The object of this master´s thesis is to analyse economic situation in the chosen company, which is providing technologies for energetic and automation. The external and internal structure is gradually analyzed. The result of the thesis is the identification of suggestions and recommendations for improvement of the state.

The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of a chosen company POL, a.s., which operates in the printing industry.. The overall company´s situation is evaluated thanks to the chosen analytical methods which investigate inner and outer company´s surroundings. The suggestions and recommendations leading to the improvement of the observed situation are formulated on the basis of the analyses

The subject of the diploma thesis „Performance evaluation of a travel agency“ is to analyze the performance of a company providing tourism services. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts and bases for the activities of travel agency and methods of performance evaluation. The analytical part deals with the analysis of the activities of the travel agency including comparison of financial indicators with the competition and industry and evaluation of the performance within the identified activities of the company. In the final part is suggested a way how to increase the performance of the travel agency.

My diploma thesis is focused on a comprehensive analysis of a selected company, its business environment and possible risks associated with the implementation of the proposed change in the supply process using a mobile application. My proposed solution includes a risk reduction method, a complex view of the processes in the application and its graphic design, along with the estimated costs of implementing the change.

Táto diplomová práce se zaměřuje na marketingovou analýzu podniku Eltechklima s.r.o. Jejím cílem bylo navrhnout marketingovou strategii pro úspěšný vstup na český trh. Marketingová analýza byla provedena pomocí různých analýz interního a externího prostředí. V závěrečné části jsou formulované konkrétní kroky pro firmu Eltechklima s.r.o., které zlepší vstupní pozici firmy na český trh.

The diploma thesis deals with the assessment and evaluation of the current state of the information system in the company ABC, s.r.o. Based on the outputs of the analyzes, author of this thesis evaluated the achieved results and then proposed possible solutions which should lead to improved work with the information system and increase the efficiency of its use.

The content of this diploma thesis is a proposal for a business plan for the establishment and development of a company. Specifically, it is a business plan for a café called Ollie, which is also a community center, a workshop and a place to work situated in Brno Komárov, near the Komec sports complex. The first part consists of the theoretical basis of the work containing an explanation of the concepts needed to write the practical part of the thesis. The practical part contains an analysis of the current state and the actual design of the solution. Methods used are for example PESTLE or Porter’s Analysis.

The diploma thesis is focused on the financial and business performance evaluation of the company New Yorker CZ, s.r.o. The evaluation is created using the method benchmarking. The company New Yorker CZ is being compared with its five competitors within czech market in the analytical part. In the first part of this thesis there is a summary of selected methods and approaches. The next part focuses on comparing selected competitors using method benchmarking, which is concluded with SWOT analysis. In conclucion there are individual recommendations and summarization of findings of the performed analyzes.
