí nad Labem in period between years 1945 and 1948. The basis of my work comprise study of sources and literature. I concentrate my interest particularly on following thematic fields: organizational activity, personnel administration, activities in trade unions and acting in bodies of local self- government (ONV and MNV Ústí nad Labem). Naturally I touch activities of other political parties with whom Communists clashed when they aimed to reach their goals. The work should globally depict and appraise activities of KSČ in the district and put them into wider context.

Diplomová práce je zaměřená na prezidentské a parlamentní volby v Peru v roce 2006. Zabývá se charakteristikou peruánského ústavního systému a věnuje rovněž speciální pozornost systému volebnímu. Na základě tohoto teoretického vymezení a na základě charakteristiky hlavních aktérů peruánské občanské společnosti při volbách (zájmové a nátlakové organizace a politické strany), analyzuji v druhé části programy politických stran a samotný proces voleb, jejich strategií a výsledků.

The diploma thesis deals with the development of local gouvernement of municipality Horní Počernice. The main purpose is to find out the factors, which affect the charakter of local political proces in this municipality. The thesis consists of two parts, which are the literature overview and practical part. The first part includes general charasteristic of self-government and municipal politics in the Czech Republic. The practical part includes the characteristics of major social-economic indicators of the municipality. In the thesis are also indentified the main actors of local political proces of the municipality, the interets and business groups and the relationship between each other. The practical part is especially focused on comparison of municipal elections in Horní Počernice and on the analysis of the local party system. The practical part also includes the characteristics of conduct local political actors, creation coalitions and are characterized local cleavages. In the end of the thesis are summarized the established facts.

This dissertation deals with a thorough analysis of all classes of literary and cultural magazine of political Kritika, which was published in 1924 - 1928th. The dissertation also deals about the cultural and historical context in which the magazine responded. In the following section is analyzed the creation of the magazine Kritika, its structure, leading contributors and the main themes that are dealt magazine. The main topic is to analyze in detail each year of the magazine.

Práce popisuje některé souvislosti fungování pracovního a politického trhu.Snaží se najít odpověď na otázku jak vývoj mzdové diferenciace, nezaměstnanosti a působení odborů ovlivní politické prostředí a jeho zpětné působení na pracovní trh. Teoreticky vychází z teorií fungování pracovního trhu a některých závěrů z oblasti teorie veřejné volby. V praktické části práce analyzuje situaci v české Republice. Popisuje souvislost vývoje volebních preferencí s parametry trhu práce a souvislost implementovaných politik s politickým cyklem. Výsledkem je závěr o existenci politicky cyklických efektů na trhu práce během posledních čtyř volebních období.
