This Master's thesis addresses the process of staging musicals and operettas within the Czech theatre?s environment. As an example, the author chose five different titles for comparison and description of the process of preparation of this specific kind of musical theatre focusing on various options for theatre companies, discussing the demands and difficulties of assembling teams of artistic collaborators and the creative process itself during rehearsals. Processes concerned with the first grasp of a title as a dramatic text, through the spatial solutions of a dramatic situation in terms of stage space in a theatre, up to the director-actor collaboration, are documented by authentic findings, which are compared with notes of directors, who significantly influenced the author's view. The text also considers the specific demands of this kind of theatre on the actor (actress) and his (her) education and training

The main intention of my work is an action research using drama education with senior citizens in a retirement home. The purpose is not the prevention or slow down of an onset of pathological phenomena connected with old age, but a positive view on seniors and their overall socio-psychological personality as a source of personal development and experience. The action research will take place in 7 drama lessons with voluntarily enrolled individuals right in the Retirement home in Rožmitál pod Třemšínem.

The aim of the thesis Work motivation is in theoretical part based on the study of the expert literature and it is to define the terms of psychology of the work , human resources and introduce the possibilities of staff motivation and improving of their skill and expertise. In the practical part it´s aim is to analyze the motivational tools and try to capture the corporate culture at a selected institution in the Czech Television. In the research part of the questionnaire focuses on mapping the motivation needs. Detects employee preferences and personal experience in the workplace, such as stress at work, time constraints, or salary satisfaction. Guided interview with the manager of Czech Television Dr. moderators. Jakub Zelezny follows the observed results of the survey. The main method in the evaluation of the questionnaires is the analysis of the results of the questionnaires, as more appropriate methods that are used in the evaluation of a questionnaire survey, there are mathematical methods and then consequently comparison of the results.

SUMMARY The first chapter of my dissertation is set on the problematics of greenery in villages and cities and characterization of activities that are realized in the project The common solution in the care of the native landscape where the inventarization of trees in the region of the Union of the Novoborsko villages is processed, with the utilization of standard metodics of technical state meassuring of trees, analysis of the state of vegetation zones and the singular trees with the use of ISAT metodics and measurements. With the measurements acquired in this project was founded the project: Regeneration of the greenery in the Union of the Novoborsko villages. The aim of this work is comparison of real prizes in individual arrangements with the prizes of transparent open competitions. The work contains summary of prizes of these arrangements in the individual villages and cities in the Union. In the next stage are the main section of open competitions and the output acquired from the prize offers of individual companies involved in these competitions. The last stage of this work contain outputs and the realization of next stages of the The common solution in care of the greenery project and the preparation of the Regeneration of the greenery in the Union of the Novoborsko villages project. The outputs shows common and widely known truth that the projected prizes of the projects are way off in comparsion with the offered prizes of companies which partakes in the open competitions . This work proved that final prize of the starting prizes in the competitive tendering is significantly lowered in the end. Specifically saying, the prize of the winning prizes is lowered for about a third for the whole project, but even equally in the partial prizes of the items. After comparsion analysis of prius, using the application of prizes listed in the ÚRS price lists in combination with real prizes of arboristic companies it gives us a common rules how to prepare a request for grants linked with projects of the solutions in the care of greenery.Practical and theoretical skills of the realized project Regeneration of the greenery in the Union of the Novoborsko villages were used. In my opinion the main aim of these outputs can be in the usage of the realization and the preparation of the projects linked with the care of the greenery and woody plants that villages and towns in Liberec region make, because the situation is similar like in the Union of the Novoborsko villages. I believe that this work may improve the not so good state of greenery and the better budget making of small villages.

The thesis deals with benefits for persons with disabilities, which are granted and paid Labour Offices Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is detailed analysis of the legislation and the possibility of providing benefits for people with disabilities in the Czech Republic. The thesis is composed of two parts. The theoretical part deals with legal regulation of benefits for persons with disabilities for extended nationwide. The practical part focuses on the organizational structure of work and statistical data of the frequency and the amount of benefits paid in the Czech Republic. Another part of the work consists of practical case studies that highlight the abilities of people with disabilities obtain basic life skills. The last part of the practical part is made form of a questionnaire, which indicates the high level of participation Labour Office on the life of persons with disabilities. Case reports and surveys focused on clients, the Labour Office of the Czech Republic, Regional branch of the Czech Budejovice, Tabor contact workplace.

It highlights the impacts posed by the loss of jobs not only on individuals but also on entire families. It presents the definition of psychological, social and health aspects affecting the quality of life of people without a job. It also defines unemployment, its development, types, importance of work, ways to reduce unemployment, loss of social status. The research is focused on empirical investigation using a form of qualitative research. I am finding a subjective experience of unemployed persons, their opinions, but also their attitude towards the job search. The results of this research is to determine what impact unemployment has on the lives of people. The conclusion suggests possible solutions leading to the impact of an unemployment.

This work is dedicated mainly to the findings about character and acting as well as about myself, which I have gained during the rehearsing of the character Neschastlivtsev in Alexander Nikolayevich Ostrovsky´s play The Forest. This work not only describes the rehearsals of this play from Neschastlivtsev´s view, but also presents other examples of a director´s work and an actor´s interpretation, both from rehearsing before the boarding of the alumni class and from the following outside-of-school acting experiences.I have tried to define the method of my work on this play and on this concrete character; this method may resemble other methods on many other characters in some way. However, Neschastlivtsev is a very unconventional character - maybe because he is an actor himself, which makes him more approachable to the performer. He is a timeless and rare character as well; that is also one of the themes that I have covered in my work
