Lenka Felcmanová ABSTRACT: The thesis consider in-class position of the pupils with specific learning disability on second tier of elementary school. Theoretical part deals with characteristic of specific learning disabilities, its reasons, behaves and diagnostics. It also pursues occurrence and predictions of learning disability as well as issues of special - pedagogical support to the pupils having psychosocial aspects of special learning disability. The research part of the thesis focus on connections discovering of success rate, school self-conception, personal characteristics and in-class position of the pupils with specific learning disabilities. The thesis's aim is to discover pupil's in-class positions on second tier of elementary school and how is the position related with pupil's self-conception in terms of school and its psychical demonstrations. In thesis has been used of survey and interview method. The text is added by the tables. Mitochondrial processing peptidase (MPP) is a heterodimeric enzyme which belongs to M16B subfamily of metaloendopeptidases. A universal function of this enzyme is in recognition and cleavage of great number of mitochondrial preprotein presequences, which differ in length and amino acid sequence. MPP consists of catalytical β-MPP and probably recognizing α-MPP. The most conservative region in α-MPP is GRL - glycine-rich loop. Its function is supposed in primary interaction with preprotein presequence. It is possible to study conformational change of GRL after binding the substrate by fluorescence experiments. In this diploma thesis the constructs coding the α-MPP with the single reporter tryptophan residue in the position 289 or 299 were prepared using site-directed mutagenesis. These forms of α-MPP were produced in E. coli BL21(DE3)+pGroESL. Activities of MPP dimer containing α-MPP with the single tryptophan residue in the reporter position were compared with MPP from wild type of S. cerevisiae. Used substrate was yeast malate dehydrogenase precursor with fused presequence (pMDH) from three organisms (yeast, mouse and melon). These presequences differ in their length. This thesis analyses literary-historical evaluations of works by Teréza Novaková included in synthetic works, specialized monographs and also secondary paratexts, such as book epilogues. The aim is to describe the dynamics of forming the position of works by Teréza Novaková in the canon of the nineteenth-century Czech literature, to which the literary scientific production contributes significantly.

This diploma thesis analyses the initial position of negation in present-day English. The theoretical part is divided into smaller units containing description of individual types of negation. Than the focus is aimed on double negation, inversion, scope of negation and polarity sensitive items. Contrastive approach is applied in the work, especially in the practical part. Analysis of selected language representatives in different genres and text types describes occurance of different kinds of negation in English language. Collected data are presented in the form of table. The frequency of occurrence is summarized at the end of the work.

The aim of this thesis is to describe information about GERD, its etiology, anatomy, pathology, treatment options and rehabilitation in patients with GERD. Lower oesophageal sphincter and antireflux barrier. The study was approved by the ethics committee. 30 probands were included in the study and their health status was verified using the Health Related Quality of Life questionnaire. A manometric catheter was inserted, proband was instructed to maintain various postural positions. Lying supine with lower limbs elevated above the surface, lying supine with lower limbs elevated above the surface with head fixated manualy, sitting and standing position, load in the center of gravity 3/6/9 kg, load outside the center of gravity 3/6/9 kg, lifting of the office chair. It has been shown that LES pressure increases in all postural positions compared to resting pressure. The positions activate the diaphragm to demonstrate the postural function of the diaphragm. The most significant change in LES pressures was in the postural position of lying supine with lower limbs elevated above the surface, the LES resting pressure of 20.34mmHg changed to the pressure of LES 40.92mmHg. Clinical experience and studies have shown that patients with GERD have disposition for respiratory and / or vertebrogenic difficulties....

The market position and competitiveness of company OSIVA BORŠOV, spol. s r.o. have been evaluated by means of strategic management´s methods and process. The internal and external background of this company have been analysed. There have been used these analyses: SWOT analysis, STEP analysis, Porter´s Model and Analysis of Competitors. Furthermore has been used the questionnaire inquiry. The market position of the company could be evaluated as highly satisfaing, due to the results of these analisys, in spite of the fact, that company must confront a very strong competition. So it´s very important to contemplate minor changes in the ring of competition and to contemplate and analyse competitors´s reaction. Some arrangements have been proposed to increase of competitiveness and prosperity of this company and by means of the SWOT analysis has been choosed strategy of the product´s developement as the most acceptable strategy, that consist in the modification of contemporary products and services.

Diploma thesis deals with the US external economic balance, particularly balance of payments, international investment position, indebtness and the dollar exchange rate. The first part includes the theoretical approach to external economic balance and related terms. Furthermore, I focus on the status of current and financial account of the United States in detail. Here I evaluate the balances of BOP parts and search for the explanation of this situation. I also focus on international investment position of the United States, the development of foreign direct investment and debt indicators. The work also contains a detailed analysis of the U.S. balance of payments for the years 2004 - 2008. The last section is a treatise on the history of the dollar, development of its rate, expected future developments and relationships with U.S. major trading partner, China.

My thesis is dealing with the social system of an organisation and its quality. It is divided in the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part I describe general aspects of an organisation concerning it a system of social relationships. I look at the development of an organisation in the course of time and I make an overview of the indicators and instruments used for measuring the system's quality. I applied my theoretical knowledge in the practical part. I measured the quality of social relationships with the indicators as social values and standards, corporate ethics and social climate. I consider them the most important in my thesis.

Diplomová práce je zaměřena vstupní strategii značky Virtika na český trh. Za účelem dosažení tohoto cíle author zkoumal literaturu zaměřenou na metodiku značky od Ko Floora a koncept Brand Prizm. V analytické části byly provedeny analýzy prostředí Českého trhu, analýza odvětví, klíčových konkurentů a vnímání značky zakazníky. Tyto analýzy pomohly autorovi identifikova budoucí pozici značky na Českém trhu. Na základě výsledků analýz, autor vytvořil návrh řešení vstupní strategie značky and zvýšení její konkurence schopnosti na Českém trhu.

This thesis deals with mechanical design of tool turret for CNC lathe. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to research of automatic tool exchange and current trends in design of tool turrets with drive of rotary tools. The second part is focused to design of tool turret, which is based on the findings of the research part of the thesis. The design includes calculations of machining loads, spindle deformation, bearings, gears and spindle startup. Furthermore, 3D models and selected drawings are included.
